Confirm Valet Pricing before using as it is $95 each time you get your car, not per day. However, the staff was very professional, we loved the ambiance of the Hard Rock Hotel, both Music and Artwork! The beds were so comfortable I had to ask the brand so my wife and I can purchase a similar mattress(Serta makes a brand exclusively for the HardRock Hotel). The HardRock Hotel will be our new choice for date weekends at least once each season!

My friend and I stayed at Hard Rock Hotel for 3 nights. We had an amazing time! The room was spacious for New York, and it was very clean. The beds were comfortable, although the pillows could have been firmer (personal preference though). The hotel itself is well taken care of and quite nice to look at. We went to the lobby bar once and the drink selection was excellent. Unfortunately we were unable to visit the rooftop bar due to it being closed 3 nights in a row. We selected the hotel partially for the rooftop bar, so it was disappointing that private parties booked it out all 3 nights that we were there. The staff at Hard Rock Hotel went above and beyond for us. Everyone was so kind, friendly and helpful! I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The location right next to Times Square is awesome! No view out the window but it was the quietest room I’ve ever had in nyc. All of the staff was very helpful and friendly especially those at the desk on the first floor. They were welcoming every time we came in and very helpful with our luggage and arranging a cab upon our departure. The only disappointment with our stay was the staff at the rooftop bar. Both times we went up there they were very rude to us so we just left and got drinks elsewhere. Besides that our stay was wonderful!

Excellent location. Was quieter than expected being so close to Times Square. Staff was very friendly. Like the added security. Must have room key to access floors. On the downside, rooftop observation does not open until 5:00. Did not care for the all gender restrooms in common area. Rooms do not have mini fridge & no ice on floor. Had to call guest service each morning to get ice.

The room requested by a note to the hotel was never available.. separate beds. When arrive I was told they will contact to see if such room was available.. never receives a call. However what cause me more surprise was the fact that the 34 floor bar was not open twice due to private party’s . Also the second floor bar close at 10 pm ?? NYC aun a weekend ? Finally we ask for a guitar to be sent to my room … never happen . Don’t think will book again . There are so many options around .. Sofitel, RIU among othees

The staff were amazing from start to finish, especially the bell boys who were super friendly every time we entered or left the hotel and were very helpful when we left by keeping hold of our luggage for a few hours after checkout and organising our taxi to the airport. The cleaners were also amazing and concierge was helpful for directions and recommendations. We felt very safe at the hotel which was up there on our priority list for what we wanted from a hotel. The only few things that stopped this from being a 5 star review are: the air conditioning was quite loud, there was a slight drain smell in the bathroom on the final evening and final morning. And finally on check out when it came to pay the charge we were expecting, there was also some additional charges which we felt we weren’t made aware of fully when we checked in. We were aware of the $45 fee per night of the stay and we were also told on numerous occasions that we could spend $20 on food and drink each day which was free. We were not told that gratuity and taxes were not included in that so we were ordering drinks to the room we didn’t really want or need just to use up the free money really, and in the end it bit us because we had to pay an additional almost $40 on top of the expected charge. If we’d have known, we wouldn’t have ordered drinks to the room. Other than that, we had a brilliant stay and would return if we came back to NYC.

The room could have been cleaner. It’s usually spotless and I even paid extra for a bigger room with a bathtub. The bathtub addition is totally worth it. Very nice. I called housekeeping and they cleaned the room up. The view was gorgeous. The gym is really nice for a hotel gym. The concierge gave me an attitude as I was leaving but that’s my fault-I didn’t know you’re supposed to tip them for hailing a cab for you. The front desk people are always friendly. The room is nice and quiet-I believe the rooms are soundproof. I’d book again. Room service is a nice option to have if you don’t feel like leaving the room. I like the coffee maker and the complimentary water bottles. The rooftop bar and lounge is beautiful and luxurious!

Bedding was heavenly. Shower and bathroom amazing. Room was a bit smaller than expected but enough for a couple. Lavaza coffee machine and courtesy water was a great treat. Electrical outlets on the night stand were great but a little loose. Charger did not fit snug. Needs checking. Awesome stay overall.

My wife and I stayed her for a birthday trip. We were generally impressed with the hotel. The reason for 3 stars was a strange banging noise that happened through the day and night. It was random enough that we didn’t think to complain. Until our last night when it started shaking the room each time. Bit disappointing

I’ve stayed here for business trips and had previously great experiences. However this last time was so bad that I won’t return. The pipes in the bathroom knock together anytime the floors above you wash their hands or flush a toilet. The result is non-stop clinking and clanking in the walls. I reported this on check out only to be met with the typical “sorry for your experience, we’ll take it into consideration, here’s a giant bill anyways, tooodles”. So. Skip the stay.

