2 gece 3 gün konakladım, resepsiyonda ki arkadaşların kibarlığı, kat görevlilerinin güleryüzlülüğü, restorant çalışanlarının her konuda yardım etmeleri.. cok teşekkürler harika bi deneyim yaşadık. Olumsuz puan yapmadım ama otopark olayı facia. Hicbir yerde görmedik 350 tl otopark parası. Cok ayıp ve etik değil.

Disappointing spa, the pool was cold and the Turkish bath had a weird smell. The room was okay, view was pretty average and the hotel isn’t so far away from the tourist areas. Free warm cookie on reception was a nice touch though.

Das Hotel befindet sich an einer Hauptstrasse mit einer Schnellstrasse darüber. Das Fenster über Nacht offen lassen bei Zimmern zur Strassenseite ist nicht. In der Türkei wird viel gehupt. Das Hotel selber ist sehr sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Zimmer sind gross und verfügen über einen Kühlschrank, den man selber nutzen kann. Tägliche Zimmerreinigung. Mal fehlte das Badetuch, mal das Mineralwasser, mal ein Handtuch. Aber es wird sehr sauber geputzt. Frühstück nicht genutzt, da wir unsere Zähne machen liessen. Aber auch sonst hat es ums Eck genügend Möglichkeiten. Das Auto wird in der Tiefgarage geparkt, wo es genügend Platz auch für grosse Autos hat. Es hat einen schönen Swimmingpool, ca. 3.5x10 Meter lang, geheizt. Dazu ein Fittnessraum mit modernen Geräten. Dazu eine Sauna und ein Dampfbad, dass nicht immer am Laufen war. Dazu ein wunderschönes Hammam, welches aber auch mehr kalt war als warm (man hörte den Dampf, aber es kam keiner rein, daher war es im Hammam nicht warm (max. 30 Grad) und alle quetschten sich in die Sauna). Schade nutzte es daher niemand. Zu Fuss vom Hotel ist man in 10 Minuten an der U-Bahnstation. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Room cleaning was not good, there is no hoovering, she just throws some liquid from a bottle here and there and swipes but not under bed or sofa just main area . my kids feet was always dirty. food was ok during the day but at night it was absolutely horrible , undercooked and on three separate occasions was hair in the food.besides the fact that sometimes i didn’t receive everything i ordered or they sent me something else .the breakfast is probably the worst turkish buffet I have seen , orange and apples the only fruit , just 2 different cheese , no yoghurt, the pastry looked very bad .I paid for breakfast incl in my rate at around 340£ per night and we only went there once, my kids left hungry from there , it was a complete disaster. the 2 stars is just for the staff at reception and restaurant they’re very friendly . We actually checked out one day earlier because it was just very bad for us, i didn’t mention anything at the hotel nor I asked for any refund or compensation.Hotel look and room size 5 stars, staff 5 stars, food 1 star, cleaning 1 star .

The hotel is a little north of downtown Old City, but very easy to reach by public transit. The staff were friendly. Our room was nicely sized and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom had a rainfall showerhead. It would have been nice to have a moveable makeup mirror. This was a nice hotel and we would stay again

The room itself was fine and the staff were very nice throughout my stay. However, I really wish there had been more in-room entertainment options. I stayed for six nights, and it would have made a big difference if the TV offered streaming capabilities or at least more English channels beyond news. Additionally, the refrigerator in my room wasn’t working. The staff did offer to fix it, but I didn’t end up taking them up on it. Overall, a decent stay with friendly service, but the room amenities could use some upgrades. It was a bit dated. Also the housekeeper was great! I mostly had my do-not-disturb on, but she was eager to clean and replenish towels, slippers, tissues and water as needed.

Nice hotel , very clean . Ar conditioner was not working , the room was very hot . I asked the service to fix it and that was taking so long . I have hard time to sleep at 2 second nights because the room temperature, it’s was stressful for me and my wife because we have my little bay together with us . We had a wonderful stay at this Doubletree. I had missed the cookies!! The reception staff were super welcoming and helpful (Ramzan, Murat, and all the rest). They always greeted us with a smile on our way out, and back in. The Breakfast Buffet was sumptuous to say the least, and the staff were wonderful too (Ozgur, Erhan, Emre, and the two other blond men, also the lady, I can’t remember their names). The room was wide, and everything was comfortable. The Doubletree “Crabtree & Evelyn” amenities never disappoint. All in all, wonderful experience. Thank you all for the great stay.

It is a nice and luxury hotel in the central European side of Istanbul. There are tons of restaurants in the area. But the hotel looks at a major intersection of a busy bridge. Once you step outside you can smell the strong smog and the rooms overlooking the front of the hotel are noisy even with windows closed. Breakfast is acceptable. Gym is nice and useable.

Most of all I liked the staff at this hotel. Very professional, helpful, nice and courteous. Hotel lobby wasn't very well designed to spend time at. There is not much to do around the hotel and one should walk about 20 minutes to reach some good locations. There is a mall very close to the hotel that can be helpful in case of emergency needs or shopping for leaisure.

The DoubleTree was a great stay close enough to the key sites and ferries that gaining access was easy but far enough away, that we missed the crowds, traffic and noise. There is a subway station stop about a 10 minute walk away that drops you off near the Grand Bazaar and Spice Bazaar and is a nice walk to Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque. The staff was attentive and friendly, particularly the team at the front desk and the breakfast/evening dining team. The food quality was extremely good, and I had the same dish at dinner twice because it was so good. There are also dining options nearby; we went to Asaka for amazing dumplings and beef noodles. You can use the hotel laundry service and there is another option less than a five minute walk away. There is a grocery store, Starbucks, pharmacy and other shops in the same building with the laundry. We had a great 11 days at the DoubleTree and highly recommend it!

Great staff and comfort hotel! We worked and stayed there. Has a good gym facility and gym. We used gym, new equipments and modern gym. Staff is friendly, especially it has restaurant which we dine and worked there. Price is reasonable, take breakfast included it is definitely worth it.
