Le séjour à l’hôtel s’est bien déroulé. Le service tant à l’accueil qu’au buffet matin est génial, la propreté de l’établissement impeccable et les lits vraiment corrects.. Petit bémol, le mobilier de la suite adjacente n’est pas de grande qualité et il y manque cruellement d’éclairage. Nous avons aussi été déçu d’apprendre sur place que la piscine est hors fonction et ce depuis déjà un moment. Aucune mention ne nous a été faite à cet égard lors de la réservation. Dommage, nous avions justement choisi cet hôtel pour ce service.

Staff was super friendly. Brakfast was plentiful and tasty. Pool was warm and grand kids really enjoyed it. Easy access from trans canada and close to a mini mall, gas and tim hortons. Would for sure stay there again.

Overall, I would like to express my gratitude for a pleasant stay. The experience was mostly positive, and I would recommend the establishment. While the majority of the staff was friendly and accommodating, there was one unpleasant encounter with a receptionist, who happened to be an elderly lady. Trois changements de chambre avant d'avoir une chambre entièrement propre. Première chambre : lit avec draps souillés et plusieurs cheveux! Totalement inacceptable ! Deuxième chambre : toilette non nettoyée ! Du premier coup d'oeil, l'hôtel semblait vraiment propre, mais une telle situation me donne malheureusement pas le goût d'y revenir. I made my booking for 2 nights. When I returned to the room for the second night, there was a different guest in my room. My Items were dumped to a Laundary bag and front desk handed me then. My toiletries bag been cleaned out by room service.. it was a total mess and after an hour they arranged replacement room. Pathetic service.
