Nikos and Alex are perfect hosts, always willing to make your stay the best possible. If available, they are flexible with schedules, help with information about the island, act as concierge if needed, and offer airport transfers, charging a minimal fee per room—all to ensure you enjoy a perfect stay. Siamo stati benissimo, a cominciare dai gestori, sempre gentili e disponibili per ogni esigenza, forniscono anche asciugamani ed omberlloni per il mare, servizio che abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente. I had a restful couple of nights at Villa Margarita after a hectic party trip to Ibiza with my girlfriends. I had to spend some down time planning further travel, and so I managed to do this with the great wifi, and lovely breakfasts supplied in the villa. The owners were very nice, and the set up was very professional. Luckily there was a short cut walk to town- took about 10 minutes, and you had to make sure you found the way back the first night. I did by taking a photo of the turn off to the shortcut on the way down. Modern, clean, yet very Mykonos.

I enjoyed a relaxing few days here, perfectly located near the beach and walkable into town for everything you could need, the local area is away from all the other tourists which is nice and peaceful. The whole area is very hilly so be prepared to walk steep paths and lots of steps to get places, although I enjoyed that, added to the adventure. A big bottle of water was provided for me on arrival as well which was useful, the room was cleaned daily and the AC worked well. I had no issues or concerns during my stay whatsoever. I would stay again for sure :)

This was a wonderful property with great views from our patio. Nikos, Alex, and their mother Margarita were attentive, friendly, and super accomodating.We arrived early in the morning and since it was the end of the season they allowed us to check in upon arrival. When we left, our flight was not until late in the afternoon and they allowed us to keep our bags in the office while we went out to the town one last time. Also, for a very small fee they will pick you and drop you off at the airport. If you're looking for a nice, clean, and comfortable place to stay with great people and is close to Mykonos Town then look no further.

Alex is the host w the most. This property is beautiful. Spacious room and very clean and comfortable! They bring your breakfast to you in the morning so you can eat on your little veranda. Wonderful! It’s about a 10 min walk to town but on your back it’s all uphill w steps but if the exercise isn’t for you then they arrange transportation. Everything was amazing! Alex was super helpful, friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend!

They helped with everything we needed, and gave great recommendations The room was very clean and comfortable, the town is about 10-15 walk and far away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. This is a family-run hotel located a 15-minute walk from the downtown and a 5-7 minute walk to the bus route rhat can take you to a number of different beaches. The property is quite pretty, with lovely views down to the sea. We loved having our breakfast brought to us on our own little patio. The family staff is incredibly friendly, and they provided good advice on beaches, transportation, restaurants, etc. They even provided our transportation from the airport on arrival and to the port for our departure, which was very convenient and for a reasonable charge. We really enjoyed our stay in this clean, quiet, friendly, pretty hotel.

Awesome stay! Villa Margarita is run by a family that goes above and beyond to help you with anything you need. Breakfast is prepared daily by the mother and the sons are incredibly sweet with anything you may need. Room was great as was the view. We paid a small amount extra for airport pickup which we recommend. Very short walk into town which has bus stop to beaches.

This was the most incredible stay ever! This hotel is operated by Margaritas family and they treat you like family! You feel so safe and their kindness is sincere. Alex and Niko very nice. Guided us through public transport kapari beach is secluded and lovely. Walk to downtown is 10 minutes picturesque walk (100 steps). Very very windy and only few beaches not windy. Unlike Santorini or Crete not that much to do. Non windy beaches super crowded. Sunsets gorgeous like all other islands

It’s a 10 to 15 min walk to center at your own risk since the roads have no sidewalks. During the day it’s not so bad, but at night is another story, be very careful. Otherwise, good place to stay with nice breakfast for 10 euros per person if not included in hotel booking. Hosts are nice.
