Flott og koselig hotell. Store romslige rom. Fint område med et lite basseng. Vi hadde ikke frokost inkludert. Bar var ikke åpen på kveld. Kunne gjerne blitt lenger om vinikke skulle videre med det samme.

Bon séjour mais deux points négatifs : Chambre triple beaucoup plus petite que sur les photos alors que nous avons justement choisi cet hôtel qui semblait avoir de grandes chambres. Piscine en accès limité, obligé de réserver un créneau horaire pour en profiter et ceux ci sont limités. Elle est mise en avant également sur les photos de l'hôtel alors que tout le monde ne peut pas en profiter. Bon petit déjeuner et grand parking

Underwhelming. The property is old and quite dated. Rooms are somewhat smelly, furniture is from another century. The pool is tiny and crowded with children. The surrounding town and area are downtrodden and bizarre. The staff is friendly but that’s about all I can compliment this hotel for. The prices are not cheap enough and considering the old age of the property and lack of air conditioning in the main areas I would not return to this hotel. Look for something else if you can. I don’t recommend.

Parking was clearly marked at the hotel. The room was clean, though I missed having a power outlet on one side of the bed. The pool area with a sauna was very pleasant. Breakfast was sufficient, but it would have been nice with more less-sweet options. The restaurant served excellent food, and I had the best dessert of my life (strawberries with mascarpone cream). The location was very convenient, with a bus stop nearby that made it easy to reach the city. Staff were friendly and service-minded.

Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer, welches sehr dunkel und warm war (Zimmer 222), der Ort ist sehr unattraktiv und bietet keine Alternative Gastronomie Möglichkeit mit mitgebrachten Speisen und Getränken draußen zu sitzen gab es nicht. Morgens um 6:15Uhr würde das Altglas entsorgt, was sehr viel Lärm verurschte Das Hotel insgesamt war sehr ansprechend, sauber, freundliches Personal, große Auswahl beim Frühstück, Möglichkeit den Pool zu nutzen....

Rigtig hyggeligt lille hotel. Fin service og rart personale. Sløj oplevelse i hotellets restaurant. Maden var kedelig og så endnu mere kedelig ud end den smagte. Selv ikke en Panna cotta var det lykkedes dem at få til at smage af andet end luft. Og det kunne man da eller godt forvente at et Italiensk køkken der brystede sig at at specialisere sig i lokale retter. Derudover havde den kun åbent en af de 3 dage vi var der. Hvilket ikke var blevet oplyst inden. Derudover et meget begrænset udvalg Morgenmaden var på samme lave niveau som maden i restauranten. Fin lille pool med tilhørende sauna og dampbad, som personalet var så flinke at tænde til os 20 min inden vi skulle bruget det. Aircondition var så støjende at det lød som om der stod en traktor med motoren i tomgang lige uden på den anden side af døren. Og værelserne ud mod gaden var også ofre for rigtig meget støj fra trafikken fra gaden. Og en kirke der lå et par hundrede meter derfra gjorde jo selvfølgelig også opmærksom på sine klokker hver halve time hver morgen fra kl. 08.00 Så medbring ørepropper.

Parking was clearly marked at the hotel. The room was clean, though I missed having a power outlet on one side of the bed. The pool area with a sauna was very pleasant. Breakfast was sufficient, but it would have been nice with more less-sweet options. The restaurant served excellent food, and I had the best dessert of my life (strawberries with mascarpone cream). The location was very convenient, with a bus stop nearby that made it easy to reach the city. Staff were friendly and service-minded.

Staying here was inconvenient. The cost of cabs and Ubers, due to early closures of local transportation, ended up being as much as a hotel in Centre City. The staff were mediocre and often seemed annoyed or gave unpleasant greetings. Verona is beautiful, though this hotel was the downfall of my trip there. I don’t typically mind old/modern type of rooms, but I will say that they could at least get exact same lightbulbs as my room contained many different lightings of different hues lol.

Rigtig hyggeligt lille hotel. Fin service og rart personale. Sløj oplevelse i hotellets restaurant. Maden var kedelig og så endnu mere kedelig ud end den smagte. Selv ikke en Panna cotta var det lykkedes dem at få til at smage af andet end luft. Og det kunne man da eller godt forvente at et Italiensk køkken der brystede sig at at specialisere sig i lokale retter. Derudover havde den kun åbent en af de 3 dage vi var der. Hvilket ikke var blevet oplyst inden. Derudover et meget begrænset udvalg Morgenmaden var på samme lave niveau som maden i restauranten. Fin lille pool med tilhørende sauna og dampbad, som personalet var så flinke at tænde til os 20 min inden vi skulle bruget det. Aircondition var så støjende at det lød som om der stod en traktor med motoren i tomgang lige uden på den anden side af døren. Og værelserne ud mod gaden var også ofre for rigtig meget støj fra trafikken fra gaden. Og en kirke der lå et par hundrede meter derfra gjorde jo selvfølgelig også opmærksom på sine klokker hver halve time hver morgen fra kl. 08.00 Så medbring ørepropper.

Our first time staying and would highly recommend. The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive, with little touches such as offering us some breakfast when our check-out was before the normal service, ordering taxis and offering guides for bus routes. The room was clean, comfortable and the WiFi was without issues. We were travelling as a family of 4, and they put our rooms next to each other. The restaurant offer a separate menu for the children, you just need to ask, however they also let my mother-in-law choose from their alternative options. They food was fresh, tasty and the service again was excellent! We honesty had a lovely stay. Outside the hotel, we found it easy to reach the bus stop to travel into Verona and beyond. There were also some great pizzerias/kebab/japanese places in easy walking distance, so could take to our room or eat out. Plus a fab Gelateria nearby! We had everything we needed and felt comfortable asking for help or guidance.
