Propreté 0 mais vraiment 0 elle passe la serpillière sans seau dans toute les piece je retrouve des cheveux de la salle de bain , drap pss souvent changer plutôt remis les mêmes si elle décide quelle sont propre , hôtel sans service repas kitchenette disponible mais il faut s’equiper de ses ustensiles son éponge e liquide vaisselle frigo pa assez fort j’ai du jeter tout l course pas animation fermeture a 19h coupure eau 19h sans être prévenu pas de parking disponible, des louange son en ba de l hôtel donc bruit musique a fond jusqu’à 3h du matin ,parasol limité a 2 transate même si on es 5 personne… et j en passe à réfléchir

-Water doesn't run at the bath at the sink -Gymnasium without electric power -All lot of dusk in the room and all over the Hotel -Breakfast absent, even paid !!!! -Parking not protected, someone hit my car and run away -VERY BAD EXPERIENCE & WONT ADVISE ANYONE TO GO THERE

The study was good size,but the kitchen part without working things 😀, useless, then in conclusion plus nice and good room,lift , underground car park, minus basen not working,crew strange without proper contact, gym closed. Price on plus.

La struttuta diposta su 6 piani ha una grande potenzialità, avendo una piccola palestra, una piscina e spiaggia privata, purtroppo è carente nella pulizia e mancano ristoranti. Il personale è genitile, disponibile. La colazione è la stessa ogni giorno, senza scelta, perchè preparata dal personale. Anche la sala colazione è carente la pulizia. Non sono curati i dettagli, esempio: mancano le lampadine sui lampadari, il soffitto dell'ascensore è costituito da una lastra di plexiglass con scritte non coerenti con l'hotel, nella camera da letto le abasciur sono senza lampadine, il frizzer del frigorifero non sbrigato; i cuscini del lettino prendisole sporchi, nell'ingresso della hall alcune piastrelle sono rotte, l'asse del watter di modestissima e sottile plastica, al primo accesso in camera senza fascia d'igiene. All'esterno dell'hotel sono presenti due bar. In prossimità dell'Hotel è sito un piazzale non asfaltato con due bidoni dell'immondizia non coperti e latterizzi vari, ovvero questa area non è curata. Il materasso è di buona qualità, che consente un buon sonno. Migliorando la pulizia, l'hotel migliorebbe parecchio. In sostanza, il rapporto qualità prezzo può essere buono, se ci si accontenta.

Hôtel correct dans l'ensemble, mise a part certains membres du personnel qui ont oublié d'être aimable, sauf femmes de menage et personnel du restaurant. Salle de sport impraticable, et vraiment déçu du comportement du personnel qui loue les parasols (alors qu'ils sont compter dans le prix de la réservation ), et se permettent des réflexions malhonnête.

Hotel vieillot et mal entretenu. Ne correspond pas du tout à un 4 étoiles. Salle de sport ou tout est cassé et sous 1 cm de poussière. Piscine correcte. Chambres spatineuses.

Die Lage ist super. Stadtnah und direkt am Strand. Man hört das Rauschen des Meeres. Die Betten sind topp. Täglich frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Küche alles funktionsfähig. Besteck fehlte und Geschirr für 2. Person. War für mich nicht wichtig. Fenster im Bad und in der Küche könnten von außen eine Reinigung vertragen - können die fleißigen Damen aber nicht - da nicht komplett zu öffnen. Kalkablagerungen bleiben nicht aus . Aussicht vom Balkon super. Balkon mit Möbeln, Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, WLAN, Aussenpool toll und Mut Blick aufs Meer. Frühstück einfach aber gut. Ich hätte gern ein kleines Gymnastik Angebot und zum Frühstück Obst. Bin aber auch in der Lage dies für mich selbst zu organisieren. Und die hilfsbereiten Menschen vor Ort haben auch dafür Lösungen. Fazit: ich komme bestimmt wieder

Lovely place. Good value. Clean. Friendly staff. Also option for hammam or massage. Breakfast simple but good quality. Fridge was leaking, but otherwise really nice. Right by the sea and parking outside.

When i came there were no towels unyil 6pm and then thr towels were smelling chlorin. The kitchen didnt work, the aircon remote with no batteries. The gym with no electricity and locked. The breakfast was disgusting and poor. It is wrong to call yourselves a 4 star hotel.

Établissement sale , sombre , volets cassés , poussière dans les placards , draps gris, pas de serviettes de toilettes un vrai scandale , cet établissement est sale

Frukosten var inte bra, vi fick tjata om rena handdukar, området var okej och priset var bra om man endast använder hotellet för övernattning som vi gjorde. Vi fick vad vi betalade för helt enkelt.

I booked 3 nights at this hotel and fourth night separately based on the fake reviews. I paid almost $200 - 595 TNDs for 3 nights upon arrival. I was given room 4005 the blurring music post midnight, the smell of smoke and non functioning toilet lead me to ask for another room. After viewing rooms 1004 and 1005 we settled for 1004 due to less noise. The room stank of cigarettes. I could not breathe. The breakfast was simply appalling for the price of stay. The tables were unclean.

The hotel is in a good area but really poor I don’t know whether it’s because it wasn’t holiday season. The room was shabby and dirty hair’s everywhere, we had to find a cleaner to take all the bedding of and give us fresh, she was amazing and next day give it a good clean.There was no pool no entertainment nothing. On the early hours of Saturday we thought the roof was going to cave in loads of noise like there was 100 of people talking out loud. I could heard furniture being pulled along the floor on numerous occasions. But I think I should have knew better as price was so cheap you pay cheap you get crap do better off spending more for quality. I was only there as a pit stop for location to airport as visiting family but I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Clogged sink , broken beds, paid for king bed and got 2 broken twin bed, the fridge was leaking water, Torn bed sheets bad personnel , didn’t wanna change the room for me and i will definitely go back again there . I do not recommend it to nobody

Bij het ontvangst zat een onvriendelijke man ( de andere collega’s zijn wel heel aardig) De kamer kan wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken, zwembad was niet schoon en ik moest elke dag zelf weer om een ligbed vragen om te kunnen zonnen. Het ontbijt was elke dag, 11 dagen lang exact hetzelfde. Ik miste een waterkoker op de kamer en kleerhangers. Wel een mooie ruime kamer, iedere dag kwam de schoonmaak en kreeg ik nieuwe handdoeken. Je kijkt uit op zee en op de tuin van het naastgelegen hotel dus dat is mooi. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is op zich wel goed maar alles mag net iets netter, schoner en vriendelijker!

A l'arrivée chambre réservée non disponible ont nous a donné une autre chambre mais avec 1 seule chambre donc j'ai laissé la chambre à ma fille de 3 ans et avons dormi sur le canapé inconfortable

Las habitaciones estan muy amplias y con terrazas. Esta muy cerca de la playa y a restaurantes y bares.

Very good service, all staff nice and friendly. Specially Nora who helped us with everything we needed. She is very kind and welcoming Hotel it’s a bit dated but it does the job if you travelling on budget. Also very safe , there is security at the door at any time Recommend

Arriver sur place J'ai du payer plus que le prix indiquer car jai choisit l'option payer sur place et l'établissement n'était pas tres chaleureux quand a l'hôtel il n'est pas très propre service de chambre inexistant et il falais payer un suplement pour avoir une chambre vue mer tandis que j'avais droit a une vue mer ou partielle sur la mer ce qui n'étais pas le cas

We really enjoyed our stay, nights were a bit noisy but otherwise everything was great. Loved being so close to the sea. Thank you very much.
