We really loved our stay at Le Garage Biarritz. Our hotel room was big and comfortable, they provided robes and slippers, there is a lovely pool with seats and tables outside, and the staff was so friendly. They also have a focus on sustainability that we really appreciated. Our absolute favorite thing about our stay here is, if you get it with breakfast included, you can either eat in the dining room or you can pre-select by hanging a form on your door before 3am that morning, and they will bring breakfast to you in your room. We did this every morning and it was wonderful. Couldn’t recommend enough.

We booked a cozy room and it was very spacious and quiet. However, the designer fixtures were not as functional as most hotel rooms. The lighting is minimal which makes reading at night somewhat challenging. Also, there is carpet. Pool is nice but full of kids when we went so we could not really enjoy it. Breakfast was included in our booking and it was very good and copious. Parking was good underground. Staff was very nice.

Un séjour très agréable à l'hötel Le Garage. Le personele est au petit soins. La chambre avec une belle décoration et très bonne literie, frigo avec l'eau et machine expresso. La salle de bain avec des bon produits à dispo. Petit déjeuner buffet très varié, salé / sucré. Nous avons diner 2 fois et c'était très bon, également les petits en cas du midi / après midi. Un plus la piscine, très agréable après une journée de balade ou plage.

Gorgeous property with very helpful staff. Heated pool, and walking distance to city. It’s a small hotel but has everything you need. Dining is limited, but their sister hotel across the road has a restaurant and plenty of options close by.

Le Garage is a unique boutique hotel within walking distance to downtown Biarritz. We stayed in a very spacious room with a large interior patio. The bed was large and comfy. The breakfast was nice, with excellent fruit. The pool and outdoor space is beautiful though it backs up to the main road so a little loud. We ate dinner at the hotel one night which was nice. We then had dinner at Frenchie in their sister hotel next door which was excellent. Overall, a great experience.

Great, quiet location beside the lighthouse. 10 minute walk along the beach into shopping district, 15 min walk to the old town. Spacious rooms spotlessly clean. Air conditioning very quiet. Great night’s sleep. Healthy breakfast options. The pool was lovely. Staff very helpful. The only quirky thing - no locks on toilet or shower room doors.

Le Garage was a wonderful place to stay! We were visiting family in France and we ourselves are from the US. The staff was extremely pleasant and kind and made us feel welcome. The room was quiet and clean and felt very much like a home away from home. They even had a little private outdoor sitting area that was lovely to relax in and catch some sun from the comfort of our room! Highly recommend to any travelers and particularly any Americans who may feel nervous about their visit to Biarritz. They were top notch!

Beautiful hotel and town of Biarritz! The hotel staff was professional, accommodating and friendly. It’s a beautiful hotel both quiet and clean. Breakfast was delicious and they even made any coffee type we wanted! We found it conventions to do everything we wanted walking or via car.

Nice concept! Situated at an old garage but with newly designed rooms. Colorful and exceptional furniture, I really liked it Booked a room with a patio, which was unfortunately a total waste of space. Cozy like a prison yard. We loved our stay at Hotel Le Garage. The location was fantastic - peaceful and out of the hubbub of downtown but still very walkable to all the restaurants and nightlife. The room was much more spacious and well appointed than we had expected - we loved all the furnishings, and especially the comfortable bed. The bed had both down and synthetic pillows so you could choose your support. The staff was absolutely phenomenal - everyone was welcoming, thoughtful, attentive. We had a minor maintenance issue during our stay - the staff addressed it immediately in the evening, and fully resolved first thing in the morning. They even left a box of chocolates in apology - not necessary but very kind. The breakfast was delicious. 10 out of 10 would stay here again.

This renovated car garage in the coolest hotel! The young staff was welcoming and helpful. The panorama room has the nicest views of the blue waters and a wonderful patio to enjoy it all. The rooms are equipped with comfy beds and state-of-the-art technology throughout the room. We loved our stay so much we extended it just to stay and enjoy the hotel. It’s walking distance to all of the Biarritz points of interest. If you like modern, cool—this hotel is the place for you.

We loved our stay at Hotel Le Garage. The location was fantastic - peaceful and out of the hubbub of downtown but still very walkable to all the restaurants and nightlife. The room was much more spacious and well appointed than we had expected - we loved all the furnishings, and especially the comfortable bed. The bed had both down and synthetic pillows so you could choose your support. The staff was absolutely phenomenal - everyone was welcoming, thoughtful, attentive. We had a minor maintenance issue during our stay - the staff addressed it immediately in the evening, and fully resolved first thing in the morning. They even left a box of chocolates in apology - not necessary but very kind. The breakfast was delicious. 10 out of 10 would stay here again.

Cooles, neues Hotel am Stadtrand von Biarritz. Für den stattlichen Preis hätten wir aber z.B. Fahrräder oder einen Shuttle in die Stadt erwartet, da das Stadtzentrum ca. 25min. entfernt liegt. Le Garage is a unique boutique hotel within walking distance to downtown Biarritz. We stayed in a very spacious room with a large interior patio. The bed was large and comfy. The breakfast was nice, with excellent fruit. The pool and outdoor space is beautiful though it backs up to the main road so a little loud. We ate dinner at the hotel one night which was nice. We then had dinner at Frenchie in their sister hotel next door which was excellent. Overall, a great experience.

Great, quiet location beside the lighthouse. 10 minute walk along the beach into shopping district, 15 min walk to the old town. Spacious rooms spotlessly clean. Air conditioning very quiet. We booked a cozy room and it was very spacious and quiet. However, the designer fixtures were not as functional as most hotel rooms. The lighting is minimal which makes reading at night somewhat challenging. Also, there is carpet. Pool is nice but full of kids when we went so we could not really enjoy it. Breakfast was included in our booking and it was very good and copious. Parking was good underground. Staff was very nice.

La salle de bain avec des bon produits à dispo. Petit déjeuner buffet très varié, salé / sucré. Nous avons diner 2 fois et c'était très bon, également les petits en cas du midi / après midi. Un plus la piscine, très agréable après une journée de balade ou plage.

Amazing hotel, really stylish. Friendly and helpful staff. Gorgeous pool area. Amazing breakfast. And proper lattes at breakfast! Only weird thing was getting a bottle of hand soap as hair and body wash in the shower. I did question it with reception but was assured it was a head-to-toe wash - even though it quite clearly stated it was hand wash on the bottle! A very minor gripe though in an otherwise perfect stay.

A pleasant stay at Le Garage. We liked our room and had a tiny outdoor seating area that was screened from the street and neighbouring terraces with a few plants. The reception and breakfast area was nicely designed. We didn’t use the outside pool area at Le Garage. It was smaller than expected and the entire garden area seemed to be covered in astroturf. Breakfasts were delicious and the staff were pleasant and polite. It’s great that you can use the facilities in the large hotel opposite, such as the spa and gym. This added to our stay. There are no amenities directly outside so it’s a good location for a quiet break. There is a lovely walk nearby around the lighthouse with spectacular views. The 20 minute or so walk into Biarritz is downhill and very pleasant, passing beautiful buildings. You can cut in to walk along the coastline too.
