預訂了一間兩張大床外加一張單人床的房間，中午要check in說要到下午三點才有房，到了晚上八點回到酒店時，說沒房了所以幫我們升等到家庭房。家庭房房間很大，可是地毯有一大片是濕的，淋浴間還會漏水。服務態度可以的，但房間細節有待改善。
