en la habitacion que nos asignaron, los dos ultimos dias tuvimos problema con el agua caliente de la regadera, hay que hacer notar que por parte del personal en todo momento estuvieron con toda la disposicion para resolverlo, situacion que si lograron corregir

I made a reservation for two nights. The room was okay it wasn’t very clean and it could use some help. My stay there was fine except for they tell you that if you dirty the towels they will charge you $300 Mexican pesos. Well obviously the towels will get dirty if they are used to leave there swimming pool. I came up to my room and the towel split off of me and fell on their floor I pick it up right away but it came up with a dirt stain FROM THEIR FLOOR. I didn’t think much of it since it look like it could easily come out. Well at check out the next morning they brought down the towel to me and advised they would charge me the $300 I then said why this is from your floor. My husband then had to go up stairs and wash out the stain and brought their towel back down to them. The cleaning lady had the worst attitude ever and if they don’t want the stuff dirty they should scrub their room floor better. Avoid this place if you don’t want extra charges for nonsense. There also was a huge scorpion by the pool and they didn’t remove it they just said oh be careful while there’s many little kids running around the area.
