The place was real dirty.. the hallways were dirty hasn’t been swept the elevator was nasty. My room tv didn’t work also the internet wasn’t working at all for the 2 days I stayed. Asked for a discount because my tv wasn’t working the lady said she couldn’t do nothing about it. People in and out of there.. it’s mostly like live in motel.

I did not like the stay to many people just standing outside.. not clean to many dogs and they was poop on floor. Terrible will not recommend this place at all. You could not get extra towels or have your room clean daily. Pillows were flat . The only thing good about the place was they had a large refrigerator.

Remove this listing! It is the lowest level of service, quality & comfort. Does not deserve to be in your site. Entire misleading advertising Where to begin? Front desk service is rude, sparce & the close the metal gate in front desk during operating hours. Left 2 voicemail messages & never got a call back. Argued with me about it. This hotel is a halfway house Needs elevator repairs immediately. Wheelchair man locked out & no one answered the phone (again!). I slept in my car. Afraid to stay there or get my car damaged. When I returned zero parking spots. Over booked and super shady!!

Picked this hotel because pictures looked ok.Room nothing like the pictures.Room had no towels.When we asked for 2,we got one and it was stained.Never found a ice machine.Outlet in room tripped GFCI Everytime we plugged a cell phone in,turning off all the lights.Many of this hotels residents appear to be there on a permanent basis.The one elevator is horribly slow and dirty.Ivspend about 80 nights a year in hotels and this one was the worst one in the last 10 years.Traffic noise from trucks on freeway is bad too.

Lady at the front desk was amazing. Elevater didn’t work but that’s not a problem for us and not their fault. Was clean enough. Kinda noisy upstairs but otherwise was fine. The reviews were terrible but that wasn’t really our experience there. Loved the boot store next door. Saw two roaches but they stayed hidden till time for us to leave lol I’ve been worse places LITERALLY. The bed smelled like pee tho bad and that was the only real problem for me.

The tub was dirty in my room. A huge ring around the tube. The hallway and elevator needs a serious cleaning and paint touch up. Very weird smell in the hallways. And the activity outside of the tenants are very noisy. The staff checking you in are friendly. The building just needs some updates. Overall, it's cool for 1 night.

First and foremost, the lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing.. however, the hotel itself needs some attention. We were booked on the third floor and as we were walking to our room there was dog feces on the floor. Our room floor did not feel as if it had been swept and there was hair in the bathtub and the sinks.

For starters my husband and I are not picky at all. As long as the room is clean we don’t normally have anything bad to say. But our experience here was one of the worst. Right off the bat we arrived right at check in which was 3:00pm we were told our room was being cleaned and would have to wait 30/45 minutes and come back. So we did since we still needed to run a few errands, we come back and our room still isn’t finished being cleaned. We were told there are no cleaning people that come in this entire place. The girls cleaning were just two random woman that stay at the hotel itself. We were finally able to get in after waiting an hour. Room was clean other than a few things broken and stuff but again we don’t care much about these things. The bed only had two pillows which were so flat they didn’t do much so I sent my husband to get a couple of extras and was told there were none. To top that off we had to use the same towels our entire stay also. Most of our time there we had a constant smell of weed coming from most of the surrounding rooms in which people live. These people who also hang around outside and in the halls at all times. The entire place just was not worth what we paid for it. I would recommend to anyone not to go here.

We stayed two nights for a business trip, there were 3 of us, which was noted on the reservation. But we only got 2 towels and when we asked for extra towels we were told we don't give extra towels. After I explained that there are 3 of us and we only got two towels we finally got ONE extra towel. The bathroom door didn't close properly due to swelling in the wood from moisture. The rooms were clean but very sparse, one bed had a thicker blanket the other didn't. The mattresses were surprisingly comfortable. In the bathroom, the toilet leaked and the walls hat patches that were not painted over. Overall it was ok.

The bed here is terrible and the breaker box kept going off the bathroom was clogged up. The sink and the bath tub was clogged up and was dirty. I would not stay again sorry not sorry.

