HARRIS Resort Batam Waterfront

The room was quite Old, but nice place to stay, huge swimming Pool, limited Carpark Area, the Lift was old, Abit scary to use,, may breakdown anytime. Front Office was polite. Need to improve on hotel Facility

The resort was a bit run down due to badly maintenance and was not keep up to the time. Breakfast choices was limited too.

The best hotel so far i have stay. Iean the price is very affordable with 5 star experience and stay. You got welcome drink while you wait for the entrace documentation ready and payment. Then got welcome with very pretty room overlooking the sea. You got a nice deco once your room complete clean up. The breakfast varieties is top tier, they have western, local, and dessert, pastry. Even tho the choose not massive but it is quiet many. And it is nice too. Service, is within the phone call. And the only things not really nice. It only have bidet without water host. Overall a very pleasant stay with every morning breakfast with mascot dance 💕

Food options on the menu are slightly overpriced, Saturday one night only buffet overpriced for the limited variety. Check in room cleanliness and facilities are poorly managed. Floor felt dusty/sandy, toilet faucets loose, WC cover loose.

Nice pools and garden, breakfast as well satisfactory. Waterfront area has been neglected and not developed as other parts of Batam.
