Beautiful clean room, received an upgrade from being a Silver perks holder. Pool amazing with Pink café and views of the salt lakes. Enjoyed all my meals in the restaurant along with many cappuccinos and Sangrias! All staff from Reception to the top floor and lovely ladies cleaning rooms very polite, efficient and friendly. Would 100% recommend to everyone wanting to enjoy the Torrevieja area. See you all in 2 weeks!

My fave hotel to stay in everything was perfect! View of salt lakes from Pink terrace is beautiful. Room cleanliness outstanding. Friendly staff. Delicious cocktails, sangria and cappuccinos. Food very tasty - my favourite meal was spaghetti carbonara! Reception areas spotless.

rooms were very good clean and up to date. perfect wifi. everything clean. one minus was no water boiler for coffe or tea at the room witch is kinda weird in 2026. brakefast was not worth it but it probably because its low season. overall good.

Room was great and spacious- actually must be bigger square footage than advertised! I thought it would be tight- i travel a lot and rooms less than 200 sq ft are tight. TV was very limited. Not a lot for someone who speaks english and no spanish. Bathroom was big enough- just the shower mixer was spitting cold water at times which was annoying. Really good value for money though. I would stay again.

I stay at this hotel regularly 4 or 5 times a year. I have previously been promised by the management that children are only allowed in the Spa during morning sessions. My Spa was spoilt by a child being allowed in halfway through the afternoon session. His loud shrieking in the pool could be heard inside the sauna! Jumping about and splashing other people does not make for a relaxing experience. In the evening we went to the bar, as we always do, to enjoy a drink sitting on the terrace. Could not believe the rudeness of the waiter. He just said "No, not possible" and walked off!. We eventually managed to get a drink and sit inside at the bar, having been told that the outside terrace was reserved for people eating. We had the opportunity to watch and listen to the appalling attitude of this waiter and a female member of staff. They were extremely rude to everyone, one poor hotel guest asked to see the menu, he was told "no, not for you tonight". Another couple wanted to sit in the restaurant for their dinner, but were told no, and they had to sit in the bar. A different couple wanted to sit outside with a bottle of wine. They were rudely told to go to the upstairs bar to get a bottle of wine, and that they could not sit outside. I have never in my life heard hotel staff treating guests so badly. It was disgusting, I don't know how they manage to keep their jobs.

We stayed here for two nights based on reviews, however we felt it was in the middle of nowhere. Had to wait an hour for a bus into town. Also I’ve never had to pay for pool towels at any hotel I’ve stayed at around the world but here they charge you 3 Euros and don’t allow you to bring your room towel to the pool. But the worst thing was when we asked the reception about the markets on Friday and they told my husband it was on Saturday not Friday so we missed the markets, we also asked them about the salt lakes and they just gave us a pamphlet and told us to ring them. Most hotels are aware of and know tourist attractions and if they don’t know they will call and find out information for you. But not here and the telephone in your room doesn’t make calls outside so you have to use your own phone and if you’re from outside Europe it’s costly. The breakfast was decent but again at a cost. The hotel itself is modern & has a rooftop pool, though the pool and spa are not heated and were ice cold so not really useable. The hotel does have views to the salt lake but if you want to go and see the lake you have to go into town and get a tour from there. We had one dinner at the restaurant and the food was good. But the misinformation about the markets was very disappointing.

Vriendelijke personeel, wij zijn buiten het seizoen geweest (9 t/m 14 maart). Lekker en goed ontbijt, ik ben een vroege vogel en het was helemaal geen probleem om s’morgens ff koffie te drinken en later terug te komen met mijn vrouw om te ontbijten. Bij vroege checkuit zelfs eerder dan openingstijd vd ontbijt zaal koffie gehad en lunchbox meegekregen.

The hotel is very nice and modern feeling. The room was comfortable and had all the things you might expect. Temperature in the room varied a bit. It had both large opening windows and AC, but still given the temperature outside (~30C during the day when I was there) it was hard to get a good balance with those and avoiding getting bugs and flies coming in. Didn't try any of the food options. It is close to a few shops and restaurants (including a supermarket) and bus stops for Torrevieja (bus every ~30 mins or so).

The hotel is very clean, however it is in the middle of nowhere. If there happens to be a function on, they will close off the dining room etc to paying guests. The Wi-Fi is beyond slow. Good in the restaurant was poor. I got entrecôte which was mainly gristle. Breakfast had a good spread but everything was cold
