Booked 2 queen beds. Property called and said they were sold out of that room but would “upgrade” to king suite. That meant 1 bed and sofa bed. There were no linens on sofa bed or in room, teens reported not comfortable at all. Fridge in room not cold enough for drinks. Ice machines did not work and air conditioning extremely noisy. The breakfast was nice for lower end stay. Would not pick here again though

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Every staff member greeted us with a smile. The brrakfast was excellent with alot of options. The fitness room and pool were great amenities. Will return again.

Took excessive time to get checked in as only one person working the desk. Elevator doors made a somewhat loud squeaking noise when opening so throughout the night interrupted sleep. Breakfast was average. Room was clean, though.

I will most likely return. The only negative reviews I have: 1) their was a foul smell in our room B4 checkout, we descovered that the source was a dresser drawer!? Other then that the room was clean, nice and cool 2) people above our room continued to thump all night on our ciling waking us up at times. We never called in to complain or else Im sure it would have been resolved if we did Loved the attitude and kindness of the staff and breakfast was nice and hot with plenty of options. They also had a nice sized pool that was clean and plenty of pool towles for everyone. One last comment is the "shower" options (along with the bathrooms) they had. This made things very convient. Would recommend!

I liked how close it was to where my granddaughters were staying with my daughter in the Rv park. I did not like that we tried to take our small grandkids swimming and it was closed. The sign said open between 9am and 10pm but they would not let us take them swimming, said it would be another hour. Went back in an hour and a half and was told it would be another hour or so. This was at 5pm. The lady working the breakfast area was great. She was very friendly and always had a smile on her face. The lady at the desk who told me the pool was still closed was very cold and didn’t seem to care. My wife and I travel often and this not a bad place, but not the best place we’ve been.

The pool was not working the room had a funny smell that was awful. .the only thing that was good was the jetted tub . dont think we will stay there again . the staff was nice

When I arrived the room smelled awful. I told the cleaning personal and they went into the room and said they couldn’t smell anything because they had been sick. She offered to spray Febreeze. So we went about the day, and when we returned the room did smell a little better. The next morning we woke up early to get to a soccer tournament when I found a roach crawling on the floor. I told the front desk and they just said sorry about that. I will not be staying at this hotel anymore!

Bathroom in the bedroom was clean. Bed sheets were clean. Bed cover was not clean. Carpets in the bedroom and throughout the hotel were not clean (properly vacuumed) and could use a thorough wash. We spotted bugs in different places: in the elevator and bathroom's floor and bathtub.

We arrived after midnight to an unlocked, dirty room. It seemed as if the housecleaner stripped the bed and then left. There were no sheets or blankets, trash was everywhere, plus the previous occupants keys were still on the dresser. The hotel was booked but after a little while the front desk moved us to a “clean” room where someone had used the toilet and forgot to flush. It was terrible. A refund was mentioned but wasn’t granted.

Bathroom needs to be deep cleaned; tub needs to be replaced. It’s obvious that there have been updates to the interior, but in our room, three walls had three different colors and none of them were the same color as in the bathroom. It’s as if they didn’t quite finish the updates in the room.

Good overnight, but the shower/ tub was overwhelmingly mold/mildewed. I took pictures because I had never seen a showerhead that was so badly moldy. And the caulk around the tub was black. (It was not black caulk) I decided to wipe the granite shower walls using a white washcloth and just a small wipe of a 1x1’ area came back brownish. In short, the entire shower desperately needs steam cleaned. It was a truly gross experience. I just had hip replacement surgery and have to be uber careful with infection. The showerhead was NOT safe.

It seems the property is undergoing renovation. Our room was very nice and extremely clean. The A/C unit was so noisy when it kicked on, it disturbed our sleep and make it a bad stay.

The lobby is pretty spectacular with the water frames but loud. There is renovations going on but the room was finished. Clean, comfortable, spacious, and jacuzzi tub was an unexpected bonus.

Desk clerk was on the phone when I arrived and did not acknowledge me (I was the only guest present) for some time...rude. While he was checking for my reservation (which took a long time) he did not tell me he'd found it. He needs some more training in my opinion. The a/c in my room created a more humid environment than the outside! When I arrived, the tv in my room did not work. I later moved the HDMI cable to the correct plug and it came right on. The breakfast was as expected and the breakfast attendant was polite and professional. I had occasion to pass the cleaning staff in the hallway and both employees that I saw were pleasant and offered a greeting. Their appearance was professional. There were at least 10 ceiling tiles missing above the elevator...ripped out of place vs. just being removed. Carpet is coming up around the edges in place. I don't plan to return to this, or any other Comfort Inn if I can help it. I paid a premium price for this much less than premium experience.

Staff was extremely rude. Almost denied me and my friends TASK TRAINED SERVICE DOGS and still tried to tell me the difference between a service animal and an emotional support dog as if I didn’t already know. Then still proceeded to ask what they are for which is fine I don’t mind answering questions but just the way it was said was extremely rude and unprofessional. Beds were very uncomfortable and still had to ask for a roll away bed that should have already been included to begin with.

Horrible checkin experience.qe reserved a room thru jotels.com prior to arrival. Check in clerk informed us that there were no rooms avaiblable when we arrived. She would not give us a refund so we were temporiily left without lodging for night.. Finally after the clerk contacted the manager we were able to secure a room, with a pull out bed not what we signed up for

The staff was nice. The toilet seat was broken and they don't have a maintenance person. The lady at the front desk was nice enough to find parts, and my husband put it together. The breakfast was great. The only suggestion was to bring the tea bags into the breakfast room instead of leaving it out in the lobby. Very good especially for the price!

Very large paved semi truck parking. 2 truck stops within easy walking distance… Restaurants available at truck stops and a Mexican restaurant down the street… They have an excellent hot breakfast in the lobby… Dana at the front desk is very friendly and very customer service oriented… Very nice clean place to stay

Everything here was aesthetically pleasing. For myself, the only two things that bothered me the most was the fact that the room smelled bad, like it was damp and mildewy. It made sleeping difficult. The beds, the pillows, all that was lovely. I didn’t use the shower facilities, but they were clean. I know a lot of the hotels with the breakfast, whenever they serve the eggs and meat and potatoes, the eggs always look horrible so this was no exception. Was not an appetizing looking scrambled egg. It looked like it had been baked and chopped up and the sausages did not look appetizing either. They were gray, for lack of a better description. I understand they are heat and eat, but I prefer a little brown to them so they look like they’ve been cooked. Otherwise, all the other selections were fine.

Good for the price. I've stayed at this property several times. I like the area and I am usually tired when I arrive . Check in is easy. Pillows were good mattress was a little firm pretty quiet clean. However the room was musty this time. Running the ac helped. Breakfast was good too.Overall not bad. Ill be back

Let’s start by saying, something needs to be done about the access card keys deactivating. Daily when we would leave we wouldn’t be able to get into the building, our room, the pool This is unacceptable. The breakfast was terrible. The eggs were just bad, I don’t know if the sausage patties were meat, there was some cereal, a few danish, waffles, etc. but overall it was bad. The facility was clean and the staff was nice but the key cards deactivating was very inconvenient and I think that traveling people like the convenience of breakfast so it needs to be good.
