SureStay by Best Western Clermont Theme Park West

Quarto estava com cheiro de cigarro. As roupas de cama foram trocadas, melhorou,mas nao eliminou o cheiro.

There were three people to my room. It was my nieces graduation. Her Grandmother and and Father stopped by and we were going to use the pool. They stereotyped my nephew because he had tatoos and I was hounded by three people as to how many were in my room and threatened to keep my deposit and charge another room. It made my family feel so uncomfortable they left early around to.m. I checked out at8 p.n. the night before I was suppose to. We weren't loud, causing problems or anything. They treated me as if I was some criminal. It's clean and well kept. But this was unacceptable and unnecessary

It's a good place...I will stay there again.

The room is very clean and cozy including the bed 👌 Everything about this hotel is excellent I would highly recommend it to anyone who would like to stay here and it's close to everything else around it.
