Mejor ubicado imposible. La entrada junto a la plaza principal, epicentro de toda la actividad comercial y gastronómica. Es un hotel amplio cuenta con 2 piscinas y salida directa a la playa principal de Jeri. Es sencillo pero cuanta con todo lo necesario para descansar, servicio a la habitación del restaurant (simple en su carta) y SPA de masajes en cabinas. Desayuno completo, con preparación de huevos, crepes y tapiocas a pedido. Estuve 8 noches y lo volvería a elegir. Siempre se puede pedir más, hay cosas q pueden mejorar. El personal es amable y diligente. Las habitaciones son simples, cuenta con refrigerador (frigo bar) q funciona bien. El aire acondicionado también estuvo bien.

Localização perfeita na praia da Vila, com pé na areia, espreguiçadeiras exclusivas, mesas e restaurante e bar na praia. Hotel limpo, camas confortáveis, chuveiro excelente, opções de piscinas e estrutura de praia de maneira exclusiva e privada. O melhor foi o atendimento. Equipe muito cordial e amigável em todos os locais. Não é luxuoso, mas tem tudo que precisamos a nível de conforto e atendimento.

Estadia foi boa, sem problemas, quarto e banheiro limpos todos os dias. Colchão e travesseiros bons. Café da manhã em um lugar aprazível com vista para o mar e bem servido com pessoal muito atencioso. Várias piscinas, inclusive uma com bar. Só tenho uma sugestão a fazer, como sou idosa, senti a necessidade de uma barra de apoio no box do banheiro. Seria interessante se houvesse, para poder nos auxiliar durante o banho.

Terceira vez que me hospedo nesse hotel, e me hospedaria novamente. Localização perfeita! Senti que desta vez estava faltando manutenção, mas espero que logo seja feita. O único ponto que vou assinalar é a escada de madeira de acesso ao quarto, muito perigosa para crianças e adultos com mais de 50 anos. Funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã ótimo.
Terceira vez que me hospedo nesse hotel, e me hospedaria novamente. Localização perfeita! Senti que desta vez estava faltando manutenção, mas espero que logo seja feita. Hatten 2 Nächte Aufenthalt. Hotelzimmer war sehr sauber. Das Personal ausgesprochen nett!!! Die Lage ist einfach super. Das Hotelrestaurant liegt direkt am Strand. Es gibt nichts schöneres als morgens sein Frühstück mit Blick auf den Strand zu genießen. Das Hotel ist super zentral gelegen. Die Hauseigenen Pools sahen sehr einladend aus! Werden sehr gerne wiederkommen! 5 Sterne von uns!

O apartamento 135, apesar de ser limpo todo dia tem baratas no armário sob a pia. Deixamos recado na portaria. O cadeado do cofre não funcionou. Sofremos com o cancelamento da ceia de natal, após muita briga nos transferiram para o Essence, sem custo. O apartamento 101 do meu filho tinha um cheiro insuportável, foi trocado de quarto, que não tinha porta de box e era preciso enxugar sempre que tomavam banho. O ar condicionado não desligava. Falta iluminação no quarto. Uma noite ficamos sem luz no corredor de acesso. O restaurante tem boa comida, mas precisa de limpeza das mesas e jogo amaricano.

Como sempre , os quartos precisam de reforma urgente . A limpeza dos quartos tbm não é das melhores, principalmente no banheiro . Sempre nos hospedamos pois a localização é a melhor de jeri . Café da manhã bom , restaurante também , com bons e saborosos pratos , porém o atendimento do restaurante deixa a desejar durante o dia . O Hotel é bonito e charmoso mas são os detalhes pequenos que fazem a diferença. Precisa melhorar !

Habitación limpia pero algo anticuada. Se echa de menos el poder aislarla del ruido, se escucha toda la música de alrededor por no tener un cierre aislante. El desayuno y situación lo mejor. Me pareció un poco caro para lo que ofrece.

Atendimento muito bom, o quarto é confortável. Tivemos problemas com água que não esquentava e barulho de vindo de um quarto, não temos certeza se era a camareira arrastando móveis ou algum prestador de serviços fazendo manuntencao as 7:30 da manhã!!

I showed up to the hotel and the property was not like the description on the website, nor were the photos the same. I reseved a deluxe ocean view. When I got to the room the door didn't work. It took 30 minutes to open the door. When I went inside the room, i was vey surprised. It was small, very plain, old and dirty. It looked nothing like the website photos. In fact, I believe the photos were of their sister property which is a condo. There was also a huge puddle of water on the floor. We decided not to stay at the hotel and made a reservation at another property. When I asked for them to cancel the reservation and return my money the hotel mamager refused. He said he had no authority to reverse the charge and there was no one there I could speak to. Which I beleive was not true. I would not recommend staying here as there are much nicer Pousadas in Jeri for the same or less then the Blue Hotel.

Hotel excelente, ótimo atendimento e educação de TODOS os funcionário, quartos novos e limpos. parte das piscinas excelente, tendo opção de ficar no bar molhado ou a outra piscina mais reservado. Comida do hotel muito boa, café da manha, normal muito bom , mas nao faltava absolutamente nada. Voltaria sem sombra de duvidas. Obrigado MY BLUE, foram dias inesquecíveis para mim e minha esposa.

Razoável, para ser incrível faltou a TV funcionar e o secador de cabelo também, pedi para ajustar, fui prontamente atendida, mas o Tb voltou a para de funcionar e o secador também, então desisti. Hatten 2 Nächte Aufenthalt. Hotelzimmer war sehr sauber. Das Personal ausgesprochen nett!!! Die Lage ist einfach super. Das Hotelrestaurant liegt direkt am Strand. Es gibt nichts schöneres als morgens sein Frühstück mit Blick auf den Strand zu genießen. Das Hotel ist super zentral gelegen. Die Hauseigenen Pools sahen sehr einladend aus! Werden sehr gerne wiederkommen! 5 Sterne von uns!

A estadia foi excelente, mas eu sou muito crítico com o café da manhã. O que me fez escolher esse hotel foi o fato do café da manhã ser pé na areia, é isso é incrível. No entanto, o café da manhã é simples versus o padrão que se é esperado. Poucas opções de frutas e de pães, faltou pão integral. E pode parecer que estou sendo muito crítico, mas pelo valor pago na diária o hotel precisa ser melhorado com uma apresentação e mais opções de alimentos. O requeijão, por exemplo, não ficava gelado, e sim naqueles potinhos de katchup. Enfim, todo o hotel é incrível, mas o café da manhã precisa ser melhorado o que realmente conta a favor são os garçons retirarem o pedido do omelete, crepe e tapioca direto na mesa.

Hotel incrível, quarto reformado e todo clean, as piscinas excelentes e limpas, beira mar exclusivo para hóspedes, pessoal da recepção, garçons, limpeza e seguranças super atenciosos e educados. Das espreguiçadeiras do hotel é possível ver o belíssimo pôr do sol, café da manhã diversificado e bastante variedades, comida a lá carte mto boa tb. Super recomendo.

I would advise prospective guests to pause before booking this hotel. In my opinion, it needs a complete renovation and the price charged did not live up to our expectations. Finally, we arrived 1 hour before check in time of 3 pm but had to wait until 3 pm to check in as the staff advised the room would only be magically done "cleaning" at 3 pm. Fine, 3 pm check in is 3 pm. Yet, when 3 pm arrived that is when a lot of administrative tasks were assigned so that in reality by the time we got done it was closer to 3:30 pm. For the foregoing reasons, we would not stay at this hotel again.
