Ein sauberes, freundliches Hotel in der Mitte der Stadt Leipzig und perfekt um an alle/viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu gelangen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und Bahnhof vor Ort. Frühstück ist ausreichend und gut. Personal sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir waren zu Fünft in diesem Hotel für zwei Nächte. Schon das einchecken ist eine große Freude und lässt das Wochenende schön beginnen. Super freundliches und professionelles Personal. Hilfsbereit und sehr entgegenkommend. Die Zimmer sind sehr neu mit gehobener Ausstattung. Dann Abends an der Bar ein Barkeeper, bei dem es Freude macht, Gast sein zu dürfen. Ich möchte ganz besonders Madhu hier erwähnen. Es ist einfach sehr schön zu sehen, das es doch noch Leute gibt, die Freude an ihrer Arbeit haben und dies auch zeigen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team von Rezeption, Bar und Frühstücks Restaurant. Haltet weiter so zusammen und ihr erfreut all eure Gäste. Wir kommen wieder. Versprochen. Liebe Grüße von Ronny

We stayed here for 1 night as we were travelling for football. The hotel is very close to the station and to the city, there are also trams nearby too. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff we very friendly and helpful. The bar area was pleasant and if you joined the loyalty scheme you got a voucher to use towards drinks which was helpful. Would definitely stay again

Es wurden Parkplätze angeboten, welche leider nicht in ausreichendem Maße zu Verfügung standen. Darauf sollte hingewiesen werden…ansonsten kommen wir sehr gerne wieder. Sehr sauberes, angenehmes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern.

Ich war zwar nur für eine Übernachtung mit Frühstück als Gast da, dennoch sehr zufrieden. Das Personal auskunftsbereit und entgegenkommend. Das einzige, was etwas umständlich ist, das man sich in der Nähe nach einer Parkmöglichkeit umschauen und dann auch für die öffentlichen Parkplätze bezahlen muss. Ansonsten auf jeden Fall ein empfehlenswehrtes Hotel.

Ich war zwar nur für eine Übernachtung mit Frühstück als Gast da, dennoch sehr zufrieden. Das Personal auskunftsbereit und entgegenkommend. Das einzige, was etwas umständlich ist, das man sich in der Nähe nach einer Parkmöglichkeit umschauen und dann auch für die öffentlichen Parkplätze bezahlen muss. Ansonsten auf jeden Fall ein empfehlenswehrtes Hotel.

On the day of our departure, we had to leave the hotel at 12 noon sharp or pay an extension fee. We are often in the Ibis hotel, and you can extend for free for about 60 minutes on the day of departure. We drank 2 cups of coffee in the lobby. The cups were tiny, and we paid 8€. I have the impression that this hotel is quite clammy. At check-in, there was a young Asian lady who always rolled her eyes when we mentioned wishes for our room (e.g., not near the elevator, quiet room). We avoided this person until the day of departure. All other hotel employees were super friendly :-) The seating in the lobby (especially tables, shelf by the TV) is probably not cleaned for days and is covered in dust. Sorry :-(

Das Zimmer war sauber, so wie man es erwarten darf. Ich durfte schon bei meiner Ankunft um 12:30 Uhr das Zimmer belegen, obwohl Check in ja eigentlich erst ab 15 Uhr ist. Habe ich in der Art das erste Mal gehabt, eine glatte Eins für den jungen Mann der den Check in gemacht hat. Toller zuvorkommender Service.

Der Aufenthalt war rundum überzeugend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist hierbei das unbeschreiblich freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, welches sich viel Zeit für meine Anliegen nahm. Auch das Zimmer war sehr angenehm, großzügig bemessen, ruhig sowie sehr sauber. Bis auf leichte Abnutzungsspuren in der Dusche lässt sich hier nichts bemängeln. Der große TV ist in jedem Fall positiv zu erwähnen. Platz für das Gepäck bot das Zimmer zudem mehr als reichlich. Die Kopfkissen der Betten könnten für mein Empfinden etwas voluminöser sein. Jedoch ist das Hotel insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert, insbesondere bei Anreise mit der Bahn (Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof).

Everything was just perfect. The view of the city was also great from my room. Very colourful & lively. The only thing I wished for were USB outlets! Would prevent the need for multiple universal adaptors :)

Atrocious, we arrived at the hotel to check in to be told that our room had been double booked and resold to people paying a higher rate. We were moved to an alternative hotel which was not what we booked. Receptionist and 'Manager' were as helpful as a chocolate tea pot. AVOID THIS hotel.

Das Hotel ist zentral in der Innenstadt gelegen und man kann alles fußläufig erreichen. Leipzig ist eine Reise wert und wir werden es wieder buchen und können es nur empfehlen.

The hotel is perfectly located. It is close to the train station where all the trollies trams and buses go and it is also within walking distance of all of the major attractions. It is highly recommended, and we would gladly stay there next time you’re in Leipzig.

Im Großen und Ganzen ist es ein sehr schönes Hotel. Unser Zimmer war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Nur beim Frühstück kann man noch etwas verbessern. Es sieht teilweise sehr lustlos und demzufolge unappetitlich aus. Alles in Schüsseln zu servieren, ob Wurst, Käse oder Quark ..... die Butter sah nach dem 3. Gast schon aus, als hätte man sie massakriert. Vielleicht sind kleine Einzelportionen da besser und auch hygienischer. Sonst ist es aber ein Top Hotel.
