Best Western Plus Liverpool Hotel & Conference Centre

Just checked in. Plenty of parking. The gentleman at the front desk was very personable and accommodating. The room seems quite clean and comfortable.

Nice hotel but expensive. Dogs alllowed.

Hotel is newer. Some issues in the room. Very thin walls. Some creaks and the tub was very slow to drain. The pool was cold, the ocean was slightly warmer. The breakfast was great! Hot and fresh.

Pool water was cold.

This was an amazing property for my husband and I and our dogs. They were accommodating and helpful. Lots of space to walk the dogs.

Clean, comfortable and good size room. Comfortable bed and linens/bedding. Staff pleasant. Breakfast good. One suggestion - my husband said the pool was colder than our outdoor pool at home (which we do not heat other than solar panels) so that was odd for indoor pool. He said colder than any other hotel he's even been at so they did not stay in long. This was in evening. Everything nice though (very clean) and we would return. Very convenient to beach and Cosby's.

Lovely staff. Friendly staff, very clean, nice pool. Breakfast buffet was great, tasty, and lots of variety (not like most buffets, no rubbery eggs and greesy sausage pattys). Will defiantly return and recommmend.

The gym was terrible and outdated - didn’t even have water available.

We had a wonderful time in Liverpool it was beatiful. The staff and the food at the hotel were so kind however we go in Friday night after a day of traveling we were hot and tiered so we showered and went right to bed got up in the morning ready for the day. We were going to breakfast and the maid was cleaning the room next to ours so i Specifically asked her if they would be in to clean room as we were staying for the weekend and would need fresh towels to shower that night. We get back to the hotel after our day no clean room no clean towels however ill take the blame for this as i noticed I didnt hang the hanger on the door and just assumed where i talk to the maid that she would know we wanted the room cleaned so I went to the desk to ask if they were coming to clean the room and told them we needed fresh towels the lady at the desk asked what room number we were in and showed me on the camera's where the maid was in the building and said they would be down. This was about three-ish so i retured to my room and waited no maid we had to go for supper and were running out of time so my husband and i had to use the floor towels hanging in the shower to dry off. We leave the hotel we come back at about eight-ish still no clean towels i go back down to the deck and ask the new shift at the front deck for towels still no towels we get up in the morning by this time i hae asked three times and i have no face cloth to was my face when we wake up. Not acceptable :(

This was a very nice property. The bedding was very nice. The room was very comfortable and clean. It was on the new side, very modern, so everything was spick and span. The breakfast was good. This is a good place to stay.

We liked that the property was close to a park For the kids, we also liked that there was a fair amount of lawn space for the dog and accessible, walking trails and sidewalks. Notably, the room did not have a microwave, which was disappointing, and the hand soaps in the bathroom were mounted too high on the walll for the children to reach, a bar soap option would’ve been helpful.

Loved our stay. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The only issue I had was the tv has very limited channels and you cannot hook up to Netflix or any other streaming service. Not even able to rent a movie.

The pool could have been warmer and there was no smart tv or casting options. Other then that our stay was nice .company beds and good breakfast buffet

You can hear everything. We were kept up all night by someone snoring in one of the other rooms. Nothing in the room to block out the noise except the AC, but that shuts off when temp reached, and then you’re freezing because you didn’t really want coolness just quiet. Went to the bathroom and you can hear everything, could hear full conversations from other rooms. Staff were cleaning before we even checked out, so while you’re trying to sleep after being kept up all night you’re listening to vacuums, people doing stuff in the halls, etc. Basically we paid a lot of money to sleep at a place we couldn’t even sleep at.

The front desk staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the hotel and area around. Easy access to all facilities.

The property itself was a convenient stop in a lovely community. My only issue is that when the highway was closed and the power was down and we were unable to get to Liverpool due to no fault of our own, the hotel stuck with their cancellation policy. They refused to refund our first evening, something I find shocking as we couldn’t even get through to them as their phone lines were down. This inflexibility during states of emergency is disappointing.

Staff was excellent! Front desk gentlemen were informative, friendly, courteous. Breakfast staff were phenomenal! Dining room was clean, well stocked, attentive staff, great variety.

It would have been better if the person check us in was NOT condescending when we asked about charging our vehicle while staying at the hotel. It’s not what she said but HOW she delivered the message. I find it distasteful and rude of her to be talking to hotel guest like that and she wasn’t even talking to me but to my husband.

It was easily accessible to restaurants and shopping (although we didn't shop). No complaints to speak about.

Das Hotel selbst liegt in einem Industriegebiet und bietet keinerlei Charme. Gegenüber ist eine Baustelle, auf der morgens um sieben Uhr die Arbeiten beginnen. Wir haben nach einer Nacht das Zimmer gewechselt. Den Wunsch hat man uns problemlos erfüllt, was positiv zu vermerken ist. Das „complementary“ Frühstück bietet weniger als jedes „complementary“ Frühstück, das wir je in einem Kettenhotel erlebt haben. Dazu ist auch der Raum dafür laut und ungemütlich. In einer solchen Umgebung will man eigentlich nicht frühstücken. Insgesamt war das Hotel für den Zweck der Erkundung der Umgebung ok – man fährt morgens weg und kommt abends zurück – aber kein Platz zum Wohlfühlen.

It was a great location. Safe and the staff was very friendly.

My dog thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. Lots of interesting walks around the hotel. Near a pet, dollar and two major supermarkets.

Close to everything you need

It is handy spot close to the highway. There is construction occuring just across from the hotel for 100-bed long term care. The rooms are clean and staff very good. Breakfast was aloa good.

Rooms were nice, staff very nice. Eggs not so much. Somewhat rubbery.
