Bunk bed room was much bigger than shown in the pictures and the bed was huge! Lovely big bathroom with rain shower - all enclosed too which was good for privacy. We really enjoyed the free table tennis and the rooftop area was nice for relaxing in the evenings. If we came again we would definitely use the free bikes - just ran out of time on this trip.

Great place, at least for the special rate I got. Checking in at the reception seemed to take unnecessarily long, but staff was nice. The one thing they should improve is signage (room # also after the elevator, a stair from 1st to ground floor was just labelled Treppe, and only led to the pool). Great lounge/work area. Direct tramway to city center. I'll be back for another good rate.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were super friendly and helpful, the sauna was great, nice watching the world go by at the same time. You can also enjoy a game of pool, table tennis, table football for free. The hotel is right beside a tram stop, with trams every few minutes, so it was quick to get to/from the centre or the main train station. Lots of cool places not too far from the hotel including Freitag Tower, Frau Gerolds Garten, Viadukt Arches, Collective Bakery and lots of others. Free mini bar in room. Suggestions for improvements would be better lighting in the bedrooms and also the addition of some USB ports would be abonus. Other than that we would definitely look to stay here if visiting Zurich again and would certainly recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel was great and the staff was friendly & helpful. They had a tram right out front that would get you anywhere in the city quickly. Great Italian restaurant at the property and lots of fun little amenities, pool table, bikes etc. We would definitely stay there again and it was walking distance to the Stadium Letzigrund.

This is a fantastic hotel- we will stay here anytime we’re in Zürich! The hotel has a fitness/wellbeing theme and is the most eco friendly lodging I’ve found. There’s a complimentary sauna on site, yoga, fitness facilities. Short walk to the river where you can swim and float. The bed was comfortable and staff were very helpful. Recommend 10/10!

The location is good, opposite Migros Outlet. Near to transport stops, just 9-10 stops to HB. The beverages in the room is free. Property is clean and well maintained. The staffs at reception were helpful and friendly

O quarto era muito bom. Muito confortável. A limpeza foi feita diariamente em todos os dias que estivemos lá. Quando chegamos, tinha uma mensagem no frigobar que dizia que tudo que estivesse dentro do mesmo era gratuito. Nos foi oferecido, cervejas, um refrigerante, um pote de amendois, 2 garrafas de água e um chocolate. Achei bem diferente o estilo do quarto. Gostei muito no geral, a única coisa chata era que no banheiro o box vazava água quando tomávamos banho e o banheiro ficava bem molhado. tínhamos que colocar toalhas para que a água não passasse, e acabávamos ficando sem as toalhas secas para a utilização. A outra coisa estranha é uma janela de vidro do banheiro para o quarto, algo esquisito. Tinha uma cortininha de pano para permitir a privacidade de quem estivesse no banheiro, mas achei muito desnecessário aquele vidro, particularmente esquisito, mas que não tirou nada do que nos foi oferecido. Recomendo muito esse hotel.

Bed was hard and uncomfortable, room was hot as couldn’t reduce temperature to cool room. No fans. No cover sheet, just a big heavy piece filled with a giant down pillow thing which made you very hot! Terrible lighting in the bathroom. The restaurant was very good and staff were friendly. Breakfast was wonderful with fresh breads, rolls, yogurt, fruit, meats snd cheeses anything you could want! Dinner menu was Italian and very good, had great salads, very fresh. Pizza was great! Outside patio very nice.

The hotel was great, a little far from everything we wanted to do be we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, spacious, the bathroom was large and it had AC. A perfect accommodation for a short or long stay. The staff for breakfast was a little rude but besides that, everyone at the desk were helpful and kind.

Friendly staff. Clean property. Close to the city. Unfortunately the air con wasn’t very effective so at night the room was often hot and stuffy. We tried to open the window but the room was looking on to the middle of the hotel which was covered by a glass roof. Therefore there was limited airflow.

Overall this hotel is great. It is an easy train and tram ride to / from the airport. It is also 1 easy ride to the city center. The tram stop is right outside the hotel. The check in staff is expremely friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the room we got ( bunk bed room) is soooo dark. The only setting is dim lighting so if you want to do some work ( or anything else other than sleep) it is hard to do with the low lighting.

Personalen var helt underbara, hjälpsamma och tillmötesgående. De löste på ett utmärkt sätt när vi fick problem med att kunna ladda elbilen som var gratis att testa under vår vistelse. Kan varmt detta hotell framförallt för personalen och bra samt rena rum. Läget är bra i Zürich med kollektivtrafik nära och enkelt att ta sig till/från flygplatsen.

The staff are friendly, the breakfast is delicious, and everyone there is very kind. You can catch a tram right in front of the hotel to get to the city center, and it’s only about a 20-minute ride to the airport. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I visit Zurich!

Booked as part of a family trip with my elderly disabled mother. Due to extenuating circumstances I could not travel. I had 2 rooms booked. I asked to change the dates or cancel but the hotel were completely unsympathetic. The hid behind "contact the booking agent" when we all know that could have refunded if that wanted. Its a shame as I was a returning customer and my trip was delayed not cancelled, but because of the appalling attitude of the hotel I wont bother booking here again. I understand business, but empathy and good business ethics will give you more in the long run.

Unser Gepäck ging leider auf der Reise verloren. Als wir im Hotel ankamen hatten wir nichts anzuziehen und es war auch sehr spät. Das Team vom Hotel hat uns dann mit den wichtigsten Sachen ausgeholfen wie Bademäntel, Zahnbürsten und Ladekabel. Sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Very nice hotel outside of the center of Zürich. It's far off from town but very easy to get around with the tram. No problem at all. Supermarket just around the corner. A lot of very nice restaurants in the area. We came for a concert and really enjoyed our stay!

Everyrhing went well and super nice and friendly staff. We gave 4* because when we asked if they served vegan during breakfast they said there were some options. Basically the inly option is vegan yoghurt, which wouldnt be worth the price for breakfast

Good hotel, good service, comfortable, clean and very convenient for public transport "TRAM SERVICE". Free minibar and room services by request at the reception daily. The only two drawbacks were the hours of the restaurant, which closes very early, and the air conditioning, which is not very conventional.
