Lovely comfortable rooms with the convenience of being attached to a large club with plenty of free parking, eating options and entertainment. We stay here often and will continue to do so.

Fantastic all the way around. The fitness center and pool were GREAT! I would love to stay here again.

The pool was a decent size, however, it’s not heated. The water was ice cold which made it hard to enjoy if you don’t like ice cold water for swimming. The staff were excellent.

Standard room had a lot of space. Good water pressure in the shower. I used the gym and went into the Liverpool Catholic Club. Both easy to access and dining options were good. Bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet.

Check-in was smooth and quick. The staff were amazingly helpful and professional. Great amenities, including swimming pool and gym.

Lovely clean room. Perfect for what. we needed. Pool was big, clean and lovely set up with shade cloths and plenty of sun lounges and chairs. Great quality pool towels for guest use.

Room and facilities were fantastic. We love the hotel as being part of the catholic club for all of those amenities . However there was very limited parking for hotel guests in the joint car park due to events in conference centres and a show being facilitated at the club. Perhaps reserving a certain amount of spaces for hotel guests could be considered

Very handy to the M7 for either direction; plenty of free parking; great staff Downside was the lengthy process to get ID approved at the entry point to the LCC to use facilities; greater than 10 minutes

Great selection for breakfast and well laid out. Food was very good. Plenty of parking. All the staff were great they were all happy and friendly. Room was very clean. Great position with easy access to adjoining club. Excellent.

Very clean room and friendly staff. Just one thing which is I would prefer a soap bar instead of body wash, as some customers, including myself, have had allergic reactions to the body wash provided for the shower.

Mercure Sydney Liverpool was clean and inviting. We had a lovely clean and comfortable room. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The toiletries were good quality and smelt lovely. Will definitely stay here again.

BREAKFAST WAS GOOD BUT BLOOY EXPENSIVE. WE TRAVEL A LOT AND FOUND YOU HAD NO NETFLIX. TV COMPLETELY OUTDATED AND TOO SMALL. CLEANLINESS REGULAR. FOUND DIRT IN THE CARPET AND SMALL PIECES OF STONES AND AFTER 4 DAYS STILL THERE.

The room was lovely and spacious. But the room had not been cleaned properly. There were chocolate wrappers in the drawer and behind the bedside table.

My stay at the Mercure was very pleasant. The staff are friendly and helpful. The amenities were great and the comfort of the room was excellent. Everything at the hotel was clean and fresh. I have stayed there many times and will again.

Restaurant and check in staff were great. The cleaning staff was horrible. The rooms were never cleaned for the entire 2 week stay there. Bathrooms were never cleaned, carpets were never vacuumed and bedspreads weren’t changed even though they were noticeably dirty. We constantly had to tell cleaning staff to change items and front desk response was not helpful at all

Odour in hotel

Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, well-presented, and overall quite comfortable. However, the sofa bed was unfortunately very uncomfortable for my daughter, which affected her sleep. I also wish I had double-checked the amenities beforehand, as our room didn’t include a microwave, which would have been helpful. Despite these points, the stay was pleasant and the service was great.

We had nothing but problems staying here. Had to change rooms 3 times due to issues and still had aircon not working in the 3rd room but gave up when staff couldn't care less and didnt bother getting back to me about it. Finally got told on leaving the whole facility has electrical issues they can't currently resolve. We only had 1 decent nights sleep out of 4 as the room was too hot but given no compensation at all even though they knew it was an issue. Also, if an event is on at the attached entertainment venue there is no parking at all as there's no dedicated hotel guest parking. The rooms are nice but the issues left us not enjoying them. Definitely wouldn't stay here again.

Modern well appointed and quiet rooms. Plenty of off street parking and courteous staff.

Poor facilities and poorer customer service. During our 8 nights stay we had to stay in a room with a faulty air conditioner for 5 nights. The staff did little to help and came up with illogical reasons.

2 bookings 1st for 29th June & 2nd for 3-5 July. Evening of 29 June I was in room 1030 opposite the staff service lift. A lovely room sometime between 2.50am & 4am 30June there was continuous noise emanating from the staff service lift. It woke me it was so loud and ongoing. Sounded like items being moved around and bumped or scraped within the service lift. On the 2nd stay I was again on the 10th floor room 1025 extremely noisy people in the early hours of the morning, congregated in the hallway talking and shouting extremely loudly, I was almost tempted to contact Reception to ask them to quieten down these guests.Their noise was continuous for more than an hour Tuesday morning & Wednesday morning. I organised check-out at midday for 5 July. At 10.15am the TV was automatically shut off whilst I was listening to the mornings NEWS & getting dressed followed by a Hotel (male) staff member knocking twice on the door and immediately proceeding to open the door and attempt to enter the room. I was taken aback that he was opening the door without any hesitation. I had placed a DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door, he said he thought I had checked-out. I told him I had requested 12noon check-out & for a 2nd time the TV was shut-down whilst I was attempting to listen to the ABC news. At Reception I gave the man at the desk the debit card I wanted to use for settling my account. He apologised & told me he did a manual transaction using another card of mine & had checked me out for 10am.

