The pool area and sea-view spaces are widely praised. Bar and poolside service can be limited (early closure or no service), and parking is available for a fee; the lift is small.

Reviews frequently describe rooms and common areas as clean or very clean. A few report maintenance or hygiene issues such as bathroom mould, ants, dust in vents, leaks during heavy rain, or occasional unpleasant odours.

Rooms are basic with traditional, dated decor; many have balconies with sea views and some include a small fridge or kettle. Comfort can be mixed due to hard mattresses, thin walls and occasional weak air conditioning or small pillows.

Staff are widely described as friendly and helpful, with several shout-outs to reception. There are occasional lapses, including slow or inattentive bar service, a brusque barman, and mixed responses to complaints or check-in.

Clifftop, sea-view location is a major draw, but the hotel is not central with limited amenities nearby and no direct beach access. Some guests walked to La Mata beach or a few restaurants within about 10 minutes.

Restaurant views are excellent and several guests enjoyed dinner and breakfast. Others found the offer limited or poor value, with late opening hours (often 20:00), occasional quality issues (e.g., burnt dishes or stale items), and early/limited bar or poolside service.
