We absolutely LOVED this accommodation! The cabin is situated in a well approximated residential area which is quiet and safe. The cabins are recently built and have everything you need! The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a little deck and 2 lounge chairs. There is a personal parking spot beside the cabin which can accommodate 2 vehicles. Also, they are PET FRIENDLY! We will Definitely be staying again, and staying longer!

Really enjoyed the country feel for this urban property. Felt like being in a camp ground. Very close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Short drive to downtown Charlotttetown. We were in a 2 bedroom cottage which also had a pullout couch. Beds were comfortable, pull out was reasonable but definitely not ideal to sleep on for multiple nights. Bedrooms were small but both had a small closet with a night stand in them for some storage. Kitchen had everything we needed - it was great to be able to cook some meals for ourselves. There is coin op laundry onsite, have to bring your own detergent as there isn’t any available to buy. The woman who runs the property is a gem! Very kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and had all essential cooking pans and utensils, very nice staff. One negative was the playplay area for the lids was very old and had basketsballs to use at the volleyball net. Overall cute little cottages that i would stay at again.

These cottages are not only cute, they are clean and comfortable...and an easy 5 minute drive from the heart of Charlottetown. The owner is extremely friendly and took the time to personally show us to our cabin and ensure it was ready for an early check-in. We stayed in cabin109. It has 2 small, but comfortable, bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen with dining area, living room, a private deck with outside dining and a grill. The memory foam mattress was comfortable and we slept well. Shower pressure is a little low for our liking, but won't deter us from staying here again if we're in the area. Our stay here was the mid-point of an 11 day motorcycle trip and needed to do laundry. The owner had quarters on hand that we could buy, saving us from having to go to a bank. There is no breakfast provided, but several options are very nearby. I would recommend a stay here when visiting Charlottetown.

Absolutely warm and friendly with no hassles whatsoever. Personnel go out of their way to make my stay pleasant and private. I needed for nothing. Front desk lady was very friendly and laughter was positive towards a pleasant stay. Beds were amazing. There was no left over signs of previous clients. Lots of room for parking my trailer and my truck once unhooked. Even as close to the busy highway intersection as it is there was very little distractive noise, day and night. Thank you for the wonderful stay and I will be back again. It was convenient and close to everything I needed.

Royalty Maples have come a long way since our last visit back in 2009. In 2024, the property now features modern amenities expected by today’s travellers. The cottages feature modern kitchen appliances, clean bathrooms, firm beds, modern furniture, contemporary wood flooring, patio furniture and even a propane barbecue. Most impressive was the cottages have mini-split air conditioning systems that will cool the inside in a jiffy.

The cottage was very private and comfortable. Had a few things that could be fixed up, such as kitchen sink was slow to drain, and maybe include a recycling bin, but everything else worked perfect. Check in was simple, and the keyless entry was nice. Laundry on site was convenient, but perhaps a coin machine as the washer only takes quarters, and maybe some detergent for purchase as we had to buy a full size one and left it in the room for the next person.

There was on site laundry that we were counting on using, but both washers were broken. There was an air conditioner/heater in the room that only ran on a remote control. There were no directions for the remote. Sometimes it worked sometimes it didn’t

This was a last minute booking and was disappointing. There was a volleyball court where people were having fun. These are individual cabins. The cabin we stayed in was redone on the inside but needed work on the outside. I questioned the bill on check in as I thought I read a different price. I can believe I made a mistake. The woman at the counter did not respond appropriately saying "people need to learn how to read." Even if it has been a long day that is not the way to treat guests.

This is a great choice for a place to stay. The cottages are modern with heat pumps and rads. The bathroom has a deep tub as part of the surroud. It is clean and quiet. The beds are comfortable and the staff have been more than curteous and helpful.

All in all, we were quite disappointed with our stay. When we entered our room, it smelled slightly of an unclean public washroom. After checking the washroom, we discovered that there were dark brown spots on every towel. The entire building was very small and we were very squished during our stay. We expected a sofa bed since there were only two small beds, however, it was a just a small regular sofa. We booked for five people, and we can say that it definitely did not fit all of us. The doors were also very hard to close, giving us minimal privacy between our family members. In addition, the TV remote didn’t work after turning the TV on. Lastly, there were no tissues in any of the rooms.

The rooms are not fancy but very clean and our bed was very comfortable.There was a table with 4 chairs,a full fridge,stove and microwave as well as a foldout couch in our room.Although we were close to a busy traffic area,the room was very quiet and we had a great sleep. One drawback was that the water pressure in the shower was not great and the bathroom was tiny. We really appreciate that the owners of this property has installed solar panels and they have worked hard to update the motel and nearby cabins and make their property more sustainable. If you are looking for clean comfortable accomodations that don't break the bank,these accomodationd are great value for the money.

Stayed 5 nights, great place. Comfortable, well equipped suites. Close to the Confederation Trail and other bike-walk paths. Nice deck with chairs and a small table. Could use some shade out there during the day. I’d stay again.

The cottage did what we needed, supplies a place to sleep for the night. Just a few notes for others, we weren’t provided the room that we booked. I booked a queen with sofa bed but was given 2 double beds. Also unable to set temperature to our liking. Whole cottage contained one heat pump which we couldn’t control. No individual temperature controls in other rooms which made the night a little chilly. Once again not enough for us to complain about but just a note to others who book here.

