This motor inn is old but very clean. It couldn't have been any cleaner, and that's why i will stay there any time i visit Geelong. It has all the facilities i need, and a good price.

This is a Budget Hotel but exuded expectations. As someone who travels a lot I found the small attention to detail and cleanliness right up there and we were presently surprised. It is dated with dark brick walls but had a newer TV and all you needed. Little details such as real milk in the fridge for coffee etc. chilled wine glasses in the fridge. Small mugs not the usual thinball cups. Not rubbish coffee etc. The toilet has its own door in the bathroom, a decent shower with newer tiles. Mattress was very firm and could do with a topper. When back in Geelong would stay again without a doubt. Was a last minute opportunity and all other hotels were a hell of a lot more for only a little more modern room.

The room was very clean and neat everything was in the room that was needed the only issue I had was the entry and exit onto busy Melbourne Rd but did get easier when become more accustomed.Will stay there again when I go to Geelong again as very good for a budget motel

Really nice, with a renovated bathroom. Just a little bit out of town, but close to the walk along the shoreline. The only negative is that the smoke detector had no battery in it - that is illegal and dangerous, and should not happen.

I arrived early and they allowed us to go in we attended our function and we couldn’t stay at the hotel overnight unfortunately due to having to have to go hm which the office was very understanding

Very convenient for the sprit of Tasmania ferry, only a 10 minute taxi ride to the rerminal. Also only a 8 minute walk from North Gellong train station. CHECK THE PRICR OF THE TAXI FIRST. We paid 21.5 dollers and the gentleman who had the taxi 5 minute before us paid 33 dollars!! The accommodation was a little dated ,but was very clean and I slept very well, a comfortable bed. ( as far as I'm concerned that is the most important part of a stay.) The owner was a very pleasant and helpful man. I would stay again.