No microwave in room that’s the only thing really but no drama still a awesome room 😃

Nice clean large room with comfy King size bed. Bathroom was spotless and the towels were great. On issue was that the TV kept turning itself off numerous times which was annoying especially when you were watching a movie. Apparently the same happened to my wife and daughter at Mercure in Melbourne last week.

Lovely rooms - modern and fresh. Nice staff at reception. Tv only seemed to only allow you to buy their own movie content rather than cromecast your streaming services which was disappointing

Shirt overnight stay, friendly desk staff, allowed me to lock my racing bike in storeroom. Lovely comfortable room, granddaughters loved it!!

I stayed in the same room consecutively in January and March. I see the same cobwebs in the same place, toilet floors with the same stain marks and the shower water overflowing to the bathroom floor. The reception staff don't want to price match what i find in other booking websites. WHY? The staff hesitate to fix a sofa bed for us. WHY? Some of the younger reception staff come across as borderline rude. Not sure if they've been trained in hospitality.

Excellent service from the check in to the end of our stay. Rooms very big and clean.

The original question to this review was 'How was your Check-in? Whilst both our stay at the Hotel and our dinner at the Catholic Club were good, our experience accessing the hotel was not. We travelled from Canberra and drove around the local area with the hotel in sight for at least 15 minutes before finally giving up, entering the Catholic Club carpark and entering that Club to find out how we got to the Hotel! Nowhere on your website, or the Hotel description on Hotels.com where we booked, does it say the Hotel is accessed through the Catholic Club carpark and there were no signs that we saw at either driveway entrance to the Club. Needless to say, we were not impressed and the gentleman at the reception desk wasn't in the least interested in our plight.

First : Came to the room after a long day in the city , the bed sheet were dirty , full of hair that did not belong to me , rang the reception no answer, went down and the front reception told me he is the only person there and he won’t be able to change the sheets . I as a guest had to do that and change the sheets . Second : When arriving the front office ( Rami ) told me they will wave the early check In as I was arriving from the states. Leaving the facility they charged me $50 and told me they would not honor the other employ ( Rami) .

First time at this hotel but definitely will stay there again. The staff are absolutely amazing.

Staff were excellent, any queries were dealt with immediately, room with balcony immaculate, couldn't ask for any thing more. will certainly book there again

Great as attached to liverpool catholic club giving access to events, great food and pleasant environment. There is a gym and ice rink just across the car park. No shops close by is the only downside plus only a public bus stop no trains close by.

It was in a quiet area.

There nothing in the surrounding area, no other restaurants or things to do .

Well presented, comfortable accommodation, still reasonably new so still in good condition. Good access to the motorways and also to the Liverpool Catholic club.

ｼﾄﾞﾆｰ市内の混雑を避けてのんびり滞在4日間でした。ホテル自身は清潔で従業員の対応も良く、環境も良好でした。少し残念でしたのは、朝食付きで申し込んだのですが、朝食バフェット内容に変化が無く、サラダ系が無かった点です、毎朝ですと飽きてしまいました、そこ以外満足でした。前滞在先のケアンズの朝食付きホテルの豪華さと比較してはいけないのでしょうが。

Always enjoy the Mercure Liverpool It's hard to order room service sometimes when the bistro in club is busy up to 1 hour wait ? Needs a gym going across the road is a hassle Having to fill out ID to go next door is painful also otherwise excellent

Had an excellent stay, lovely hotel that was very clean. The bed was great. The Mercure is connected to the Liverpool Catholic Club which has great modern facilities that are beautifully interior designed. Cafe, restaurant, function spaces and children’s playground that is all accessible if you stay at the Mercure. Food is delicious at the atrium and buffet breakfast has a good spread.

LCC club next to hotel with walk through is good. Not too close to other entertainment as LCC was closed on Good Friday had to drive to Mounties with family or a taxi ride was the bad downside.

This was a great place to stay. Check in was very easy and efficient. Moving around the premises was great - lots of helpful and friendly staff. The dining options were almost endless and catered to every need. Would definitely stay again.

Really great hotel, I stay in Sydney a lot and this hotel was reasonably priced, fantastic rooms, really comfortable bed with top quality linen and the restaurant downstairs was brilliant. I ate there twice and both times I had a great experience. The steak in particular was so good. I will definitely stay there again.