These little cottages are great! Everything you need, close to town and the highway making it a great spot for access to explore, everything is super clean (very new) and gives you a nice tiny home experience! Highly recommend if you’re choosing to stay in town!

The property was clean and all we needed for a trip away. The only issue was I paid in full in advance and when I arrived to the property they tried to have me pay again. I showed them the receipt and my credit card statement to verify to them. They then asked for an additional $200 for a damage deposit which would be refunded. I called two days after we checked out as it was posted and not refunded - they said to wait 7 days. I have waited 2 weeks and was not refunded. I called twice and have not received a phone call back, there is also no email. I have reported the charge to my bank but of course this is quite the process. Great place to stay but administratively it has been a nightmare.

Absolutely warm and friendly with no hassles whatsoever. Personnel go out of their way to make my stay pleasant and private. I needed for nothing. Front desk lady was very friendly and laughter was positive towards a pleasant stay. Beds were amazing. There was no left over signs of previous clients. Lots of room for parking my trailer and my truck once unhooked. Even as close to the busy highway intersection as it is there was very little distractive noise, day and night. Thank you for the wonderful stay and I will be back again. It was convenient and close to everything I needed.

This is a great choice for a place to stay. The cottages are modern with heat pumps and rads. The bathroom has a deep tub as part of the surroud. It is clean and quiet. The beds are comfortable and the staff have been more than curteous and helpful.

An enjoyable experience. Room was very clean. Bed was excellent which provided a sound sleep. Staff were focused on client service and were very accommodating. My wife and I will be back.

Really enjoyed the country feel for this urban property. Felt like being in a camp ground. Very close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Short drive to downtown Charlotttetown. We were in a 2 bedroom cottage which also had a pullout couch. Beds were comfortable, pull out was reasonable but definitely not ideal to sleep on for multiple nights. Bedrooms were small but both had a small closet with a night stand in them for some storage. Kitchen had everything we needed - it was great to be able to cook some meals for ourselves. There is coin op laundry onsite, have to bring your own detergent as there isn’t any available to buy. The woman who runs the property is a gem! Very kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

These cottages are not only cute, they are clean and comfortable...and an easy 5 minute drive from the heart of Charlottetown. The owner is extremely friendly and took the time to personally show us to our cabin and ensure it was ready for an early check-in. We stayed in cabin109. It has 2 small, but comfortable, bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen with dining area, living room, a private deck with outside dining and a grill. The memory foam mattress was comfortable and we slept well. Shower pressure is a little low for our liking, but won't deter us from staying here again if we're in the area. Our stay here was the mid-point of an 11 day motorcycle trip and needed to do laundry. The owner had quarters on hand that we could buy, saving us from having to go to a bank. There is no breakfast provided, but several options are very nearby. I would recommend a stay here when visiting Charlottetown.

The cottages feature modern kitchen appliances, clean bathrooms, firm beds, modern furniture, contemporary wood flooring, patio furniture and even a propane barbecue. This place was amazing. Very clean, great location, and an overall nice looking unit. I felt like I was home. The unit had everything I needed to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I’ll definitely visit again.

The rooms are not fancy but very clean and our bed was very comfortable.There was a table with 4 chairs,a full fridge,stove and microwave as well as a foldout couch in our room.Although we were close to a busy traffic area,the room was very quiet and we had a great sleep. One drawback was that the water pressure in the shower was not great and the bathroom was tiny. We really appreciate that the owners of this property has installed solar panels and they have worked hard to update the motel and nearby cabins and make their property more sustainable. If you are looking for clean comfortable accomodations that don't break the bank,these accomodationd are great value for the money.

We absolutely LOVED this accommodation! The cabin is situated in a well approximated residential area which is quiet and safe. The cabins are recently built and have everything you need! The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a little deck and 2 lounge chairs. There is a personal parking spot beside the cabin which can accommodate 2 vehicles. Also, they are PET FRIENDLY! We will Definitely be staying again, and staying longer!

This is a very new property. The motel portion of it is opening next week, It was modern and clean. The only drawback is the lack of space for your suitcase. There are no drawers to put your clothes in for an extended stay. It would’ve been nice if there was coffee and tea available as was in so many other places we stayed.. we had a two bedroom and there is a pullout couch so you could possibly sleep six people, but it would be very difficult and I have no idea where anyone would put their clothes. there are 10 individual units plus the motel portion which also has close to 10 units.. I do highly recommend this property.
This is a very new property. The motel portion of it is opening next week, It was modern and clean. The only drawback is the lack of space for your suitcase. There are no drawers to put your clothes in for an extended stay. The place itself is nice enough. Although the furniture size to room size makes no sense. Very little extra amenities like coffee - Its mostly always well cleaned. But the 1 star comes from the staff. Absolute terrible management. Cancelled my reservation last minute, refused to speak on the phone. Another time i stayed , I had a major issue. Texted and called - no one answered until late morning. Then proceeded to say we made it up. And when we got frustrated at this - they banned me from the location. This place will crumble. Top management is trash & a beautiful project like this needs to be properly managed or else the toxicity will trickle down to the customers. So disappointed.
