Excelente lugar para pernoctar si vas a asisitir a un evento de la ARENA. Se llega cerca a pies y es un lugar que tiene de todo en el mismo lugar. Restaurante, Barra, Desayuno, Todo.

Ideale uitvalsbasis voor een weekend Parijs. De kamers zijn niet heel groot, maar de bedden zijn super comfortabel. Het hotel is prachtig ingericht, het personeel is gastvrij en het ontbijt is vers en uitgebreid. Brn je met de auto, dan kan 'ie in de garage. En met de metro sta je in 15 minuten in hartje centrum. Wij komen zeker terug!

The hotel is a very modern, cool, high tech, super comfortable and clean place. The hotel is in the financial district, so not much in the area to walk to, but a quick 5 min walk to the Metro, Esplanade de La Defense. We were able to purchase T tickets to get to Paris in 20 minutes. It’s the cheapest way to travel. Staff were all so friendly and helpful. I recommend the Penthouse restaurant. The food was fantastic and if you book after 10pm you have a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower.

Hôtel sympathique, propre et qui ne se prend pas au sérieux. Un tout petit bémol pour le service au restaurant Penthouse où j’ai diné un soir : un serveur un peu léthargique au début, puis plus occupé à discuter avec de 2 de ses amis venus comme clients et peu prévenant avec moi. Cool je veux bien, mais cool et pro c’est mieux

Seul bémol un peut déçu car j'ai pas pu manger au brunch le dimanche car il faut réserver longtemps à l'avance. Etant client de l'hôtel je trouve cela dommage qu'il n'y ai pas un espace ou quelques tables de disponible.

Excelente concepto de hotel, atención increíble de los empleados. El aseo en general bien pero platos con comida de 2 días sin recoger en los corredores. Pienso que es solo este tema a mejorar.

This hotel is a pretty picture with a good bed and a great city view. Unfortunately, the positives end there. For the price, you get zero service, unresolved problems, and even a lack of toilet paper in the room. The air conditioning was a major issue. The windows couldn't be opened, and the air conditioning worked poorly, making the room either too hot and humid or too cold. The shower water pressure was very weak, making it frustrating to use. The hygiene kit was disappointing, consisting only of two types of bar soap, cotton pads and earsticks. It was only replenished after asking at reception. The hotel hosts discos on the 14th floor every weekend. Light sleepers should be prepared for noise until late at night, which can be quite disturbing. Despite notifying the staff in advance about my spouse's birthday, there was no special recognition. After reminding them again, they brought two cookies, which were underwhelming. The floors throughout the hotel were filthy, causing shoes to stick, which was very unpleasant. We reported these issues to the reception, but the only solution offered was to change rooms. We believed the problems were building-wide (as mentioned in other reviews) and didn't want to give up the best part of our room – the view of the city. In conclusion, apart from the comfortable bed and the fantastic view, this hotel falls short in many areas, especially in terms of service and cleanliness. For the price, I expected much better.

Personnel très sympathique, décoration mama toujours appréciée. hormis le fait que la réservation d’une des 2 chambres avait disparu au moment du check in, notre séjour s’est très bien déroulé. Beaucoup de choix au Petit déjeuner . Regret que le gel shampoing est disparu, je trouve le savon moins pratique pour laver les cheveux … Chambre un peu exiguë mais on est à Paris

Fantastique, sauf pour les produits de douche. Ce seul et unique petit savon solide pour se laver, c'est vraiment naze. Il y a d'autres façon d'etre green qu'en refilant un truc qui seche la peau. Pas de shampoing, pas de gel douche.

일단 숙소가 너무 깨끗했습니다 조식은 매우 만족 스러웠습니다 조식을 먹는 레스토랑의 위치가 좋아 에펠탑과 개선문이 보입니다. 다만 창문이 열리지 않아서 조금 답답한거 빼고는 매우 만족 스러웠습니다

The staff members are really helpful and welcoming. The hotel is clean and very nice, rooms are clean and space of the room is totally fine. Very convenient and the area is nice. There is no water kettle nor coffee machine in the room but other than that all is perfect

Bellissimo hotel, curato e molto particolare. I ragazzi sono tutti gentili e disponibili. La stanza è molto bella e nuova, con materasso comodo e topper! Hanno una filosofia ecologica, per tanto, per esempio, ci sono solo piccole saponette in bagno e basta. Gli asciugamani vengono cambiati se lasciati sul pavimento (non forniscono ciabatte di cortesia). La métro è abbastanza vicina, ed è attiva fino all’ una di notte in una zona molto tranquilla. La mia esperienza è stata favolosa e lo consiglio vivamente!!