Check-in was friendly with a courtesy upgrade to a higher floor. The rooms are small but extremely well appointed with hidden LED lighting, a spa-like shower experience including premium shampoo, conditioner and body wash and a drawer-style fridge. I will be back!

So fun! Very nice clean hotel. Very helpful- got us a fridge. Free waters in room. Got us ice when I asked Alexa where is machine was located. Bell men are very friendly. VERY CLISE to time square so slightly sketchy at night(weekend)… but w my husband I felt safe.

The rooms are clean, but small. There are no plugs near the mirrors in the room, so you have to get ready in the bathroom. I found this to be extremely annoying. As only one person can get ready at a time. The concierge desk was very helpful throughout the week. I appreciated their help with transportation and restaurant suggestions. We did have an incident with one staff members of the hotel though. Communication between the restaurant and bar is lacking. The hostess at the restaurant was rude telling us that we couldn’t sit in the bar even though the bar tender told us we could. This was in the mid morning on 3/30/25. All in all, I would not stay there ever again.

From the moment I got to the hotel, I was met with five-star service. I’m a content creator so I started to get footage of the front entrance. The gentleman at the door kindly asked if I’d like him to take footage of me walking in, which I accepted. He even knew to wipe the lens first, which we laughed about. Or was a Friday evening, so I did have to wait in line nearly 10 minutes, but it was to be expected. And I recognized that they treated every guest special by giving them undivided attention. I got the same. I did request a record player and was told that they’d check off there was availability and bring it to my room off there was. Sure enough, I hit the town for about an hour and came back to the record player and the r&b records I had requested. The room was very clean. The decor was very nice. The record player returned the hotel room into an experience. I hadn’t even seen one in decades, so to be able to use was again was beautifully nostalgic. I did make a few more requests, and each time, I was serviced within 10 minutes. And the person on the phone was always polite and used my name. I didn’t have time to dibs in, but I appreciated that they had given me a $20 room credit. And I did go eat at the Hard Rock Cafe and was pleased to see a 25% off coupon in my room. I had a great chat with three gentlemen at the door before I left. I say all this to say, I found my new go-to hotel when I’m in town. Kudos to the entire staff!

Property is very nice and clean and is one of the nicest hard rocks I have ever stayed at. It is in a great location and is a nice place overall to stay. Hotel staff are very nice and welcoming. My only problems came when checking in and trying to use the rooftop bar. The check in process for our room was a nightmare and we had been booked in an occupied room. Our door keys did not work so I had to run down to front desk twice and tell them our keys are not working. They then unlocked the door only to find out someone was already in the room. The rooftop bar on the property was also booked the entire time for a a private event. If known in advance we would have never spent the 500 dollars to stay at this location.

This was a great stay and great location since we wanted to walk mostly to things in midtown. Right next to our theater and close enough to walk to Central Park. Right in the hub of it all. Also easy to catch the subway directly to the Yankees game. Great service, clean and comfortable. May want to try a restaurant outside of the hotel….so many choices. Definitely recommend.

Honestly one of my best hotel stays in a long time. Clean room, super friendly staff and a decent breakfast. It was also super convenient location-wise as we were in town to watch a broadway show and it made it so easy to get around and eat at several amazing nearby restaurants. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at the Hard Rock for a week and had a great experience from the hotel check in, bell hops, security, restaurant waiters, maids and valet. The property was very clean and well appointed. Be prepared to wait for a drink at the sessions bar and RT60 bar.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! The staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Everyone was so kind. The food was also delicious! We ate at Sessions several times and ordered room service once. Every thing we ordered was top notch! I traveled with my five year old. While there didn’t seem to be any other young children there this week, we didn’t feel out of place even once! The location was perfect for all the things we wanted to see in Times Square and convenient to all of the subway connections. When we head back to NYC, this is where we’ll stay!

The room was excellent, but the service at the restaurant and roof top bar was subpar. We left the rooftop bar after one drink as our waiter never returned to ask if we wanted another and it took forever to close our tab. It was disappointing. It took a long time to get served for breakfast, so we wound up going elsewhere the last day. The coffee pods in the room are much better quality coffee than what is served in the restaurant. The restaurant 's coffe is barely tolerable and tastes watered down.
