This resort is beautiful. The room was clean and smelled amazing. The only thing that made this not a perfect stay was the construction noise we woke up to. We stayed the evening to rest from a long travel day and woke up to early morning jack hammering and the whole room vibrating.

We recently stayed at this hotel for 1 night and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. However, several drawbacks affected our stay. The casino on the main floor had a strong, unpleasant smell of smoke that carried into the common areas, especially for families with children. We were also disappointed to find that the pool was closed, and the hot tub was not available either. With both out of service, there were no activities in the hotel suitable for families with young kids. Overall, while the room itself was nice, the lack of amenities and the smoke-filled environment made it less enjoyable than expected. I would not recommend it for families traveling with children.

Room was super clean. Loved the bed. Shower pressure and temp was really nice. Kids had to leave the pool at 6pm. That was nice but there was cigarettes butts left around our loungers. Pool drinks were perfect but my drink from The ESPN bar was terrible but food and service was good. Ladies at front desk could have been more cheerful.

The pool is ridicoulously small for a hotel of that size. It was a hot day and there was zero relaxing. There were about 20 kids in the pool and about 25 adults and there was not one spot to just sit and cool off. Margaritaville is a vibe/way of life and a resort like that should have THE BEST pool or biggest pool in the area. But its the smallest. Sad. We wont ever stay there in the summer again. Maybe in rhe winter but definitely charge too much for those rooms without better resort ammenities.

My family and I had a 2 night stay. House keeping did not come clean our room at lease come get the trash. We had to asked for extra towels and cups. Trash was full no coffee, or towels. We just build up trash nice hotel but bad service with house keeping.

My room was visibly dirty with crumbs in several areas on the floor, hair and dirt in the bathroom, sheets on both beds were ripped in several areas, there were stains on one of the beds, and the television was not working.

I stayed here while my father had surgery nearby. The 3 night visit from start to finish was awful. The room was actively dirty. There were dead bugs on the table where I had to eat dinner. The shower was visibly dirty. The linens had holes and was dirty with brown stains. They don’t tell me that they do not service your room for a multi night stay visit and on the first night I had to use the two towels they gave me to clean up water off the bathroom floor because the shower is poorly designed with a glass door that pours water directly onto the floor. I called to ask if I could come get fresh towels to shower the next day and they told me they would send them. They never brought them and I had to go down to the desk to get some. Also, the whole place reeks of weed and cigarette smell. I had to wash everything when I got home. I ate two meals there. The first was a hamburger at the seafood restaurant and it was terrible. I then had a pizza from the espn restaurant and it was decent. The rest of the time I ate other places. I got home only to get charged a daily resort fee not mentioned when I booked with hotels.com. Terrible from start to finish. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Noise from adjoining room was horrible. The couple was not really talking that loudly; however, it was as if they were in the room with us. We could hear every word they said. Not certain if the issue was that our room had a door that joined their room, but we will request no adjoining room option to see if that makes a difference. If not, we will find another hotel/casino option.

Bed too soft. Out of 16 floors there was only 2 floors with ice, not our floor. ATM charges 9.99 for any amount of money you withdraw. Valet loss our valet ticket. I had to identify our car key to get my car brought to me.

Room was clean, but the service was just ok. At check in the person barely spoke, he did not tell us where the elevator was, or how to operate the elevator. ( you have to hold your key card to the the reader in the elevator.) The AC unit in the room was very noisy! Got no sleep.

Your stay always starts with the valet and front desk staff. Both had the worst attitudes ever. They didn’t care if you were there they didn’t want you there and you were taking their time. The room was dirty and smelled. This was such a disappointment after loving Margaritaville in Tulsa. We will not be back.

The valet parking was horrible. Valet parking is supposed to be 24 hours. I stayed there because of the price and convenient aspects. BUT—The morning I checked out, there was no one in the area. I came down around 6:30. I was in Shreveport for surgery at the Flex Institute. I needed to have been there for 7:00 I called the hospital and I had to reschedule. Valet Parking had me so stressed until my blood pressure was really high. This situation was so unnecessary. The company need to make this right, Furthermore I am requesting 2 free nights ùł lol poopoo

Everything under one roof. There was stormy weather, and from the moment we drove under the entrance and turned the car over to the valet service, we were protected from the elements. The Receptionist Desk, elevator, bar, casino, multiple restaurants, elevators, our room, and the venue for Trace Adkins was all under one roof. The entire facility was white-glove clean. The staff were welcoming, courteous, and accommodating throughout our stay.

The only thing I would do differently is we rang for the bail man and waited over 40 minutes. We ended up just carrying our stuff out. They won’t let us cart go they have to stay with them that makes it kind of difficult and you can’t park out front so you have to load your stuff further.

My stay at Margaritaville Casino was very nice and relaxing. The casino was 5 different restaurants so you really dont have to leave for anything. The riverwalk is in walking distance to the outlet store. Very convenient and great location. The casino is nit that big, but it had alot of slots and tables to play with. I will be back very soon.

Overall, the stay was good. However, the front desk staff both apon check-in and check-out were nor very friendly at all. The service by the tall, blonde waitress was extremely slow. It was tough finfing a parking space and the shared parking lot didn't seem very secure.

Our stay was good. We stopped in for the night to break up our cross country drive. The only thing that I was not impressed with was the prices of food. If you are staying here, either bring food or be ready to spend. My wife and I frequent Winstar in Oklahoma for our stay and gambling trips and the food there is much more affordable.
