We came for a budget hotel for our 8 hour layover. But ended up getting better service compared to our other hotels during our vacation. Staff was amazing!! Hotel is about 10 min from the airport. They provided free shuttle service for both pickup and drop off. The staff helped with all our heavy luggage. There was no elevator but the staff helped carry our luggage up to the second floor. Free small snacks and waters! Great AC!!! Kept room nice and cold all night. Definitely a very nice budget friendly hotel.

I've stayed at this hotel twice while passing through Bangkok. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was always on time. There is a quiet garden area to sit and relax in. It's a 45 minute train ride to downtown but otherwise a good location before or after flying to Bangkok. I'll be passing through again next month and plan to stay here again.

Great hotel! We only stayed for one night to fly out of Bangkok, but we were surprised at how cute this hotel was for the price. Very clean more amenities than other places. I stayed in Bangkok and great staff. They also have a hotel shuttle!

We really like this hotel. We've been staying there for years mostly because it is good about picking us up at the airport when we arrive at all hours and good about taking us to the airport when we leave. Never had a problem. The hotel is clean and the people working there are friendly and helpful.

Very convenient for an overnight stay near the airport! Friendly staff and efficient service. They also offer pickup and dropoff at BKK airport for an additional fee paid in cash. The building was nicely painted, but building seems aged /dated with a slight musty smell in the room. Overall still worth it for the price and proximity to BKK.

This place is showing its age, the shower wasn’t the cleanest. The options to eat were few and the location of the hotel is different. Sadly, this place didn’t look like the pictures posted. We did find the walk over the bridge to see the temple interesting, the locals didn’t seem to know how to react to our visit. If you wanna experience really Thai living this might be a good staying point. No real tourist activities, just real world day to day stuff.

Overall the room is okay and clean as expected but pretty modest and old. Close to the airport and only 10 minute from airport. You get what you pay for. My room wasn't at the main hotel but a room in a two story building next door and have to carry luggage on your own when leaving if your on the second floor. There is one little bonus if you want to walk in the morning around the corner is a cute French bakery unfortunately was closed on Sunday morning when I was there. Also around the opposite corner by the 7-11 is a Thai outdoor restaurant serving street delicious fresh Bbq duck slices on rice and green beans - was delicious. temple

The AC was better than other hotels. It was super cold. The hotel room was big. Free snacks provided. Best part is pickup from bkk airport and they drop you off in the morning. Convenient for a short stay and you get rest before connecting flight.

Everything was great except for one thing - the noise from the jets leaving the airport literally shook the building, which made it impossible to sleep unfortunately. Suvarnabhumi is a huge airport so silence never lasts long there.

From the outside, and the small Alley you drive down, you wouldn't think this was a Hotel, but do not be put off, very quiet area, 15 minutes to the Airport, extremely reasonable rates and next to the Sam Canal and Temple making for a lovely walk around. Clean decent room, very comfy bed, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great little place, especially for an overnight airport run. They run a shuttle bus, 24 hours, every 30 minutes, 150 Baht. Highly recommended.

You get what you pay for, it’s clean and the staff is friendly. We only needed to crash for a few outs before our domestic flight. Beds are hard and our AC couldn’t be adjusted or turned off. It was basting cold air.

If you like sleeping on a rock then you’ll love this place. Pros: it’s close to the airport, cheap, has a shuttle. Cons: the beds are like sleeping on a concrete slab. Hardest I’ve ever slept on by far. Luckily I was only there for 5 hours to sleep and hop on another plane. If you’re a hard bed sleeper then this is a great option for you but if you’re used to anything even remotely soft you’ll have the same experience we did

Ich war sehr angetan von dieser Unterkunft. Dies begann mit dem Bustransfer vom Flughafen bis zur Abreise am nächsten Tag. Ein gutes geräumiges Zummer, alles blitzblank sauber. Gutes Bett. Kleines Manko…. die Klimaanlage machte was sie wollte und die Dusche lieferte nur kühles Wasser - das war die Erfrischung am Morgen

The property is excellent but the staff is World Class!! The housekeepers were respectful, thorough and friendly. The airport transportation was on time, safe and pleasant. The owner even allowed us to stay 8 hours past check out due to our flight delays. I highly recommend this place and will absolutely return with my family!!! 5 Stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lilac Relax is my first choice for overnight stays near Suvarnabhumi Airport. The rooms are relatively large and comfortable. Airport pick-up and drop-off is convenient and efficient. The price is excellent value for money. The neighborhood near the hotel is nothing exciting, but there is shopping a short taxi ride away and a 7-11 within a few minutes walk to buy last-minute items.

Great hotel that is very clean. The staff is also extremely friendly. The location is peaceful and relaxing. It is near the airport and the train station that takes you to the heart of downtown for 40baht or $1.25 usd. Everything works and the amenities are plentiful.

Very nice staff and service, good for stopover on a budget. Not far from train station either 20 baht on bike or $80 baht by taxi. Siam station about 6 +2 stations away. Good train service. Local eateries limited but very good and 7/11 50 metres away.

From the outside, and the small Alley you drive down, you wouldn't think this was a Hotel, but do not be put off, very quiet area, 15 minutes to the Airport, extremely reasonable rates and next to the Sam Canal and Temple making for a lovely walk around. Clean decent room, very comfy bed, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great little place, especially for an overnight airport run. They run a shuttle bus, 24 hours, every 30 minutes, 150 Baht. Highly recommended.

Ein funktionierendes Flughafenhotel, dass sicherlich mehr Komfort bietet wie die Bänke am Flughafen. Der Airport Transfer funktioniert gut, das Zimmer ist sauber. Die Lage ist nicht wirklich aufregend, daher würde ich dort nur eine Nacht verbringen

Really good service at the property and regarding transportation to the airport. We were surprised to see this nice authentic residential neighborhood. 7-Eleven is only at a 5 minutes walk, very convenient. We had time to go for a nice Thai dinner nearby (10 minutes walk). Would return there next time

This was my second stay at Lilac Relax. Quick, easy check in. Big, comfortable rooms. Reliable airline shuttle. Free snacks in mini bar. Very local style neighborhood, but there is a good 7-Eleven and a few food options nearby.

Place is in neighborhood so understand you will see locals and businesses in area. For an airport layaway or staying near airport this place is great and provided free shuttle to departures. Place was clean and provided waters instant ramen and cookies i was surprised at all the amenities offered! The owner was welcoming and even helped setup transfer to local mall to shop and kill time had great suggestions! Overall place was safe clean and had ice cold AC and no funky smells :) pillows smelled fresh.

If you’re willing to shoulder the minor inconvenience of taking a 10-min. Taxi ride from BKK airport rather than staying at the overpriced bunker of a Novotel / Hyatt right in the middle of the airport, this is definitely worth it. Air con won’t be turned on when you get in, but it works well. Short (but very hot) walk to the sky train if you want to get back to the airport (one stop) or into town.

Great place to stay on the cheap. Lovely staff. Fun little building. Oddly weird and coo” neighborhood. Check out the backyard pizza place down the street. Decent food nearby. Nice posh tea shop nearby. Close to airport. Strong recommend. Not fancy but very a cool little find.