De l’eau froide pour la douche, pas de ventilation ni clim, impossible de dormir tellement il faisait chaud, pas possibilité d’ouvrir les fenêtres

Over the top design, friendly staff, decent location for La Defence which is a 30 minute walk. Hotel website stated diner open from 7pm for dinner all days. However, it was closed and staff did not seem to understand timings. Was a Sunday and nothing around so had to take a metro for food as did not want to try their fine dining experience at very high prices. TV in room did not work Room being serviced or rearranged until midnight next door created a lot of noise as wall are paper thin ans actually move when next door is closed. Room was too hot and stuffy and there is no other ventilation in the room. AC was an enigma as no temperature given. I woke at 01:30 in morning and called reception who told me I could come done for a tutorial on how to work the AC. I did and they told me to increase the AC to make it cooler. Ridiculous and it made no difference after standing in my shorts barefoot in the hotel reception. Eco is great but a bar of soap for hair and body ? I decided not to take breakfast as I did not want further disappointment.

This hotel is recommended apart from the fact that one room had no functioning air conditioning and the other no hot water for the shower.

Decent location 5 mins from Esplanade De Le Defense metro stop. 2 grocery stores within 10mins walk. Breakfast was 21 euro's so I didn't have any of that. WiFi was strong in the room. Shower was nice. Room was quiet. Would recommend.

Le respect du client ne semble pas être important dans cet établissement. Chbre 512 nuit 5-6 déc On arrive après un concert à 23:45, le restaurant est censé être ouvert jusqu'à minuit, mais on ne veut même pas me servir un en-cas car les cuisines sont fermées --> OK Je vais au bar, je commande à boire et en // je commande un Uber eats Les pizzas arrivent à 00:3à, et je souhaite recommander à boire, mais il faut que je le fasse de suite (même si le bar ferme à 1:00) car le serveur fait la caisse et après ce n'est plus possible de commander. Et pendant qu'on mange, un manager vient me les briser car je n'ai pas le droit de manger avec des produits de l'extérieur. Et le bar fermant à 1:00, à 1:02 le vigile est là pour demander de quitter de suite le bar. Avant de prendre la tête au client, essayez donc d'être irréprochables et de respecter vos horaires, bande de ......

Property overall was surprisingly average to poor. There were zero shower amenity options, with no shower gel or body lotion. In fact the lotion was so small it barely covered my forearm. When I requested a replacement, that took 2 days to come. Given the cost, was very unimpressed. A shame given other chains have been to a good standard.

The mini bar was empty! Not even one bottle of water! The safe was locked and the technician absent to unlock it! I arrived at 21:30 after a long journey and I called the reception for some water so they told me I have to go to the bar or reception to take a bottle …the reception was run out of water!

Good day! everything was fine, but then the hotel wrote off 130 euros more than it should have, I wrote a letter about this, but no one answered me within 2 days.

L'accueil, la disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel est incomparable ! J'y reviendrai.

Toujours bien accueilli , chambre, confortable, Idéalement placée non loin du métro, Attention cependant, le mitigeur de ma salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas, L’eau était très chaude avec une impossibilité de baisser la température.

Comme demandé par le réceptionniste, il faut laisser un avis pour espérer un geste commercial. chambre correct mais service catastrophique. Petit dej sans espresso ou café (à part café filtre en Thermos…), pas de viennoiseries. Quand je fais la remarque à la personne en charge, il me dit que c’est normal et que je peux partir si je ne suis pas content et me plaindre à la réception. Pour 21€, c’est indécent, et c’est la première fois. Par ailleurs, ascenseur en panne, donc prendre les escaliers pour aller au 14eme étage.. Tout ça pour 200€ la nuit

Vou falar primeiramente das vantagens O hotel tem a vantagem de ter estacionamento próprio no prédio, o café da manhã realmente excepcional, tem até centrífuga Pará você fazer seu suco verde com frutas e verduras disponíveis… e também uma vista incrível, o atendimento muito Cortez de todos, a sugestão que tenha touca p banho e pedi a governanta não existia ( todos hotéis tem) , outra coisa o ar condicionado não funciona no já no mês de setembro estive na data de 29-9 até 3-10 o que deixa o quarto abafado, claustrofóbico porque não tem ventilação externa, as janelas não abrem, realmente não me hospedarei novamente por esse motivo, estava 20 graus celsius fora mas, sem ventilação insuportável o quarto, falei com a Recepção me ofereceram ventilador! O quarto não tem 19 m2 conforme o descritivo, è super pequeno penso que 12 ou 13 metros, a estrutura da cama de ferro que você bate o pé e a perna toda hora! Enfim avaliar pros e contras!

Nous avons été très satisfait de notre séjour l'hôtel est très récent, le personnel extrêmement sympathique et serviable. Bien placé à côté de la défense, petit déjeuner un peu onéreux mais vraiment délicieux avec beaucoup de faits maison. C'est un très bel hôtel moderne que nous recommandons vivement.
