The suites are spacious and are designed for extended stay, complete with a full kitchen. They were a bit stingy on towels and pillows - only one full set of towels provided in the bathroom, and had the call down for linens for the pull-out couch including pillows. Pillows are soft and squishy which means that you need two of them per person, but they are comfortable - as is the bed. The amenities are delightful with a Cabanas free for use at the pool and spacious outdoor gathering areas. Balcony allowed for some nice evening photos with a city backdrop. Negatives are the smell of the waste shoots emanating through the hallway when you're walking to and from the elevator and your room and some wear/tear in the rooms (such as a missing roller shade and a pocket door getting periodically stuck). The hotel rooms are what my mother referred to as Ikea chic - there is a lot of weight, which can show a lot of sins with little kids. Second time I stayed here and definitely a good choice for the dollar sign comparative to other more trendy boutique hotels, if you're looking to be able to lounge and relax in your room as if it were home. Really, you are paying for the space and pool and they are worth it.

The hotel is ideally located and a great option for those on a budget or for those who were traveling as a family. As a solo traveler, a large, stark apartment style accommodations left me feeling cold and wanting something a bit more appointed and warmer, feeling the towels in the bathroom were small and not large enough to dry the body, the couch looked crusty and has seen better days. I refused to sit on it. Overall, the space was clean upon first glance, but upon closer inspection, you can see that it is quite difficult to keep an apartment of this size spotless in between stays for an extended stay or a family visiting LA I think this place would be good, but if you are looking for something romantic or something cozy, I would skip For parking, use the app SpotHero, because there is availability in the building that they valet for triple the price.

Everything was amazing from the start. Recommended from peers and I’ll recommend it to anyone reading this review. Just remember to always have your room key in hand for the elevator rides!

Staff were very unpleasant. Very difficult to get guest services to answer phone calls. even to get towels or extra blankets was nearly impossible.
