Hotel Rina Cerbul

Parking is challenging, but the location of this hotel is superb! The showers are in need of attention... took forever to figure out how to operate it, spraying water all over the place as many of the jets didn't work properly. Breakfast, however, was awesome... full buffet with lots of great choices!!!

Great location, nice staff, walkable to everything, parking was good across the street. A little noisy at night with dogs barking a lot of at night. Overall great stay.

They upgraden me to the main building. Great room with bubble bath en everything. Verry friendly staff. I only gotten in an discussion about the parking fee. On your site it says parking included en they made me pay 20 ron So you got to change your site about this

Tem elevador, mas tem 8 degraus para acessar ele. Não tem café da manhã. As instalações do hotel são precárias. Carpet manchado no corredor, móveis velhos, cama quase no chão (difícil até para deitar), porta do frigobar estava caindo. Piso do quarto maltratado e com buracos nos acabamentos. O pior é o banheiro, que é minúsculo, não tem box, apenas cortina no chuveiro e molha tudo. Sanitário descolado do chão, parece que vai soltar. O quarto não foi bem limpo, pois tinha chinelos “esquecidos” embaixo da cama. A vista da janela para as montanhas é bem boa. Mas ainda bem que foi só 1 noite. Outra dificuldade, é que não tem área de embarque e desembarque para carros. A Estação de Trem está muito próxima ao hotel, porém tem um desnível grande que liga as duas áreas, o acesso é feito por uma escadaria ou uma rampa bem comprida. Por isso, optamos por pegar o ônibus em frente à estação, que para quase na frente do hotel.

Had an excellent stay at the sister hotel Rina Sinaia. Rina Cerbul seemed to be going through some renovations, so they moved us across the street to Rina Sinaia. Nice lobby, comfortable room with great views of the mountains & the main street below. The highlight is the little balcony in our room. The front desk staff is polite & welcoming, but English is not widely spoken across Romania as it’s still relatively new as a tourist destination. The single biggest highlight of this hotel is their Spa. The sauna, steam and the massage were A++. The Spa area is immaculate and feels very clean. The best part it’s included with your stay at no extra charge. They even validate your parking next door. Awesome location & almost everything is within walking distance including the train station. Would highly recommend.

Lokasyonu çok başarılı, heryere yürüme mesafesinde. Otopark var diye seçtik ama karşıdaki otelin ücretli otoparkını kullandık. 20lei ödedik, şehir vergisi ile birlikte 3 kişi 41 lei ödedim. Odalar çok eski yerler eski parke ama çok bakımsız. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü fiyat/performans için tercihedilebilir.

We booked the Hotel Rina Cerbul (with swimming pool) but a message was left on the hotel’s door saying to check in at another hotel as it was closed. We haven’t been notified about the change and we got told to pay in order to access the pool.

hotel was nice, parking was fine, near-by hotel breakfast (same as the parking) was excellent! we were a bit confused as even if we originally paid two taxes (including city tax) we were asked to pay a third one at the place, still feeling we were "scammed" on another city tax....

Very friendly. Beautiful old mansion. Ubfortunatly the cleaning crew smoked while cleaning the rooms and that smelled bad!

This hotel does not have heat or hot water between 11:00 and 18:00. The Rooms smell bad, and the bed sheets are dirty. on the weekend, there is an awful noise coming from the restaurant downstairs until 1:00 am! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Nothing fancy, has not been updated in a long time. Not very clean. Warm and worked for a short trip

We have been given the privilege to change the room to accommodate my mother's inability to walk far, from 5th floor to the 1st floor. The room had also a terrace which had a front view and this made myself and my mum so happy that we really enjoyed the stay in that room. The beds were really cleaned and had a fresh smell. The staff was very polite, helpful and understanding. The bathroom had a small leak from the shower and we needed to dry the floor every time we showered. And the bathtoom door cannot be closed properly as it is a sliding door. But the most important is that we had a good night sleep, a lovely view and so many places to enjoy just outside the door 😊👍

The man at the Front Desk in the afternoon is terrible. He literally just said to me: name and gave me a key, not even told me the floor or give me any kind of information. Nothing else, this was the worst check-in in my entire life. I felt I was lucky he gave me a key, it felt like he was doing me a favour. Unbeliveable. Really old building and furniture. The floor makes a lot of noise and they put small carpets where it is damage. Cleaning could be better. No possible to control heating. Really bad soundproofing. Shower damaged and it is like a collage so water escapes. Only positive: bed was quite comfortable and the lady at the Front Desk in the morning. She was really nice.

No major issues but the place has definitely seen better days. Basic maintenance has slipped and the room is dated to be polite. My bathroom was awkwardly small with an odd toilet placement and a Barbie-sized shower where the rain head was at the 6’-2” (188cm) level and the stall so small that you couldn’t step away from the rain head. It’s the only Sinaia hotel I’ve visited but I’m sure you can do better.

Room was ok for a 2-star hotel, spacious, clean. We had a big problem though, it was a very bad and strong smell in and from bathroom, so we had to stay two days, day and night, with the bathroom light on, to allow ventilation to work and take away some of the smell. Apart of that problem, everything was ok.

Nice value hotel conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, parks, and attractions. The fourth floor rooms with balcony access were great especially in the late evenings while catching some nice mountain breezes. I would stay here again.

No heat. They turned on the heat at 8 pm while outside it was almost freezing.

Beautiful old hotel in the very centre of Sinaia. The staff is very helpful, polite and hospitable. I think this hotel is the best value for money in Sinaia and I would definitely come back

Well we didn’t get a chance to stay at the hotel. We followed the directions and skipped dinner so we could be there before the reception closed (supposed to be at midnight) to be on the safe side we made sure we were there by 11 pm. There was a sign to check in across the st. We did and they told us to go back to the other hotel and take room 107, body was at hotel so the reception said “I don’t know what’s up with them. You will be staying here. “ I said I didn’t want to and wanted the room I paid for. He told me this was a better hotel. I told him I didn’t care I wanted the rustic place, the hotel we stayed at looked like a days inn and we wanted something Romanian. NOT HAPPY

Wonderfulp view from my room. I chosed this location because is hysyoric and în the proximity of all a turist need to visit if come în Sinaia. Nice staff helpful with plenty info when I asked. Defently I'll return

O staff super gentil, bem localizado, próximo a bons restaurantes e café da manhã espetacular. O senão fica por conta do quarto, o qual necessita de revitalização, principalmente, o banheiro (box do chuveiro extremamente pequeno e com a horrível "cortina".
