Wished the hot tub and pool was available! Didn’t stay we checked out after a couple of hours. Went to the casino and half of that was roped off. They had the whole middle section roped off so playing wasn’t great had to wait for the machine you wanted to play☹️so we decided to check out and come home rather then set in our room because the pool and hot tub was closed so we decided to leave!!

Very nice room. Excellent water pressure in shower. Lots of TV channel options. Friendly and efficient staff. Nice workout room, and a laundry room. The only downsides were that the neighborhood looked a little questionable and the the free breakfast was nothing special.

We have stayed at White Pine several times. The front desk employees are always friendly and accommodating. The grab and go breakfast is appreciated; however we would like to see the return of the sit down breakfast. Also, the pool and hot tub are not in working order and this has not changed for some months now.

The young lady who checked me in was very friendly and the process was smooth. The room was very clean. I had a pleasant stay with no problems. It was unfortunate that the pool was out of order, but I understand some things are beyond our control.

The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. The place is showing its age as there were marks on the walls and the grout in the tub area needed repairs. The breakfast was a disappointment as there was no fresh fruit, yoghurt, or milk for cereal and the eggs(?) had no taste and all looked identical, so I'm not sure what they really were. On the plus side, the massage chairs in the lounge were great. The price we paid was high for the amenities and condition.

We didn't like hair in the bathtub & on the bathroom floor. It wouldn't drain while showering...had about 2 to 2 1/2" of standing water that we were standing in. The night stand & items on it were dusty.

the garbage cans outside were overflowing, never emptied. Weeds overgrown around the building. Rugs were dirty. would be nice if the garbage in the rooms were emptied daily. blanket was dirty. the staff was nice. the place seems run down.

The White Pine Lodge has a welcoming lobby and friendly staff. Our rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet. We enjoyed having a microwave and a mini-fridge in the room. But we didn't enjoy the strong smell of weed in the corridors. We noticed that the "Fireside Lounge" is actually now a cannabis bar, and it's obvious that other guests were smoking that product in their rooms, even though the hotel prohibits that activity. It's quite off-putting to be in a really nice facility, only to have it smell like a frat house.

The pool and whirlpool were out of order when we arrived, otherwise the hotel was very nice, and we misunderstood that breakfast was grab and go regardless of checkout time. Room was spacious and we had a private view of trees on the second floor. Lovely dining area.

Ended up here cause I made a wrong turn. But I had the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The best bed and the best pillows. Awesome water pressure in the shower. Quiet, cute little breakfast. Hope I make a wrong turn again and end up here

This hotel had the friendliest people working at the desk that I’ve ever come across! Very refreshing! The building itself is old and the walls do not block sound well (I felt like I was in the room with my upstairs neighbors, who were more like night owls than we were!). But overall, the room seemed clean and was very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at White Pine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Casino shuttle and free slot play voucher were added bonuses. A couple of cons: walls are pretty thin. It was a busy weekend, so lots of noise. Also, the shower lacked good pressure - at least when hot water was desired.

Everyone on staff was super friendly and went out of their way to help. I had to switch rooms because of noisy neighbors, and the staff member was happy to make sure I was comfortable. When my mom's surgery ran longer than expected, the guy at the front desk let me check out late without hesitation. I’m definitely staying here every time I visit my mom - thanks so much!

Very conveniently located to downtown, lots of eating spots, Seneca Allegany Casino, Seneca Nation museum and cultural center, Allegany State Park, and I-86. Set back from the street and very quiet location.

We had a wonderful stay at White Pine Lodge. Staff was outstanding. Rooms were modern and clean. Great location. Reasonable prices. I would have given a top rating except that their pool and spa areas were not open due to renovations. Hopefully those renovated areas will add to the good experience that we had. Also there is no dining area, although the free "grab-and-go" breakfasts were more than adequate for our needs. Overall I would highly recommend this business!

For a $106 on a Sunday night I thought was overpriced. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Room had fridge, kurieg for coffee and even a microwave. Well as it turns out your free breakfast comes in a paper bag you pick up at front desk after 5 in morning. Then you go back to your room and use microwave to defrost your breakfast. Totally overpriced for the experience. Quality Inn in Bradford would have been worth the drive.

The hotel itself is clean and OK. Since there isn't many options in the area this is the best bet, especially at this price point. Just don't get too excited about the idea that they include breakfast; frozen food in a paper bag.

Cute hotel, very clean and quiet. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast is only Saturday and Sunday but was very good, and had different variety. The fireside lounge was adorable and classy. Super friendly staff, the woman at the front desk was incredibly kind. Would definitely stay here again

Breakfast each day would ahve been nice not jsut on the weekends. There was a steady drip from my tub spout - I reported it nad I understand it might have required ordering new parts - my concern was the amount of water being sent down the drain over time. I live in an extremely high drought area so water conservation is a major concern for us.

Room 236 bathroom exhaust fan non working, tub needed caulk refreshed, POOL and HOT not in service. The staff was very Nice and professional Rm was clean, bedding was nice, Breakfast was small 2 slices of French toast,2oz of apple juice ,a dole fruit cup. You pick it up at the front desk and bring it to your room to heat in the microwave.

The property is old but clean. Breakfast was ordered on a paper menu given to you at checkin. Next morning you pick it up in a bag and cook it in your room. The room had a small table with two chairs. Breakfast was lower quality than other breakfasts I have had.

Wry friendly and helpful staff! Clearly hotel is going through a transition… partly under renovations (pool), no restaurant. Grab-and-go breakfast is minimal, and you have to let them know what you want a day ahead - not ideal. I’m sure it will be great once they get up to speed and get sorted. For now, it’s adequate.
