Fantastic place to stay. Very close to Republic Square/the horse and down town. Quiet location, friendly staff, nice breakfast. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the garden/terrace were lovely for breakfast/evening drinks. Would recommend if you’re travelling to visit the tourist sites of Belgrade.

I went to Garden40 with two of my friends and we stayed in the appartment in Garden40 on the first floor. We loved the accommodation, it was spacious and super clean. We had a massiv double bed and a sofa bed a cute little balcony, kitchenette and spacious bathroom. There is air con in the appartment. It is 5 minutes walk from the end stop of the Number 72 bus stop (airport service ). There is a small supermarket just down the road and a number of restaurants in short walking distance. The owners and reception were so friendly and helpful. One night they had a birthday party for friends in the garden and the owner brought us a bottle of wine because she felt we must feel `left out` sitting on the balcony watching the party and chatting. It was such a cute gesture. There is continental breakfast and you can sit in the garden to eat it if the weather is nice. You can get coffee and water from reception whenever you want. We felt welcome and looked after and all agreed we would stay there again on our next visit to Belgrade. Another tip/bit of information. The local buses in town are free so you can just jump on and off. They connect every corner of Belgrade so its very easy to get around.

Sehr gemütliches Zimmer, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück einfach aber gut. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind 10-15' zu Fuß! Sehr gut Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis!

Yorumlara güvenerek seçtiğim için bir yorum da ben yapmak istedim. Gerçekten çok rahat bir oteldi. En küçük odalardan birini tutmama rağmen hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadım. Konforluydu. Hava çok sıcaktı ama odadaki klima sayesinde sorunsuz atlattım. İlk girdiğimde oda sivrisinek doluydu ama resepsiyondan hemen elektrikli sivrisinek cihazı vererek sorunumu çözdüler, bir tane bile sivrisinem kalmadı. Kahvaltı güzeldi. Bahçesi çok güzeldi, vaktim olsaydı kesinlikle bahçede vakit geçirmek isterdim. Cumhuriyet Meydanına yürüyüş mesafesi 13 dakika. Ben sorunsuz yürüdüm, ama biraz arka sokakta kaldığını aklınızda bulundurun. Saat sekiz buçukta kendimi güvende hissettim, ama daha geç dönmek isterseniz ne hissedersiniz bilmiyorum. Yine gitsem yine burada kalmak isterim.

En general l'estada bé. El lloc és centric i agradable. L'esmorzar molt bé (buffet i variat). L'habitació que ens van donar no era "amb vistes al jardí" sino unes petites finestres que donaven al carrer. Tenia humitats a les finestres i la porta del lavabo estaba bufada per humitats i no tancava.

Negatives: Footpaths uneven and broken in the street. Very unsafe to walk. Lots of steps to reach reception desk. No fridge in room. Spiderwebs under table in room. Positives: 5 minute walk to train station. Morning breakfast was very nice. Good size room. Nice staff. Comfy bed.

Staff very friendly, breakfast excellent for price paid. Location food too. Only issue, could improve on room cleaning (never changed) and shower unit had no shower holder nor gel unit. Would nevertheless stay again. Good value for money.

L’hôtel est correct, mais sans plus Il a dû être rénové il y a quelques années mais mériterait un peu plus d’attention de la part des propriétaires. Les communs sont pas mal, mais la chambre que j’occupais était un bric à brac en termes de décoration, de choix de couleurs et de petites dégradations. Des meubles anciens, modernes, couleur bois, bleu, vert (3 ou 4 différents tons), des fils et des tuyaux qui pendent, 2 clims dont une qui ne fonctionne plus depuis plusieurs années mais que personne ne s’est donné la peine de démonter, du carrelage cassé, mitigeur eau chaude/eau froide inversé dans la douche (mais pas dans le lavabo), tapis douteux… Le personnel est très sympa et arrangeant, mais faites quelques efforts svp, le lieu ne demande que quelques rafraichissements pour gagner en qualité ! Le lieu n’est pas loin du centre et à 50m d’un labo de test covid 😉

On arrival all you see is big iron gate.through gate a lot of steps that were soaked through woth water on the old carpet on each step. Although the room was big there was little in it that was worth liking. One plug socket hanging off wall dirty bathroom. Three days with no room cleaning or clean towels.toilet seat not very secure. In dining area a lot of wiring hanging about. Floor unstable and walls look as if they may get finished at some time. Filthy tablecloths on tables. Then before we left I told them I wasnt happy with no cleaning in room and the reply was "we do not include that". I would not recommend this property to anyone. It is disgraceful.

Ce fut un magnifique séjour. J'avais loué l'appartement et c'était vraiment grand, très beau et fonctionnel. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment bien. Le personnel est courtois et très sympathique. Je recommande cet hôtel!

Hotellet ser inte mycket ut från utsidan men är fint när man kommer in genom grinden. Bra centralt läge. Ljust fint rum. Bra A/C anläggning som han bra inomhusmiljö trots 35 grader utomhus.

Kleines B&B, was sehr praktisch gelegen ist. Alle Attraktionen sind fussläufig zu erreichen und es gibt viele Restaurants, Bäckereien und Mini-Supermärkte gleich um die Ecke. Die Zimmer sind ein bisschen hellhörig. Was für die westlichen Besucher optimiert werden könnte: ein Duschvorhang im Bad.

Ótima equipe, bom café da manhã.. Boa localização, calmo uns 10 min da avenida de pedestres. Hotel novo, limpo, quarto tamanho bom pra uma pessoa, banheiro ok. Bom wifi.. Ótima cama. Porém o ar condicionado não estava funcionando tive que deixar a janela do quarto aberta. Isso atrapalhou bem a nota do hotel. Infelizmente o hotel estava lotado e não pude trocar de quarto. Aliás, por algum motivo não registraram minha 1a noite (devidamente reservada) mas foram muito atenciosos em me arrumar num quarto (esse sim com ar funcionando) e depois mudei pro que foi reservado.

