Hyatt Pune

Everything was excellent. The room was clean, great breakfast and large variety. Gym is also pretty good.

check in was easy and good room

We got a different room than we had requested and were told it was an ‘upgrade’. It wasn’t. No privacy and noisy as it was next to the pool so we couldn’t open the curtains as there seemed to be always people just outside our window.. It was also noisy due to some constant noise coming through either the ceiling or adjacent wall. Bathroom was not up to five star standards at all. The breakfast and dining room staff in attendance were very good. So was the staff at the front desk. Room service was also very good. Sunil in attendance deserves a lot of credit for his efficiency.

The room was smaller than expected

Friendly and humble staff, enjoyed every moment of our stay. We even extended our stay twice. Bakri masala roti was delicious with yoghurt thanks to the chef , amenities were well provided Cleanliness super Overall our stay was wonderful and will be looking forward in the near future.
