Wir waren im Juni über das Wochenende im Hotel. Das Essen ist herrvoragend und alle Mitarbeiter stets freundlich. Wir sind mit einem Baby und Kleinkind gereist und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles ist sehr sauber und alle Ausstattungen (Hallenbad, Kinderhort) usw. sehr modern und schön gestaltet. Der nächste Aufenthalt ist bereits gebucht.

Ein rundum toller Skiurlaub!!! Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Service absolut spitze in allen Bereichen, kostenloser Shuttle direkt an Golmerbahn. Das Hotel bietet alles und erfüllt nahezu jeden Wunsch. Wellness- und Poolbereich super. Essen zu allen Mahlzeiten sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Getränkekarte an der Bar ist sehr umfangreich und vom Preisniveau gehoben. Das Angebot für ältere Kinder ab 12 Jahren könnte noch verbessert werden, ab dieser Altersklasse findet man eher wenig…durch die vielen kleinen Kinder muss man auch mit erhöhter Lautstärke rechnen. Alles in allem ein tolles Familienhotel und ich denke, wir werden auch noch einmal kommen.

In summary an excellent hotel, rooms are great, hotel facilities are great, food is also great plus the staff is super helpful. One of the most kid friendly hotel we have been with heated pools, kids club and even a small kid parks close by plus many other attractions and walking paths to explore with your family nearby. The food is excellent i really liked the concept of this high end buffet where fish and meat are cooked at the minute in front of you, and there is plenty of choices of various foods including pasta pizza salads with water already included as well. Defensively highly recommended, cannot wait to return back.

Perfect place for a family ski holiday! We were lucky to have our room ready at 11am already. Nice and friendly staff during check-in and great support to unpack and park the car. Great room with a lot of storage and proper beds. Also the treatments in the spa were good for both adults as teens. It is paradise for children (especially the pool with water slides) and that means happy parents as well. The only thing that we could not appreciate is that obviously guests find it normal to act ridiculous to get in the shuttletrain to the cable cars in the morning. They even did not pay attention to smaller children which almost felt on the floor! Furthermore we found it a bit weird that guests are walking in the restaurant with bathrobe and fitflops and children in pyjamas and even barefoot . From an hygienic point of view something we could not appreciate as well. But it is not the hotel or staff to blame but common sense of the guests

Wir waren 6 Gäste und für eine Nacht im Hotel. Da alle gute und viele Erfahrungen mit Hotels im Raum CH, AT und Südtirol gemacht haben, waren wir leider doch eher enttäuscht über das Falkensteiner Hotel Montafon. Leider sahen und spürten wir nirgends, dass es sich um ein 5* Hotel handelt. Der Empfang im Hotel, obwohl das Personal bemüht war, war sehr kühl und unorganisiert, anders als wie wir es uns von 5* Hotels gewohnt sind. Das Servicepersonal an der Bar und im Restaurant konnte kaum Deutsch, geschweigen denn Englisch. Bis auf wenige Ausnahmen war das Personal völlig überfordert und kam so den Bestellungen kaum nach. (Ich musste 5 mal nach einem Cappucino fragen, bis ich dann 3 davon nacheinander bekommen habe...). Das Essen war grundsätzlich gut bis sehr gut. Zimmer und Hotel war sonst i.O, aber auch eher auf 4* Niveau. Den Wellnessbereich würden wir auch eher auf 4* Niveau sehen, die Poollandschaft war eher klein, und architektonisch und innenarchitektonische eher bieder. Die Saunalandschaft ist gut, hatte aber auch kein wow-Effekt. Grundsätzlich werden wir das Falkensteiner Hotel Montafon nicht weiterempfehlen, da es die Übernachtungskosten von fast 500 Euro pro Zimmer leider nicht rechtfertigt. Das Hotel ist ein gutes Beispiel für den Massentourismus, anders als mann es von Hotels in der Region gewohnt ist.

Tolles Hotel, klasse Lage, ordentliches Essen, schöner Poolbereich mit super Wasserrutsche. Besonders toll für die Kinder ist der Indoor Spielbereich in der Lobby. Es gibt nur wenige Mankos, z. B. dass die Kellner kein Deutsch/Österreichisch sprechen und dass die Betten sehr hart sind. Leider waren wir in der Nebensaison, die benachbarte Seilbahn und die Sommerrodelbahn waren geschlossen.

Essensbuffet für Frühstück/Jause und Abendessen war gigantisch und alles was das Herz begehrt, haben so etwas noch nie gesehen. Hotel ist gut für Familien, da mit Kinderbetreuung oder sie können frei im Kinderparadies spielen und die Erwachsenen können in ruhe das Essen geniessen. Waren mit 3Monatigem Baby und 3.5jährigem Kind. Kinderbetreuung war auch für unser Baby super. Hotel gleich bei der Golmbahn, toller Skiraum. Negativ war: spätes check In 16.00uhr und sehr früeher check out 10.00uhr. Konnten am Anreisetag und Abreisetag den Wellnessbereich gar nicht richtig benützen. Da mann nur Zutritt hat, wenn mann die Zimmerkarte hat.

