El hotel estaba en mantenimiento y eso no dice a la hora de reservar, en primer piso el olor es horrible, la alberca esta cerrada y sucia, ademas en la habitación frente a la nuestra rentaron a unas familias y en cada habitación habian hasta 5 niños, por lo que como 10 niños gritando y corriendo en el pasillo, fue una larga noche.

You get what you pay for. Beds are tiny, AC is freezing.. slipped two times while showering. TVs are tiny and pool area is dirty and outdated. Cleaning staff is super friendly though. Imelda is a great staff member.

La habitacion se encontraba muy limpia, el personal super amable desde nuestra llegada y partida, nos dieron varias recomendaciones. El estacionamiento es al exterior de las instalaciones pero es seguro. Muy cercano al malecon en auto unos 5 minutos

4 floors. 4th is under construction. Not just pool. You can hear every peep in hallway. Lots of peeps. Some noisy family came in at midnight. A band returned at 4am drunk. Then they got into it. Karma. Got little sleep. Almost no tv channels. Did have hot water in morning. Not at night. Ok blinds. Seemed refurbed. Could walk to malecon. Stores across street. Could be ok hotel after repairs are done and if guest arent idiots.

This hotel was okay for a night stay only. If you have a car then it is conviniently located within a short drive of malecon. We had no face or feet towels. The regular towels had dirt spots but were replaced by front staff once we told them.The beds were way too firm for our likeness, we felt like sleeping on the floor. The room had a strong humidity-like smell which went away with the AC on. Cleaniness was good however maintenance wasnt that great. Our toilet was leaking which was noisy, the rooms peek window wasnt private as you could see inside the room from outside which was a privacy concern. TV didnt work correctly. Some humidity spots on ceiling lifting the paint was an unplesant sight.(Room 314). We stayed two nights and no room service (cleaning) was provided in between days other than new soap. Everthing else was okay.

La televisión todo el tiempo falló , y el tema de limpieza debería ser mas a conciencia ya que se me cayó algo debajo de la cama y me pude percatar de que estaba muy sucio, había hasta una bolsa de cacahuates que obviamente no era mía

One night stay on a road trip through Baja. The hotel has a bit of an institutional feel to it. The room itself felt more like a dorm room than a hotel room. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The lighting in the room was horrible. For one night it was fine, but I wouldn’t want an extended stay here. I wish I would’ve done a deeper look in to location as well. This hotel is located on a busy street, across from a busy grocery store, and next to a car lot. Would’ve been nicer to be down near the marina, within walking distance of the water, restaurants and shops. We didn’t even want to go in the pool, as the water was cloudy. Best thing I can say about this hotel is at least the room was clean.

Para lo que necesitamos estaba parcialmente bien, solo llegar a dormir pero las habitaciones son poco aisladas ejemplo todo se escucha incluso cuando alguien camina por el piso de arriba, cuando abres o cierras la llave de agua suena un golpe en las paredes, se escuchaba a las personas de afuera de los pasillos, el estacionamiento se llena por las noches y el jabón para ducha no olía del todo rico.

Llegue ayer a las 3:41 pm para el check-in,la recepcionista apenas estaba radiando para preguntar si ya estaba listo el cuarto que me asignaria. Fue el 202 y aun no lo tenian,la sra nunca le dio interes al respecto,nunca pregunto si podia asignar otra habitación para arreglar el incoveniente. Yo le dije que no iba a estar esperando el cuarto hasta que estuviera listo. Nos dio el 402 de malas. Pero en realidad no fue mi culpa. Ahi esta el horario de check in que ellos ponen en su hotel . Check in 3:00 pm y check out 12:00. Hacen pasar corajes y todavia agüantar caras,la sra no pago mi habitacion por lo tanto,yo no tengo porque soportar ese trato y mal servicio.

No puedo dar más de 2 estrellas, el hotel es MUY básico, ni siquiera hay café de cortesía, no hay refrigerador, no hay restaurante, ni siquiera un microondas para calentar comida. No hay casi nada cerca. Ahí es de tener carro a fuerzas. Lo mejor es pedir comida por DiDi ya que ni máquinas expendedoras de golosinas hay.Es un batallar con el tema de las llaves porque se despeograman todo el tiempo. Más bien es como un motel de paso más que una red de hoteles.