Bon séjour en général, Pour les points positifs: (+) L'emplacement dans la ville (+) L'accueil du personnel, très serviable (+) Le petit dej est bien, pas le grand luxe mais suffisant Pour les points négatifs: (-) Le wifi, impossible d'avoir une connexion stable dans la chambre, ainsi très difficile de se faire un itinéraire si on a pas de données avec son téléphone (-) Pas d'eau chaude dans la douche, il se peut qu'en été cela passe, mais en février cela est assez froid :)

I went to Garden40 with two of my friends and we stayed in the appartment in Garden40 on the first floor. We loved the accommodation, it was spacious and super clean. We had a massiv double bed and a sofa bed a cute little balcony, kitchenette and spacious bathroom. There is air con in the appartment. It is 5 minutes walk from the end stop of the Number 72 bus stop (airport service ). There is a small supermarket just down the road and a number of restaurants in short walking distance. The owners and reception were so friendly and helpful. One night they had a birthday party for friends in the garden and the owner brought us a bottle of wine because she felt we must feel `left out` sitting on the balcony watching the party and chatting. It was such a cute gesture. There is continental breakfast and you can sit in the garden to eat it if the weather is nice. You can get coffee and water from reception whenever you want. We felt welcome and looked after and all agreed we would stay there again on our next visit to Belgrade. Another tip/bit of information. The local buses in town are free so you can just jump on and off. They connect every corner of Belgrade so its very easy to get around.

Överlag ett väldigt bra ställe! Dock stämmer inte incheckningstiden. Vi var där för att checka in vid kl 12. Dom sa då att rummet inte var klart och att vi skulle vänta till kl 13. Vid 13 gick jag för att fråga om rummet var klart och fick då att städerskan behövde en extra halvtimme. Vid 14 blev vårat rum klart. Men i övrigt väldigt trevlig personal, bra läge och fräscha rum!

I wish to thank absolutely friendly ladies of this hotel for assisting me in various matters. Such as parking...which is cheap but most complicated thing in Belgrad with massive rules and exceptions....so: ask for private (only one!) spot when traveling with car. Good location, almost quiet , good breakfast. Small minus: AC did not function first evening/night...so it was very wet time for me. another: try to avoid room nr 4, as it is next to out door and door is banging constantly...but: overall: good place!

Hotellet ser inte mycket ut från utsidan men är fint när man kommer in genom grinden. Bra centralt läge. Ljust fint rum. Bra A/C anläggning som han bra inomhusmiljö trots 35 grader utomhus.

Kleines B&B, was sehr praktisch gelegen ist. Alle Attraktionen sind fussläufig zu erreichen und es gibt viele Restaurants, Bäckereien und Mini-Supermärkte gleich um die Ecke. Die Zimmer sind ein bisschen hellhörig. Was für die westlichen Besucher optimiert werden könnte: ein Duschvorhang im Bad.

Ótima equipe, bom café da manhã.. Boa localização, calmo uns 10 min da avenida de pedestres. Hotel novo, limpo, quarto tamanho bom pra uma pessoa, banheiro ok. Bom wifi.. Ótima cama. Porém o ar condicionado não estava funcionando tive que deixar a janela do quarto aberta. Isso atrapalhou bem a nota do hotel. Infelizmente o hotel estava lotado e não pude trocar de quarto. Yorumlara güvenerek seçtiğim için bir yorum da ben yapmak istedim. Gerçekten çok rahat bir oteldi. En küçük odalardan birini tutmama rağmen hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadım. Konforluydu. Hava çok sıcaktı ama odadaki klima sayesinde sorunsuz atlattım. İlk girdiğimde oda sivrisinek doluydu ama resepsiyondan hemen elektrikli sivrisinek cihazı vererek sorunumu çözdüler, bir tane bile sivrisinem kalmadı. Kahvaltı güzeldi. Bahçesi çok güzeldi, vaktim olsaydı kesinlikle bahçede vakit geçirmek isterdim. Cumhuriyet Meydanına yürüyüş mesafesi 13 dakika. Ben sorunsuz yürüdüm, ama biraz arka sokakta kaldığını aklınızda bulundurun. Saat sekiz buçukta kendimi güvende hissettim, ama daha geç dönmek isterseniz ne hissedersiniz bilmiyorum. Yine gitsem yine burada kalmak isterim.

todo muy bien...nuestra habitación estaba lista, cómoda con buen aire acondicionado...el desayuno puede mejorar. cerca al centro de la ciudad caminando 15 minutos....dan servicio de taxi al aeropuerto por 25 euros que los vale para ahorrar tiempo.

En general l'estada bé. El lloc és centric i agradable. L'esmorzar molt bé (buffet i variat). L'habitació que ens van donar no era "amb vistes al jardí" sino unes petites finestres que donaven al carrer. Tenia humitats a les finestres i la porta del lavabo estaba bufada per humitats i no tancava.
En general l'estada bé. El lloc és centric i agradable. L'esmorzar molt bé (buffet i variat). L'habitació que ens van donar no era "amb vistes al jardí" sino unes petites finestres que donaven al carrer. Tenia humitats a les finestres i la porta del lavabo estaba bufada per humitats i no tancava.

Staff very friendly, breakfast excellent for price paid. Location food too. Only issue, could improve on room cleaning (never changed) and shower unit had no shower holder nor gel unit. Would nevertheless stay again. Good value for money.

Tolles Appartment in Zentrumsnähe, Frühstücksraum im Garten hat ein tolles Ambiente, Frühstück könnte nur etwas reichhaltiger und abwechslungsreicher sein. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und die Betten bequem.
