The front desk staff were both helpful and friendly. Our hotel room was clean and comfortable. The hallways and lobby were dark and in need of refreshing. Onsite parking was extremely poor. The garage was both hard to negotiate with a car and difficult to access by foot from the hotel.

Great location from a public transport perspect - 10 minutes to subway . While the facade is not very welcoming once in yoy are presented with a modern hotel . Great staff who were helpful and accomodating . Others have stated that parking is a challenge but we did not have any issues and found a roomy parking spot for our stn wagon.

Hallo ein paar Worte zum Frühstück, Kaffee ist Katastrophe Orangen für Frischsaft waren nach 9:30 nicht mehr da, Croissant gab es nur 20 Stück bei 50 Leuten. Das Personal beim Frühstück hat die Schule als Hotelfachkraft nie von innen gesehen. Auf dem Flur riecht stark nach Zigaretten. Werde bestimmt beim nächsten mal was anderes buchen. Ho scelto questo hotel per le recensioni positive ma si è rivelato sopravvalutato. Scarsa pulizia, ambienti vecchi che necessiterebbero di ristrutturazione, stanza puzzolente, parcheggio lontano, mezz'ora per contattare il ristorante che non rispondeva e mi ha richiamata dopo che ho chiamato 3 volte la reception e alla fine avevano pochissimi piatti disponibili quindi ho ordinato un deliveroo, colazione imbarazzante.

Prima hotel, lobby stelt niks voor maar kamer is prima, goede stort douche op juiste hoogte. Waterkoker met koffie en thee aanwezig, koekastje met 4 gratis flesjes water. Klein bureautje. Matras was oke, kussens iets minder maar dat is natuurlijk heel persoonlijk. Kamer is niet meer het nieuwste maar wel heel erg schoon dus geen klachten. Uitzicht op verboot haven en snelweg voor ons ook geen enkel probleem. Airco kon koelen tot 21°C terwijl het buiten 30°C was dus dik in orde. Metro halte Dinegro op echt 5 minuten lopen en voor €2 110 minuten in metro, bus, kabelbaan, trein (of € 10 voor 24 uur incl. Vola bus van/naar vliegveld) , makelijk via AMT app te boeken en te betalen via google pay. Ontbijt is goed, zeer zeker voor italiaanse berippen, bijna alles wel verkrijgbaar en wordt snel bijgevuld. Tafel wordt ook snel afgeruimd, voldoende plaats in ontbijt ruimte. In zelfde ruimte is 's avonds te dineren, beperkte kaart (geen italiaans) maar wel lekkere burger, zeer vriendelijk personeel ook om half 10 nog eten, geen probleem.

The staff here is wonderful. Everybody from the manager, front desk, dining room staff and housekeeping all were so great. The rooms are a nice size, beds were comfortable and the hotel was incredibly clean. Breakfast was really good as was dinner. The only thing that may be a concern for some travelers is, you have to take the train, which is a walkable distance, for about 4 stops to get to shopping, sight seeing and dining. But we did ok with it. Thank you Holiday Inn Genoa!!

Sauberes kleines Zimmer, mit Klimaanlage, da das Fenster unseres Zimmers direkt zur Straße führt. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, da der antike Hafen und die Innenstadt gut erreichbar sind. Das Frühstück war in Buffetform und gab keinen Grund zur Beanstandung. Die Angestellten an der Rezeption und im Restaurant bzw. Frühstücksraum waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kommunikation war auch problemlos in englisch möglich.

I did not like the fact that theres no AC inside the room .The room is really hot which is not pleasant. Also we dinning in to their restaurant is terrible experience the food has no seasoning at all and also is very expensive so it’s really not worth the stay . Never again to this place.

Un parking est bien présent mais à l'extérieur. Apparemnt un autre parking est dispo mais était occupée. La chambre trèèès petite pour un hotel 4 étoiles.Heureusement que nous sommes restés une nuit pas plus. Au même prix ou même moins vous avez des hôtels au centre de Genova Un plus pour le petit déjeuner qui était très complet pour son prix avec un très bon café

Absolutely No A/C year around. The temperature in our room was close to 30 dgrees Celsius. We had to prop the window open with a hanger from the closet. And they left a fan at the door we took it in and plugged in to circulate the air.

The server in the restaurant send me to eat to McDonalds when i ask for a menu for kids. Funny part he tells me the kids in Italy do not drink milk at night jajajaja so ridiculous. At the end he help me but first i have to hear so many absurd things, incredible.

I have made a reservation weeks ago in order to be sure to have a room with a baby cot. When we arrived we have been told that we had no baby cot and because of the late arrival no bed could be given because there was no one from the housekeeping available. Additionally the receptionist was impolite and rude. Hôtel to avoid with little children.

The staff here is wonderful. Everybody from the manager, front desk, dining room staff and housekeeping all were so great. The rooms are a nice size, beds were comfortable and the hotel was incredibly clean. Breakfast was really good as was dinner. The only thing that may be a concern for some travelers is, you have to take the train, which is a walkable distance, for about 4 stops to get to shopping, sight seeing and dining. But we did ok with it. Thank you Holiday Inn Genoa!!

si lo que necesitan es estar cerca de una estación de tren Principe el hotel esta bien. Nosotros utilizamos mucho la estación para ir a Portofino y Turin. No esta en el centro. Es limpio, buena habitación buen baño, buena atención y excelente desayuno.

The hotel is not far from the cruise ship dock where we came into Genoa. Although it's not in the centre of town and restaurants, it's right near the Metro and only two stops into the centre, so it only takes 10 minutes to get there. And the Metro is free from 10am - 4pm and 8pm - 10pm.

We stayed one night in this hotel. The room was large and clean, the TV too small for this size of a room and the bed not very confortable. For one night, it was just fine. Breakfast was included and pretty good and varied. Don't hesitate to ask for a freshly squeezed orange juice as the sign says. The waiter will try to push you to have the artificial kind but if you insist nicely, they will relent. The hotel is conveniently located in front of the ferry terminal and a large supermarket. The center of Genoa is about 20 minutes on foot. There is a metro station not far from the hotel and the metro is free at certain hours.
