A very convenient hotel beside Kanazawa Station. My friend lost his mobile phone on the train. One of the receptionist was so helpful and kind to help us to recover the lost mobile phone. His boss came to Kanazawa Station to collect it! I am really grateful 🙏

We got a twin room with no view and we were not told the man public bath was not avaliable until late at night. I have to go back to the front desk to ask what's going on. TV screen shown a Japanese message regarding the situation but force to click "confirm" or "同意". Front desk staff 田中 explained but no compensation or rememdy except waiting. Asking me how long my stay kind of unrelated question. It was fixed late in the evening but the handling of such was not professional. One of the reasons I picked this hotel was its public onsen.
