A good hotel at a fair price. For sure, not a luxury hotel but, for the price, good rooms and good breakfast. Parking included in price. Nice people in reception and at breakfast. 12 minutes walk to S-bahn. Biggest disadvantage was a slow and erratic internet that made Zoom-meetings almost impossible. Would be glad to return if the internet was improved, as it is now, I cannot recommend to anyone who needs internet.

Wir sind erst gegen 21 Uhr angereist. Ging alles problemlos. Parkplatz vorhanden. Frühstück reichhaltig und sehr gut ....Aldi ist hinter dem Hotel. Gute Möglichkeit noch Kleinigkeiten einzukaufen. Wir kommen wieder und können es empfehlen.

Did not like there was no air conditioning and bathroom fixtures were not sturdy. The door was also difficult to open. Also very difficult with no elevator especially if you have suitcases.

Das Toilettenbecken war abgenutzt und wirkte dadurch unsauber, außerdem fehlte der Ablaufstöpsel des Waschbeckens. Positiv fielen stabile Zahnputzbecher aus Plaste und bereitgestellte Brillenputztücher auf.

A great little hotel that is perfect for a stop-off if you're travelling through Germany or visiting Bernau bei Berlin. Although the hotel looks like it hasn't been updated since the 80s, the rooms are clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The breakfast buffet is lovely with plenty of options on offer. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. Additionally, there is an Aldi next door, which is very handy if you need to pick up any additional items for your trip. My only criticism would be the pillows, which were far too soft for my liking, but that's just my personal preference.

A great little hotel that is perfect for a stop-off if you're travelling through Germany or visiting Bernau bei Berlin. Although the hotel looks like it hasn't been updated since the 80s, the rooms are clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The breakfast buffet is lovely with plenty of options on offer. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. Additionally, there is an Aldi next door, which is very handy if you need to pick up any additional items for your trip. My only criticism would be the pillows, which were far too soft for my liking, but that's just my personal preference.

Did not like there was no air conditioning and bathroom fixtures were not sturdy. The door was also difficult to open. Also very difficult with no elevator especially if you have suitcases.
