The place is a delight. The rooms were lovely, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast area, gazebo, and the property are gorgeous. In particular, I appreciate the consistent fox-themed decorations :) The owners are friendly and very clearly care about the place. The continental breakfast was great, although note that, at least at the time of this review, it's only served on weekends. That said, the room where breakfast is served does have a microwave and a Keurig machine available. Overall, I enthusiastically enjoyed my time there, and I absolutely would stay again (and did, as I am retroactively writing this review about my first visit :)

The place was quiet and safe. It was well maintained and clean. I enjoyed sitting in the courtyard gazebo at the end of the day. Very relaxing. The staff was superb. The breakfast was simple but adequate. Had a nice time.

We really like this place! If we find ourselves spending more time in that area of Massachusetts, we would absolutely stay here again and for longer. The staff is extremely kind, and the rooms were clean and very big. The space itself, surrounded by trees with a lovely patio is very nice. You cannot beat the price for this place.

Convenient to I-91. Tucked away in the greenery, the Inn at Crumpin Fox feels quiet and welcoming. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The beds are the most comfortable of any hotel we've stayed at in recent memory. Beautifully planted two level courtyard is a great place for reading or conversation. Nice getaway.

We stayed in room 31 which looks out over the woods and is quiet. We were able to open the window for fresh air. Breakfast was good for being included. Parking very convenient and we felt very safe.

Very friendly & helpful staff. We arrived late and the staff member gave us info on what food options that were available and a few items we could use in their hospitality area. The room was very spacious and had the most counter space we’d ever seen! Very quiet area and tge courtyard was beautifully landscaped.

I want to go back to Massachusetts just so I can stay at this Inn again! When we arrived, it was such a welcome to go in to the spacious, clean, comfortable room. I am very picky about cleanliness and usually find fault with almost every place we stay, but this was just perfect. We were both very sad we didn't have more time to enjoy the room, which had a gorgeous view looking out into the woods. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the area was very quiet which allowed us for a perfect night's sleep. As this was a one-night's stay on a road trip to other destinations, I don't know what there is to do in Bernardston or the surrounding area, but I am going to look that up because I want to stay longer at the Inn At Crumpin Fox.

Needs a renovation. Beds were horrible. VERY soft - like a sponge. Had to put pillows between my husband and me to prevent rolling into each other. Decided not to spend the second night. The place seemed tired.

Staff wasn’t especially helpful, said there was only one room available even though I had booked weeks in advance, I could cancel and try to find a room elsewhere, which was highly likely at 6pm on a Saturday night. Would never go back and never recommend.

It was fine, no better given the cost. However I was shocked that they gave my wife my brother's room key without asking for any ID. He would be checking in late and so we asked if we could get his key. Kindly enough they gave it to her but NEVER confirmed who we were by asking for an ID or any means of identification. Simply not a good practice in my opinion.

Very welcoming. Room looked to be updated. Shower was wonderful and bed comfortable. The continental breakfast was great. Staff helpful and friendly and explained how to reach them if need be after check in hours.

The property was clean and close to the highway. There’s no walkable place to eat but their restaurant up the street at the golf course was great . The food was good and reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is located in a nice quiet and clean wooded area, right off the highway. Very comfortable and I felt very sage. The continental breakfast was nice, and coffee was available all the time. I would stay again.

The property is located in a nice quiet and clean wooded area, right off the highway. Very comfortable and I felt very sage. The continental breakfast was nice, and coffee was available all the time. I would stay again.

The place is a delight. The rooms were lovely, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast area, gazebo, and the property are gorgeous. In particular, I appreciate the consistent fox-themed decorations :) The owners are friendly and very clearly care about the place. The continental breakfast was great, although note that, at least at the time of this review, it's only served on weekends. That said, the room where breakfast is served does have a microwave and a Keurig machine available. Overall, I enthusiastically enjoyed my time there, and I absolutely would stay again (and did, as I am retroactively writing this review about my first visit :)

Excellent condition. Great courtyard with beautiful landscaping .Comfortable beds and strong shower. Perfect breakfast we loved the toaster at each table. Friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again

This is our second stay, and we're very satisfied with the room, the service, the location, and the hotel as a whole. We do wish they did breakfast during the week as well as on weekends, though, as there isn't really anywhere nice close by for a quick breakfast.

Loved it. We were there for the Green River Music Festival. It was an easy drive from the Inn. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast during the weekend was much better than expected. Loved the idea of a toaster on each table. Will stay there again.

The rooms are great, everything is clean and coffee is available in your room. The beds are comfortable, and if you book two rooms , the closet door can connect them if they are right next to each other. Over all, the Inn is great, but there are sometimes where they don’t serve breakfast.

The amenities were limited to coffee/tea, a bowl of fruit, a dozen cereal boxes, and some milk. (the dunkin' over the bridge opens very early) Golfers seem to like this spot as it sits across from the Crumpin Fox Country Club. We use it visit family in Turners Falls - so will most likely be back again and again.

Stopped for a night at the Inn on the way back east after a day traveling around the Berkshires. The room was good size, everything was clean, AC worked well, shower had good pressure. Bed was a little soft-may be time to switch out the mattress. Breakfast not served during the week apparently but there is a coffee maker in the room. Easy on and off Rt 91 and not far from Rt 2. Nice restaurant a few miles away for dinner The Farm Table.

This hotel is a solid option when exploring the northern edges of Western Mass. The air conditioning was fantastic, and in an area where many have none, or are working from window units, this was useful for an August stay. There are no real frills at The Inn, but the water pressure is good and the AC works, so that’s a high recommendation.
