Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tuscumbia/Muscle Shoals

Holes in carpet patched with duck tape, terrible customer service (two of us were standing at front desk while guy was on his phone and looks up and says do y’all need something), door keys deactivate with every use so had to get new keys every time we left the room, dirty, fulls of different nasty smells from being dirty, was there for 5 days and didn’t come to room once to freshen up, stains on all furniture, shower had a crack in it, toilet paper holder was so lose thought it was going to pull out the wall. This was the second worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I’m constantly traveling for work. Do not recommend. Stay far away.

Easy check in friendly staff safe place

Hotel was not in the best shape pictures make it look better than it is. The staff had their kids there and stayed in the pool and took up chairs and space for guest and even had the table covered with food they was grilling and having to run back and forth if someone came to check in cause they where to busy lounging at the pool. Came back to the hotel to cop cars covering the parking lot arresting ppl for selling drugs. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Lesson learned!

Hotel

The Hotel was so clean and it smelled so clean. The staff were so helpful and so friendly. It was a great 3 night stay. It was a great location near many restaurants and shopping.
