Laundry/dryer machine was great but didnt have any instructions to use it. Had to find manual on internet to find instructions to use. Bathroom was very large but glass shower curtain was not long enough so got the floor wet. Parking was great but charged a fee. The front desk claimed that they don't over allocate parking so everyone that reserved a spot should have a spot. We always returned to hotel early evening to ensure a parking spot so never had an issue. Not very noisy even though room was on streetside of the building. Ava at the front desk was very helpful.

Excellent apartment, terrific value for money, to be honest was a little shocked how inexpensive it was for what you got. Very close to Adelaide CBD, so $20 per day for secure parking was very reasonable and convenient, other people are paying to park in the next street on a night to go out in the city. Great little spot with lots of cool bars, pubs, breweries in immediate vicinity.

We stayed 3 nights. Not too close in the city, I’ve requested king size bed but they just pushed together 2 single mattresses and there’s a gap in between which was uncomfortable to sleep. It’s very clean and huge area.

Close to the city and surrounding suburbs to do your groceries shopping or to eat out. The only downside was there was no drawers for our clothes in any of the bedrooms and the second bedroom had no windows, a tiny bathroom and was hot and stuffy.

I was stuck in Adelaide after my car broke down with my son and dog from a cross country camping trip. Not only were the Palms friendly and accommodating, but they went above and beyond in helping me and providing support. They tried to help me not get ticketed when I couldn’t move my car and they were incredibly flexible in my stay. They are absolutely my first choice whenever I am next in Adelaide. Amazing staff, fantastic room, 5 stars!!

The room was enormous and clean with all one could need for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable and the area quiet. It is well located for events in the National Wine Centre, the Zoo and Botanical gardens which are all very close. Dining options are limited around this property but nearby restaurants are accessible.

quiet area nice food venues and distillery / wine bars within walking distance, close to CBD. Room was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities you could want. Bed was comfortable and plenty of bedding/ pillows etc. On the down side, toilet was so close to the wall it was uncomfortable and we had to remove the toilet paper for more room, in such a spacious bathroom why was this? The extractor fan was noisey and turned off as soon as you turned lights off! Too many doors into the bathroom, Not needed!!! Also NO BATH, why not??? They do not cater for lactose free milk but had plenty of tea, Coffe and sugar sachets. Limited parking and some difficult spots to get into with other larger vehicles parked. No TV in the bedroom, not a major thing but would have been nice to watch later at night. Over all we would stay again but would look at a different room.

Everything is good except the bathroom floor gets flooded when you shower. They should have installed the glass around the shower base. Pizza shop next to the apartment is so good. Note: This is a service apartment without a room service.

It has been wonderful from the moment we set foot in here. Staff are friendly, it is clean, spacious, has good parking, and fantastic eating options next door. I would be careful of the bath which has a slight dip in it but we are highly impressed and willbe back.
