Can't beat the location for an early morning flight. It is a pod, that is well thought out but very tight for bigger suitcases that require some creativity to open and close. Very clean, great bathroom and comfortable bed. Great check-in experience and super friendly staff.

Really pleasantly surprised with my stay here, very clean, comfortable and quiet. With an early flight this really took the stress away for me. Plenty of places to get something to eat and drink.

Location was great. Toilet wasnt clean. Comfy bed. Didnt like the green glow light as i like a dark room to sleep in. Felt safe as a lone traveller. Would have liked a kettle and cups.

The location was quite convenient, and the room was fairly cheap, but almost claustrophobic in its size. Nevertheless, it was clean and comfortable, and the service was quite good. My only complaint was the lack of ventilation in my room, it was rather stuffy and warm, but aside from that quite a recommended option!

The capsules themselves are good. Comfortable beds and decent showers. Unfortunately the capsules are partially stacked on top of other capsules. The person in the capsule next to me arrived late and was extremely noisy. The capsules have poor noise insulation and it was difficult to sleep. Considering that this is the sole purpose and reason to get a capsule is to catch some sleep before early flights this was very frustrating. It was an expensive waste of money on a short night without any sleep.

Small pod room with a ledge to get up onto bed. Room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. It is for sleeping only. No room to open suitcase or sit and relax. but practical and sufficient. I have stayed here many times and it is convenient for early gatwick flights. no fresh water access or kettle or information regarding where to find these.

Exactly what it says on the tin… the bed is one you have to climb up into so if you need the bathroom in the night it can be a bit precarious. Very functional but if that’s all you need, it’s perfect

Very convenient for a late flight into Gatwick - just enough space for me and my luggage. Good value for money and comfy bed. The only criticism I have really is the green light that stays on all night and gets reflected from the mirror. I had to cover it up with a spare pillow and my coat otherwise the room felt too light.

Excellent reception team - really nice welcoming people who were thoughtful, kind and went out of their way to ensure a warm welcome & goodbye. Bed crisp sheets & comfortable / big bath towel and pleasant bulk-pump amenities, good water pressure and temperature. WiFi & TV fast & solid. It's a cabin, the space is limited, know that before you book. To-work-on - (first i've noticed in over 12 stays) - the table edging needs replacing - quick fix there. Pricing - careful not to get close to in-terminal hotel pricing, I'd chose differently if differential was small. Above £150 is a lot to ask for the standard cabin.

Staff are very very friendly and helpful. Someone at the desk 24 hours (made us coffee at 2am) Had a very early flight, so really convenient. Easy shuttle to north terminal, as hotel is close to train. Would recommend for a short stay, clean and functional.

From start to finish only met with attitude and a lack of hospitality, also if booking through Expedia I would also recommend they change the check in time as 6pm is just bizzare. Not as accommodating as I thought

A great choice for early flights! The room was spotless and cozy, and the service at the check-in desk was excellent. The only downside was the TV signal. Would definitely recommend!

Decent hotel for a quick overnight stay. The front desk woman was polite and efficient. I really appreciated how she did not say my room number out loud - as a solo traveler and a woman this is greatly appreciated.

This is a very convenient option for those arriving late and leaving early. The rooms are tiny but clean and perfectly functional (well, the TV remote was temperamental, but that was a small matter). The only issue I had was that I arrived around 10pm, and NO ONE WAS AT RECEPTION when I arrived. The doors were locked and I couldn’t get in. I didn’t know whether I’d be locked out all night, and there was no one to contact. It was rather upsetting. Please tell staff that if they leave their post they should have the courtesy to place a “Back in 10 min” sign on the door so we know what the heck is happening if the desk is deserted.

After a 12-hour flight, I went to checkin, i was informed that I could not checkin because I booked the hotel via a 3rd party (Expedia). I was forced to pay an extra $60 because I was too exhausted to wait around the airport for 6 hours. I'm not staying here again. Ever. I could have stayed at the Bloc for less. The Yotel should refund the money I paid. Don't be fooled. I was ripped off.

It’s in the South terminal at Gatwick. I just strolled over from the train. The room is like a small ship’s cabin, but well organized. It will be very easy to check in for my flight this morning.

The location is very convenient for Gatwick Airport and station. Very compact. Could just get one large suitcase in room but can't access table then. Clean. Temperature OK with non-adjustable AC. Good shower in wet room which didn't wet the small room floor. WiFi good. Mattress comfortable. Free coffee in morning. Need to be quite agile to use the single step up into cabin bed, wouldn't be good if you had mobility issues. Steps up or down into narrow room door. It worked for me traveling alone, but I definitely wouldn't want to share this design of room with another person. If you are tall the bed may be difficult also if large manoeuvring in bathroom may be a problem.

It's literally a bed & a shower. Tiny, micro room. The check out is at 9am and the check-in is 6pm. The only dining options are those within the airport. Probably will not go back.

Small pod room with a ledge to get up onto bed. Room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. It is for sleeping only. No room to open suitcase or sit and relax. but practical and sufficient. I have stayed here many times and it is convenient for early gatwick flights. no fresh water access or kettle or information regarding where to find these.

Check in was super simple. The hotel is about 5 mins from getting off the train. Complimentary hot drinks at Mission Control make a welcome change! Food outlets are very near including M&S so you can buy cold options and drinks. The shuttle to the north terminal is only 5 mins walk.

Very good for overnight stay at airport. Helpful staff. Free coffee. Water available for purchase 24x7. Wake up in morning inside departures area of airport. 2 minute walk to check in desk.

Okay, update on the hotel pod…I LOVE it!!!! It’s just right!!! The shower is an awesome rain shower and they supply great body wash and shampoo. The adjustable bed is cozy. There is a spot for all your crap. And I don’t have to worry about making it to the airport in the morning! Plus they do pod service of food, beer, and wine! Highly recommend ❤️

This was perfect for my overnight layover. Had everything I needed, including a free latte. The shower had great water pressure and the bed was vwry comfortable. Also, very quiet.

Disgusting. Avoid. - Even hairdryer is not provided, and the air quality is so suffocatingly stale that breathing feels like a luxury. - The bed is awkwardly elevated like a high bunk despite having zero storage underneath, making climbing up and down genuinely dangerous. Watch your step. - To make matters worse, insects are crawling out of the dusty ceiling vents directly above the bed. - No temperature control inside room

Después de varias conexiones y espera en distintos aeropuertos pudimos descansar y recargar energías para continuar nuestro viaje . Está ubicado dentro del aeropuerto de Gatwick sur , solo subir las escaleras y ya puedes hacer el check in. Lo recomiendo

Really well-located in the South Terminal and ideal for when you’ve got an early flight. Room is small - obviously- but very clever bed design gives a bit more space when required. Already booked again for our next trip away!