It took 40 minutes to check in. After that my linens felt like crumbs were on them Looked there were lash extensions and hairs all thought out. I saw roaches in the room and someone urinated in the elevator. I could hear all rooms around and above me. Someone was fighting in the parking lot

I made a reservation for my mom because the ac in her house went out.. when I arrived, I was informed that they would not be giving us a room. Because they didn't have any rooms available, yet the website and the corporate number both said otherwise. What I'm pretty sure was the actual case, is that the person who was supposed to be working (Asia is what they said their name was), wasn't actually at the hotel.. they never came out to speak with me, just from a number that was left at the front desk. I would not recommend anyone deal with the unprofessional attitudes that this hotel decided to show us.

The rooms were clean but very sparse, one bed had a thicker blanket the other didn't. The mattresses were surprisingly comfortable. In the bathroom, the toilet leaked and the walls hat patches that were not painted over. Overall it was ok.

Hotel was terrible. Didn’t give us the double room we booked. Had us in two single’s instead, away from one another. I could not even get into the door of my 2nd room. No house keeping. You have to do your own bed laundry and take out your our own trash. Ranch knocked over in the hallway by the elevator and it sat there for 5 days. Wil never stay here again

When I was less than 1 mile from the hotel, they called me to say that they were overbooked, and they had cancelled my reservation (which was for two nights). She also said that she was cancelling all the single reservations. I asked where I should go and she said "drive further down the Interstate access road, and you will find a Marriott. Go in and ask if they have a room." The next day, I went to the hotel (got a voicemail when I tried to call them), to verify that they had also cancelled the second night stay. That clerk told me that the manager was not on the premises. She verified that my entire reservation, that I HAD CALLED TO CANCEL IT! Why should I trust them again??

I booked my trip days in advance for check in Saturday June 7 and check out June 9. I went in checked in , got my key . Everything seemed well . I went out in the morning of Saturday June 8th to hang out with family and brought my luggage with me in case I needed it . I left a couple of things behind . When I went out it was early in the morning around 9-10am. When I went back it was already night time maybe around 10pm. I tried opening the door with the key they gave me at the front desk and it didn’t work so I was confused . I asked someone to help me in and they opened the front door . When I went up to my room I tried unlocking it with the key and it wouldn’t open. Next thing I know someone opens the door FROM MY ROOM and in confusion we go to the front desk and the lady was not helpful at all . They threw away all the items I left in the room . It’s so crazy to me that they threw my stuff away and booked a room that was already reserved.

I'm a frequent traveler, do to work, who frequently requires/requests last minute travel prepping and arrangements. I was awaiting a pre-booked flight out of state and needed a location near the airport with shuttle service but everything was either booked for that day or had exorbitantly high rates... because, this was a last minute arrangement. So my plan was to get a room for the night to game plan and lock something somewhere closer in until my departure. To make this long story short, I ended up booking a week out here at WoodSprings-Conroe even though this location doesn't offer airport shuttle service and isn't the closest to the airport. Why? THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS A-1; ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN; THE HOTEL WAS WELL UP KEPT; THE RESIDENTS THERE WERE MOSTLY LONG-TERM SO THE ENVIRONMENT WAS FRIENDLY; GREAT PROXIMITY TO SHOPPING/FOOD...with the deciding factor being the front desk worker, SCHERRAY, and her supervisor CHRISTINA! They were accommodating and made sure that my stay here was as comfortable as possible!!! My guest experience outweighed all other intangibles and I'm happy to have made the decision to stay!

Picked this hotel because pictures looked ok.Room nothing like the pictures.Room had no towels.When we asked for 2,we got one and it was stained.Never found a ice machine.Outlet in room tripped GFCI Everytime we plugged a cell phone in,turning off all the lights.Many of this hotels residents appear to be there on a permanent basis.The one elevator is horribly slow and dirty.Ivspend about 80 nights a year in hotels and this one was the worst one in the last 10 years.Traffic noise from trucks on freeway is bad too.

Lady at the front desk was amazing. Elevater didn’t work but that’s not a problem for us and not their fault. Was clean enough. Kinda noisy upstairs but otherwise was fine. The reviews were terrible but that wasn’t really our experience there. Loved the boot store next door. Saw two roaches but they stayed hidden till time for us to leave lol I’ve been worse places LITERALLY. The bed smelled like pee tho bad and that was the only real problem for me.
