Beautiful hotel in an incredible setting for a relaxing and luxurious stay. The staff are some of the friendliest I’ve come across who take care of everything to make sure the stay is really special. The pool areas are amazing places to spend the day, very relaxing, plenty of space and amenities on hand. Really great stay

This elegant Hotel is fabulous. The pool and view is incredible and the bedrooms are quite spacious with goregeous views. The staff at the Hotel is incredibly nice and helpful. I would definitely reccomend this Hotel for anyone looking for the ultimate Ibiza experience of style, romance and luxury to stay here.

I stayed in the hotel last week and the hotel is beautiful with a stunning pool. The views are beautiful from the room. My experience with the room wasn’t great however with the jacuzzi and tv not working. I was offered an option of a free upgrade. I was transferred to the new room which was much smaller with better views. The food at the hotel is not great especially during the day. The evening food we had for a special occasion was terrible. Probably the worst I’ve ever had at a 5 star hotel.

Beautiful hotel and phenomenal views of the coast. Great service, everyone was super welcoming and friendly. The standard rooms have fantastic views but overlook the other rooms so it didn’t feel that private. The spa is super basic but the treatment was good. We went in September and there was always lots of free spots to sit and sunbathe. Sunset cocktails highly recommended. The main courses in Eden restaurant were all a bit strange but the sharing options, starters and desserts were excellent. The wine selection was also fantastic.

Der Weg ist recht weit hoch in die Berge, logischerweise. Man hat keine Möglichkeit sich in einem Mini Markt mal zwei Liter was zu holen. Im Hotel angekommen, steht direkt ein Schild, dass kein Taxi gerufen werden kann, außer für den Transport zum Airport. Was direkt unangenehm war. Mein Zimmer sollte um 16 Uhr fertig sein, ich war schon um 12 Uhr im Hotel. Das Zimmer war um 16 Uhr natürlich nicht fertig und ich wartete noch eine Std länger. Im Zimmer angekommen ernüchternd. Der Boden war dreckig, in der Badewanne überall Haare. Das Zimmer gleicht eher einer Höhle, als einem Zimmer, sehr hellhörig und auch hallt es wegen kaum Möblierung. Bett eher unbequem. Alles in allem 3 Sterne, wenn überhaupt. Badezimmer dreckig. Kein Infos darüber, ob es Zimmerservice gibt. Generell keine Zettel oder Infobriefe. Frühstück okay, Karte zum Mittagstisch sehr klein, völlig überteuert und die Portionen mittelmäßig. Geschmacklich okay, aber nicht zu diesen Preisen. Hier zahlt man einfach für den Ausblick. Keine Weiterempfehlung, da gibt es viel bessere Hotels in Ibiza.

We stayed for 2 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we def made the right choice. From our arrival to our departure we had the most wonderful stay. Our room was beautiful with an amazing view (which everyone room has), our bed was super comfortable and the bath with the view just perfect. Breakfast was great with a great choice of dishes and great service. The premises is stunning and even though we visited in peak season the hotel never felt crowded or busy. Eden restaurant was the setting for our dinner on the first evening and it didn't disappoint. Beautiful views, wonderful menu and great food and service!
We stayed for 2 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we def made the right choice. From our arrival to our departure we had the most wonderful stay. Our room was beautiful with an amazing view (which everyone room has), our bed was super comfortable and the bath with the view just perfect. Breakfast was great with a great choice of dishes and great service. The premises is stunning and even though we visited in peak season the hotel never felt crowded or busy. Eden restaurant was the setting for our dinner on the first evening and it didn't disappoint. Beautiful views, wonderful menu and great food and service!

Der Service ist gut und versucht den schlechten Stand des Hotels auszugleichen, dies gelingt leider nicht wirklich. Die Zimmer riechen nach Schimmel und insgesamt riecht es überall nach Moder. Gefühlt wurden nur oberflächlich Sachen verbessert, aber insgesamt müsste alles neu gemacht werden. Teilweise haben wir uns sehr geekelt, vor allem was das Bad/Wc betrifft und das sogenannte „Hammam“, da würden wir nicht einen Fuß reinsetzen. Die Dusche wird auch nicht wirklich warm. Beautiful hotel and phenomenal views of the coast. Great service, everyone was super welcoming and friendly. The standard rooms have fantastic views but overlook the other rooms so it didn’t feel that private. The spa is super basic but the treatment was good. We went in September and there was always lots of free spots to sit and sunbathe. Sunset cocktails highly recommended. The main courses in Eden restaurant were all a bit strange but the sharing options, starters and desserts were excellent. The wine selection was also fantastic.

This elegant Hotel is fabulous. The pool and view is incredible and the bedrooms are quite spacious with goregeous views. The staff at the Hotel is incredibly nice and helpful. I would definitely reccomend this Hotel for anyone looking for the ultimate Ibiza experience of style, romance and luxury to stay here.

Hacienda Na Xamena was without a doubt the best experience I’ve had at any hotel or resort. The room, staff, food, and amenities all top notch. I booked 2 months in advance and had 0 issues with arriving and we were even upgraded! I planned my proposal here with the guest relations staff and the staff at restaurant Eden on the property and everything went perfectly! 11/10 property and service I will be returning

That being said, if you know that goung in, its all good. Its very remote, which is nice to escape the party scene, but i would suggest renting a car so you have other dining options.

We loved it ! Everything about this hotel is simply amazing ! If you want to find peace in the middle of the madness of Ibiza you need to go there ! The sunset view from the room , the restaurant , the pool , design of the hotel ! Just perfect ! The only thing is that the hotel is a bit far from the city center or the nice beaches of Ibiza like 30/45min depends on where you go it can be a bit more . First you have to rent a car , it’s so much easier! Then obviously it depends on what you are looking for during your holidays but the hotel is just amazing ! Thank you we will come back !

We went there for our babymoon, we loved our room view and the pool area, it was right front of the sunset! They left us a note with a teddy for our baby which I already appreciated, But we were surprised with the average service for a 5 star hotel! For example there wasn’t a complementary water after first night or the breakfast was below the average! There wasn’t any buffet! On the arrival day I ordered a watermelon juice and fresh cut watermelon and it was off!!they didn’t even cancel it! And Eden restaurant was beautiful but unfortunately the food was horrible. I was pregnant and ordered a chicken and it was raw and tasteless so I said please cancel it, they insisted on re-cooking it and when they brought it back it was still inedible, it was off too! So I would stay at this hotel for 2-3 days because of the view but I wouldn’t eat there!!

I stayed in the hotel last week and the hotel is beautiful with a stunning pool. The views are beautiful from the room. My experience with the room wasn’t great however with the jacuzzi and tv not working. I was offered an option of a free upgrade. I was transferred to the new room which was much smaller with better views. The food at the hotel is not great especially during the day. The evening food we had for a special occasion was terrible. Probably the worst I’ve ever had at a 5 star hotel.

If your looking to slow down, switch off and do nothing but take on the incredible view then this is the place for you. Breakfast was amazing. Given we were only there 2 nights and only restaurant is Eden this wasnt a problem. If we were to stay longer we would have striggled as menu is limited but given we require halal options we are even more restricted to fish and pasta if that

WIFI does not work for US products like my iPhone and MacBook Pro. At least that's the explanation I got so bewared. I have to hotspot the entire 5 nights I was there to get anything done. Property is old but beautiful. Staff is great other than that explanation I got.
