The room was beautiful nice and clean. Updated with renovations for sure. Two things I would change the pool was pretty cold. The hot tub was warm but had no bubbles to rotate the water and filter properly. The hot tub and pool both needed a good cleaning around the inside rim of pool and hot tub.

We were not told when checking in that we needed an extra key to get into the pool area so we had to go back to the desk to get one as well as towels.The pool was freezing and the hot tub not only looked dirty but also did not work. The gym had only one cable machine and it was broken. Very little for weights. Rugs in the rooms looked like they needed a really good shampoo.

The room itself was great , clean and comfortable. As for the pool and hot tub very disappointing, the pool was ice cold and the hot tub was in poor condition looked like a lot of rust at the bottom and no working jets , had I known I would have booked elsewhere

Checked in later than expected, the gentleman serving us was pleasant enough, gave us the info needed, wifi password, informed us of breakfast times in morning. Room was clean, bathroom was clean, a/c worked good! Checked out the pool with my son, it was okay! (Meh 😒) didn’t try the hot tub just cause an elderly couple were enjoying it before us and didn’t want the jets on in the tub. Only annoyance was we couldn’t get the card to work to open the door to the pool so we were let in by another patron. As well as no towels available in pool area, so we had to walk in there it bathing suits dripping water all over the lobby and hallway carpets to ask front desk for towels. Odd I thought but the gentleman was nice about it. Overall 9/10 and that’s because the complimentary breakfast was very well stocked, lots of options and just sets your day in the right mood with good food. Bravo

Elevator broken and we had to lug all our luggage up the stairs. Ice machine broken. Only one exit hallway in case of fire. Business area computer did not work.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was good. The motel itself was very clean as was our room. It is getting dated though and the hot tub jets could not be turned on because the nob was missing. The pool was clean and cool.

The room was ok. It was clean but could be updated. Hallway flooring looks very dirty. I booked this hotel for the hot tub, but after visiting the pool area, we quickly changed our minds about going for a dip. The was a grimy ring around the entire pool and the hot tub didn’t look clean either. The breakfast was good, staff very friendly but I probably won’t book again.

The room was not cleaned properly. You could roll the dust off surfaces with your hands and it would fall to the floor. Carpeting was dirty and stained. Curtains were torn.

Not much. Room smelled. Food wrappers left from previous guests. Dirty carpets. Crumbs and food under microwave. Toilet kept plugging slow to fill. Sink plugged. Wall paper peeling. TV. Remote filthy! Pool ice cold. Hot tub not working and yellow water. Curtains hanging off. Window screen ripped. Noisy rumbling sound coming from somewhere all night. We would not stay here ever again!!

Staff are as polite as required. Impatience with some guests was noticed. Don’t leave *anything* out as housekeeping throws it away. (Papers, receipts, and small rock collection that were neatly lined on desk for packing the next day were gone on return to room). Bed space was crowded. Breakfast was food-ish. Powdered eggs, some breads, Cheerios. Space is too small for number of guests. Staff wasn’t able to meet demand. Would not recommend.

This is your standard run of the mill hotel . Beds were alright and it was somewhat clean . The shower didn’t drain properly and the rooms look like they’re from 1980 but besides that it’s alright . Would probably try Amsterdam hotel next time.

The wifi was ridiculously slow and disconnected periodically in my 3rd floor room. The cable TV was out of the 90s with standard definition and periodic one second drops outs. The from was clean and pleasant.

The room was nice, very clean. The TV was SO OLD I couldn't believe it still worked, shameful really as TV's are dirt cheap. My mattress seemed ok when I sat on it, but trying to sleep there are deep trenches. Unnerving because it forces you to think about all the many, many people it must have taken to cause these trenches. It's a shame because the hotel itself was very nice, very clean.

We had a one night stay here. The front lobby is small I was looking for a bell for someone to check us in at the front desk. There was only 1 elevator. The room smelled musty kind of like wet socks. The room was slightly on the smaller side the bathroom door was on a slant making the bathroom smaller. I worked a night shift and my family stayed behind. My wife had mentioned that the pool was ice cold and when my daughter jumped in stated too cold too cold and refused to jump in again. They had stated that the hot tub was too hot. Breakfast was good classic eggs and bacon no waffle maker. But a lovely coffee machine which would make you set options I enjoyed a mocha all made with 1 push of a button. Location was close to fast food we opted to for a 10min drive to Swiss chalet.

We did not have a good experience here. For one, every time I went by the front desk there were staff standing there talking and often being vulgar and swearing. The gluten free options for breakfast weren’t good (just soggy eggs and yogurt) so I had to find other food after. The coffee looked like tea and was way too weak. But the main problem was the loudness of the room. I slept maybe three hours one night as the air conditioner and the mini fridge were both so so loud. It was honestly a very disappointing and expensive mistake.

Firstly, when I walked into the hotel I was made to wait for nearly an hour for my room because they were short staffed (2 housekeepers) and rooms were not cleaned. Prior to this (5 hours before) I called and booked and made sure my incidentals were taken care of so that when I drove for 2.5 hours that I could just check in and go my room. The front desk girls were standing around laughing and talking in their language while people stood and sat around waiting for their rooms, not being provided service. The wifi was very slow and poor and disconnected me many times. Lastly the pool was absolutely disgusting and the water was all yellow and had things at the bottom of it. I had on a white bathing suit and it completely stained it. The room itself was very dusty (lampshades in particularly) this room and hotel is not worth near $200 a night. $95-$115 at best!

Had to wait 15mins for guy at desk to choose to decide to serve me, after he watched me from the office behind the desk. Upon check-in, he had all the check-in details incorrect, despite already provided via my Expedia booking. When I was given the print out and corrected the wrong information, he gave me a HUGE sigh. I received a noise complaint after leaving my dog for 15mins, yet, the children across from us were yelling & screaming all day & night, keeping my children awake and my pup stirring. Pool was out of service.

Terrible service. I’ve never felt so unwelcome at a hotel before. We checked in and were “greeted” by an uncaring front desk employee, Mark. Our request to upgrade the room was flat denied. Other questions were answered abruptly, usually with “no”. The TV in the room did not work and the room was not completely cleaned. I called the front desk and Mark refused to move us to another room stating he didn’t know which rooms had working TV sets and he wasn't going to leave the front dest to find out. The person on the front desk in the morning was very polite and offered his apologies for the TV and condition of the room. Hotels dot com should give us the ability to identify hotels we would visit again or avoid. I don’t want this property showing up in my search results again.

Greeting staff was not friendly the only person in then two days we stayed that had a great smile and personality was Lucie. She was awesome the other four looked like they hated their job and did not want to interact with you at all. Cleaning staff on the floors were awesome very kind and helpful. Poop deck wasn’t cleaned daily my kids spent a lot of time there and the same bandaids and hair ties were there since we arrived. Hotel is close to magnetic hill parks and activities as well as grocery.

Great hot breakfast with DIY waffle station (always a hit with the kids). Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and updated. Only downside is that the shower water pressure was extremely low.

Only thing i didnt like was the little restaurant "the food fair" very over priced for portion size and the cook / counter attendant did change his gloves for food prep and then used the debit machine and went back to preparing food. If i had of seen this before i ordered i would have walked out and went else where. Gross
