I can say it was a nice stay the only problem was that one of beds had hair all over it. I kinda wished they would have moved us to a different room. I understand they were overbooked but I am glad they changed everything on the bed & checked the sheets. The front desk and housekeeping employee were very nice and helpful in the evening. The breakfast did not have any bacon like the picture on the site. The beds were very comfortable, the tv was the right size, the pool was nice just wish it was a little warmer temperature wise. The hot tub was nice but was kinda dirty at the same time well the bubbles were dirty.

We specifically called the day of our arrival before we booked to make sure the pool and hot tub were in working condition, as we had kiddos who were eager to swim. We got there at checkin and we’re advised the pumps went out the day before. So it was unavailable.

Stay was good, hotel has to be pretty new, and everything was good for the most part. Breakfast was ok, but every chafting dish was broken and took 2 hands to open and get food, with plate in one hand and no place to sit the plate. But, nothing tops that parking lot alarm that went off about very 5 minutes, day or night, right outside out room. It was funny, that they offered to change our room at no additional cost, but they were full, and we had a king suite. I love be offered a smaller room at not extra charge (golly thanks) and with a single queen bed from the King suite we paid $450 a night.

Friendly staff, helpful, and a lot of parking. Room is clean and spacious. Bathroom is bright and the towels and sheets are clean, always a plus. Even though there are a ton of pillows, they were marked with the firmness on the pillow case! Thanks for that, I didn’t have to keep trying them to find the right one. There was no coffee maker in the room, that was the only thing missing, but I would stay here again and would recommend this for anyone traveling

The hotel was ok. The pool was closed and had been for a long time. Every trash can was overflowing with trash piled all around it. The breakfast was served late so we didn’t get to eat before we had to leave. The front entrance doors had to be locked at dark because the overwhelming number of homeless people trying to enter the building. My wife found drugs and a crack pipe in the parking lot right next to the front entrance.

I really enjoyed our stay. We only stayed one night for a concert but it was mostly a great night. The front staff was very friendly upon entering and made me feel welcomed. The room was nice and mostly clean, however, there were some dark spots on the bottom sheet and one of the pillowcases but it didn’t seem fresh or anything to get too upset about but I did decrease a star for that because the bed is super important to me when traveling and staying in rooms other than my own. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

I was not happy with this property. When we pulled in, there were homeless people walking through the parking lot. When I took my dog out, there were random people walking through the parking lot. The staff were very nice, but the bathroom was dirty and had someone’s random hair on the floor. The bathroom and room looks like it had mold damage and it was just repainted over. There was water damage behind the tiles next to the shower and the tile was scuffed and dirty in the room. These things didn’t make me feel comfortable or at ease. Breakfast was good.

Good overall. Bathrooms need remodeling in the rooms as they are turning black in the tubs etc. Property was clean and beds comfortable. Front desk staff was unfriendly and acted as if every person was incoveincing her.

THIS HOTEL HAD WONDERFUL STAFF AND IT WAS IN A GREAT LOCATION WITH NEARBY RESTAURANTS. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THE WIFI AND TRYING TO STREAM ON THE TV. A STAFF MEMBER CAME IN AND TRIED TO CONNECT FOR ME, BUT EVEN HE COULD NOT CONNECT. IT WAS VERY ECO-FRIENDLY BUT NOT TO HAVE A COFFEE MAKER OR JUST A HOT WATER HEATER WAS A BIT DISAPPOINTING BUT I UNDERSTAND. I KNOW I WOULD HAVE WASTED LESS BY HAVING THE CONTROL TO MAKE MY OWN. (THAT IS DEFINITELY NOT THE CASE FOR THE GENERAL POPULATION).

Overall it was a pleasant stay. Only issues were that we could hear the people in the room above us walking around in the middle of the night. And something in the room kept making sharp popping noised all night long. The noises woke us up several times during the night. Sounded like metal cracking.

Very close to airport and rental car return both within 5-7min drive Sierra at check in was amazing, friendly and needs to be rewarded for her kindness and friendliness to customers she is checking in. Lady at breakfast was a lil rude, BUT once she was able to get all the food restocked and we was able To eat finally BREAKFAST was great a lot of options

Very nice stay with friendly staff. Kudos to to the kitchen staff who kindly accommodated extended time for the breakfast as we were late. Very spacious lobby and dining area. Good view of balloon park from 3rd floor.

I asked the front desk lady a question regarding crime in their area based on a few disturbing things we saw while driving to the hotel. Her remarks were ( you are checking in to a hotel on planet earth ) There is crime everywhere.

Great hotel conveniently located near airport and University of NM. Staff were helpful and responsive at every contact. I appreciated that every staff member I encountered or spoke to smiled! Bed was super comfortable. Room was quiet even being near the airport! Breakfast was very good, fresh products and protein. I'm very picky about my coffee so I was pleasantly surprised that their coffee is excellent. They offer a variety of creamer options, which is nice.

The staff was outstanding! The lady at the check in desk was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was VERY good. The breakfast area was extremely clean and well stocked. How many times I have tried the pancake machine, only to experience an empty bag. Not in Albuquerque! The lady was busy restocking food and supplies, and busy cleaning counters and tables! I was very impressed!!!

The AC in the unit was not working, was so humid from being down in the basement pool area. Window didn’t open, no air flow. Front desk offered a box fan that made our throats feel dry. One thing we always look forward to is buscuits and gravy, it was 830 as the server stopped serving gravy.