Das personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Manchmal gab es kleine Engpässe im Restaurant. Das essen war super und die Auswahl gross. Eine gute Kombination von Action für Kids und etwas "hinsetzten" für Erwachsene. Gute und überlege Raumplanung und Ausstattung. Der Wellnessbereich war auch sauber und angenehmen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Unterkunft war grössauber.

Wir waren 6 Gäste und für eine Nacht im Hotel. Da alle gute und viele Erfahrungen mit Hotels im Raum CH, AT und Südtirol gemacht haben, waren wir leider doch eher enttäuscht über das Falkensteiner Hotel Montafon. Leider sahen und spürten wir nirgends, dass es sich um ein 5* Hotel handelt. Der Empfang im Hotel, obwohl das Personal bemüht war, war sehr kühl und unorganisiert, anders als wie wir es uns von 5* Hotels gewohnt sind. Das Servicepersonal an der Bar und im Restaurant konnte kaum Deutsch, geschweigen denn Englisch. Bis auf wenige Ausnahmen war das Personal völlig überfordert und kam so den Bestellungen kaum nach. (Ich musste 5 mal nach einem Cappucino fragen, bis ich dann 3 davon nacheinander bekommen habe...). Das Essen war grundsätzlich gut bis sehr gut. Zimmer und Hotel war sonst i.O, aber auch eher auf 4* Niveau. Den Wellnessbereich würden wir auch eher auf 4* Niveau sehen, die Poollandschaft war eher klein, und architektonisch und innenarchitektonische eher bieder. Die Saunalandschaft ist gut, hatte aber auch kein wow-Effekt. Grundsätzlich werden wir das Falkensteiner Hotel Montafon nicht weiterempfehlen, da es die Übernachtungskosten von fast 500 Euro pro Zimmer leider nicht rechtfertigt. Das Hotel ist ein gutes Beispiel für den Massentourismus, anders als mann es von Hotels in der Region gewohnt ist.

Tolles Hotel, klasse Lage, ordentliches Essen, schöner Poolbereich mit super Wasserrutsche. Besonders toll für die Kinder ist der Indoor Spielbereich in der Lobby. Es gibt nur wenige Mankos, z. B. dass die Kellner kein Deutsch/Österreichisch sprechen und dass die Betten sehr hart sind. Leider waren wir in der Nebensaison, die benachbarte Seilbahn und die Sommerrodelbahn waren geschlossen.

Wir waren im Juni über das Wochenende im Hotel. Das Essen ist herrvoragend und alle Mitarbeiter stets freundlich. Wir sind mit einem Baby und Kleinkind gereist und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles ist sehr sauber und alle Ausstattungen (Hallenbad, Kinderhort) usw. sehr modern und schön gestaltet. Der nächste Aufenthalt ist bereits gebucht.

Ein rundum toller Skiurlaub!!! Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Service absolut spitze in allen Bereichen, kostenloser Shuttle direkt an Golmerbahn. Das Hotel bietet alles und erfüllt nahezu jeden Wunsch. Wellness- und Poolbereich super. Essen zu allen Mahlzeiten sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Getränkekarte an der Bar ist sehr umfangreich und vom Preisniveau gehoben. Das Angebot für ältere Kinder ab 12 Jahren könnte noch verbessert werden, ab dieser Altersklasse findet man eher wenig…durch die vielen kleinen Kinder muss man auch mit erhöhter Lautstärke rechnen. Alles in allem ein tolles Familienhotel und ich denke, wir werden auch noch einmal kommen.

Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Das Personal war jederzeit sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Besonders schön war, dass sich auch unsere Tochter sehr wohlgefühlt hat. Die angebotenen Programme waren wirklich hervorragend. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Insgesamt hatten wir eine wunderbare Zeit und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Es gibt nichts, das wir auszusetzen hätten.

In summary an excellent hotel, rooms are great, hotel facilities are great, food is also great plus the staff is super helpful. One of the most kid friendly hotel we have been with heated pools, kids club and even a small kid parks close by plus many other attractions and walking paths to explore with your family nearby. The food is excellent i really liked the concept of this high end buffet where fish and meat are cooked at the minute in front of you, and there is plenty of choices of various foods including pasta pizza salads with water already included as well. Defensively highly recommended, cannot wait to return back.

