La cocina cierra a las 7pm y los desayunos son siempre los mismos. La habitación es aceptable aunque no en buenas condiciones.

Aunque no recomiendo este hotel, si fuera su única opción yo recomendaría no reservar por medio de Expedia. Las muchas reseñas que hablan del mal servicio del personas no están exagerando. Yo tuve problemas con con mi reservación y el personal no me dió ninguna solución ni estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarme, de hecho en otro el rato en que estuve hablando con el servicio de E

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rum was a bit small but bed comfortable and with AC. Room and bath, supposedly being accessible, were located on the 2nd floor with a stair care, with no functioning elevator, causing difficulties, to access reception and dining hall on 1st floor. Staff did deliver breakfast to the room for the handicap person. Bath did not have any safety bars and the walk in shower floor was extremely slippery, so we must lay towels on the floor to be safe. The ocean view was great, the parking was offered on the lower level and the upper level.

Don't try to find the office after dark! I knocked on an apartment door on the other side of the parking lot because it was the only light on! A kind gentleman took me to the front desk! No lights or information to be found when we drove in! Our room was clean although a bit cramped. It was extremely quiet. The breakfast was excellent. There was no soap or hand towels. The shower door didn't close and the sink faucet rotated from side to side! The sign over the sink said not to drink the water....but none was provided to even brush your teeth! Luckily I had a bottle of water in the car! In my opinion, it was over priced. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. No ocean view from our room, but the pool, which we didn't use, looked beautiful. There is no beach access. Nice enough, but we won't be back!