Perfect place for a family ski holiday! We were lucky to have our room ready at 11am already. Nice and friendly staff during check-in and great support to unpack and park the car. Great room with a lot of storage and proper beds. Also the treatments in the spa were good for both adults as teens. It is paradise for children (especially the pool with water slides) and that means happy parents as well. The only thing that we could not appreciate is that obviously guests find it normal to act ridiculous to get in the shuttletrain to the cable cars in the morning. They even did not pay attention to smaller children which almost felt on the floor! Furthermore we found it a bit weird that guests are walking in the restaurant with bathrobe and fitflops and children in pyjamas and even barefoot . From an hygienic point of view something we could not appreciate as well. But it is not the hotel or staff to blame but common sense of the guests

Ein tolles Hotel mit sehr viel Charme. Tolle Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge, wenn nicht die Sommersaison beim Gondelbetrieb so früh einsetzen würde. das Hotel war noch 3 Wochen offen aber auf den Berg konnte man nur noch hoch und runter wandern. Für die Kinder war dann weniger geboten, leider.

Alles ist sehr sauber und alle Ausstattungen (Hallenbad, Kinderhort) usw. sehr modern und schön gestaltet. Der nächste Aufenthalt ist bereits gebucht.

Ein rundum toller Skiurlaub!!! Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Service absolut spitze in allen Bereichen, kostenloser Shuttle direkt an Golmerbahn. Das Hotel bietet alles und erfüllt nahezu jeden Wunsch. Wellness- und Poolbereich super. Essen zu allen Mahlzeiten sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Getränkekarte an der Bar ist sehr umfangreich und vom Preisniveau gehoben. Das Angebot für ältere Kinder ab 12 Jahren könnte noch verbessert werden, ab dieser Altersklasse findet man eher wenig…durch die vielen kleinen Kinder muss man auch mit erhöhter Lautstärke rechnen. Alles in allem ein tolles Familienhotel und ich denke, wir werden auch noch einmal kommen.

Normalerweise verfasse ich keine Bewertungen, in diesem Fall halte ich es jedoch für hilfreich, meine Eindrücke zu teilen. Etwas störend empfanden wir, dass Rezeption, Spielebereich und Speisesaal ohne Abtrennung direkt aneinander grenzen. Eine räumliche Trennung – beispielsweise durch eine Wand zwischen Spielebereich und Essensbereich sowie einer separaten Bar für den Abend – wäre wünschenswert, da die Geräuschkulisse sonst sehr hoch ist. Wir haben außerdem festgestellt, dass das Hotel am Wochenende deutlich stärker ausgelastet ist, während es unter der Woche wesentlich ruhiger und angenehmer ist. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Lediglich ein klassisches Schnitzel, das wir typisch für die österreichische Küche erwarten würden, wurde leider nicht angeboten. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass mittlerweile sowohl stilles als auch kohlensäurehaltiges Wasser kostenlos zur Verfügung stehen. Verwundert hat uns allerdings, dass ein kleines Radler günstiger ist als eine Cola – das empfanden wir als unglücklich. Unser Fazit: Für Paare eignet sich ein Aufenthalt besonders unter der Woche, während Familien hier generell sehr gut aufgehoben sind. Leider ist bei der Rechnung, einiges schiefgelaufen, doppelte Getränke, ein Zimmer das schon zur Hälfte gezahlt war, wurde nicht angerechnet. Gondelpass der kostenlos war, wurde angerechnet. Ja, wir hatten drei Zimmer auf ein Nachname, trotzdem darf das in einem 5.Sterne Hotel nicht passieren! Aufgepasst!

Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Das Personal war jederzeit sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Besonders schön war, dass sich auch unsere Tochter sehr wohlgefühlt hat. Die angebotenen Programme waren wirklich hervorragend. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Insgesamt hatten wir eine wunderbare Zeit und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Es gibt nichts, das wir auszusetzen hätten.

In summary an excellent hotel, rooms are great, hotel facilities are great, food is also great plus the staff is super helpful. One of the most kid friendly hotel we have been with heated pools, kids club and even a small kid parks close by plus many other attractions and walking paths to explore with your family nearby. The food is excellent i really liked the concept of this high end buffet where fish and meat are cooked at the minute in front of you, and there is plenty of choices of various foods including pasta pizza salads with water already included as well. Defensively highly recommended, cannot wait to return back.

Essensbuffet für Frühstück/Jause und Abendessen war gigantisch und alles was das Herz begehrt, haben so etwas noch nie gesehen. Hotel ist gut für Familien, da mit Kinderbetreuung oder sie können frei im Kinderparadies spielen und die Erwachsenen können in ruhe das Essen geniessen. Waren mit 3Monatigem Baby und 3.5jährigem Kind. Kinderbetreuung war auch für unser Baby super. Hotel gleich bei der Golmbahn, toller Skiraum. Negativ war: spätes check In 16.00uhr und sehr früeher check out 10.00uhr. Konnten am Anreisetag und Abreisetag den Wellnessbereich gar nicht richtig benützen. Da mann nur Zutritt hat, wenn mann die Zimmerkarte hat.

An amazing experience from start to end. Felix welcomed us warmly and made sure we had all of the information we needed for a honorable family holiday. We were three generations who all had many fun options across three nights in the spring/summer. We would happily return.
