Sousse Pearl Marriott Resort & Spa

Stay was great with the exception of check in and lobby area. Check in was delayed...which was understandable considering the 100%. But....the temperature in the lobby area was very high which made the wait very uncomfortable. Other than that, the stay was excellent!

This Hotel is overrated. For the amount they charge per night it’s not worth it. We booked via Expedia as all inclusive and ended up with breakfast only and upon check in asked for upgrade and told by staff we should have booked with travel agency to get all inclusive. Everything is overpriced, for example bottle of water is 8TND which you get for 1 TND across the street. Private beach is a joke, filled with locals. SPA is overbooked no time available during our 2 nights stay. All to say this place is absolutely not recommended for the price.

Hotel is almost perfect. But outdoor swimming pool. Too many people. So i cannot ise sunbed and swimming pool allday. That is only one of weak point

Chambre moyenne pour un Marriott,en dessous du standard habituel et, même si comparaison n'est pas raison, du Hilton de Monastir (qui était complet de toutes façons). On retrouve bien le mobilier, la literie et les éléments Marriott dans la chambre La salle de bain manque d'entretien pour un 5 étoiles ⭐️ Des moisissures sur les joints qui pourraient pourtant facilement être refaits. Il n'y avait pas de shampooing, le flacon était vide, et je l'ai lu dans un autre commentaire donc il semble qu'ils soient coutumier du fait. La trappe de Visite facilement accessible dans le dressing ouvert n'est pas ce qui avait été prévu à l'origine à mon avis. La plage n'est pas nettoyée et les transats font vieillots, surtout les banquettes. Avantagés : en plein mois d'août, l'hôtel est quasi "vide" (à vu de nez je dirais 50 % de sa capacité). La climatisation fonctionne très bien et la température est bien adaptée je trouve. Mais pour 240€ la nuit en supérieure je trouve que le rapport qualité prix n'y est pas. En revanche le personnel est aux petits soins, on voit qu'ils ont fait des efforts à ce niveau-là. Salutations à Mokhtar qui est adorable grâce à qui l'hôtel échappe aux 3 étoiles.

Il s’agit d’un formidable hôtel ! Les gens du personnel sont extrêmement accueillants et gentils ! Les installations sont excellentes. Néanmoins, le bain tourbillon du spa est petit et n’est pas assez chaud. De plus, les saunas ne fonctionnaient pas bien. Un merci tout spécial au maître d’hôtel du restaurant italien et au serveur Saber. Ils ont été très chaleureux et aux petits soins avec nous !

Very disappointed. The hotel deserves 3 starts. Breakfast wasn’t fresh, the smallest elevators that you can imagine with one of them broken. Beach full of seaweed, no cleaned up. So loud because it’s by the street. 45 minutes to check in. The only two good things are the pool and the employees.

A really good stay in sousse the Marriot has two pools we went B&B which was excellent value for money

The property is gorgeous, the staff is exceptional, I wish I could take them all home with me. The breakfast is the largest I’ve ever witnessed at a hotel, with so many options to choose from. They spare nothing to service you. The pool is beautiful, spa services were delightful as well. Also the spa space is beautiful. The beach had security so I could leave my bag while I swam with no worries at all. I was sad I had to leave

Camera pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario, ma si vede che il periodo covid é difficile per le strutture (il frigobar era vuoto) Vicino al centro e alle zone di svago serale.

For a 5-star rated hotel, this is one of the worst stays I’ve had. There were cockroaches in the room, the sink was clogged, and the shampoo and body wash were empty. The staff took so long to get back to us and didn’t address our concerns.

TV was not working. I called for towels for 4 times did not bring any until midnight. Broken chair in a room. Room facing a busy street very noisy. This was a terrible experience I will not to recommend anybody. I spoke with the manager, she did not do anything for me. I paid a very expensive rate for a bad experience. I thinks Hotels.com should do something to compensate this terrible experience. Thanks.

The hotel has one main problem. AC was not working, I asked for maintenance but the couldn’t do anything! I couldn’t sleep during that night then I had to open the balcony sliding door!

Cet hotel n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur des 5 etoiles attribuées. Je n'avais jamais rencontré un niveau de prestations si bas dans un hotel du groupe Mariott. J'ai découvert par la suite qu'il s'agit d'une franchise. Outre le retard lors du check-in, nous avons eu plusieurs désagréments dans les chambres (clim et lumières HS, lavabo bouché à l'arrivée,etc...). Cet hotel est a peine a la hauteur d'un hotel club 4 étoiles. N'y allez pas si vous recherchez une prestation soignée.

The staff and service is excellent, the views of the ocean beautiful, the pool is nice. the rooms are mediocre and the area around the hotel is a long way from anything, except the ocean.

Ca ne peut pas etre un hotel 5 etoile.La chambre navait pas de refrigirateur, le coffre fort non plus.Fenetre cassè. Jai payé un supplément pour une chambre de 35m2 avec baignoire et vue sur mer , mais je n'ai rien eu de tout ca. Jai eu une douche, vue sur immeuble et rue , et jai eu une douche . Le pesonnel intervient 1h apres mes demandes...pas de connexion internet dans ma chambre .une catastrophe cet hotel

The hotel is very nice and I loved the decoration, however the customer service is not at the level of a 4 stars hotel and especially of a Marriot hotel. I purchased 2 bedrooms of 3 people each, when we arrived at the check in counter the gentleman kept on insisting we had 3 bedrooms, I showed him the voucher which specified 2 bedrooms. He kept on insisting and told me that the rooms were already paid for so why not to use it. I said ok and I split my family in 2 people for each room. After 30 minutes we were in the room, the reception called me to tell me that I had to pay for the 3rd room. I argued with the guy that he did confirm the 3 rooms were paid for, he admitted his mistake and he said he would have loose money from his salary if I stayed in the room and not pay for it. We had the option to leave 1 room and put an extra bed in each room. As the kids had already use the beds I accepted to stay in the third room as I felt bad for the guy and I paid the extra 80 Usd (the room with hotels.com cost me Usd 55 so much less that what they were charging me!!!). I told the guy that I was keeping and paying for the 3rd bedroom which he confirmed it was already paid and that in exchange he could offer a drink to compensate the mistake they did. I went downstairs to pay for the room and have a drink. The following morning at check out I was asked to pay for the drink!!! I had to explain the entire story to 3 different people (also the manager) and still I had to pay for it.

The reception is probably the most important part of a hotel experience. If you have a poor experience there it determines whether you will return to the hotel in the future. Let's just say the check in process was extremely unprofessional and off-putting. I felt like I was checking into the El Mouradi. Horrible and disrespectful staff.

I had an amazing stay at Mariott Pearl Sousse, my mom and I felt like home thanks to the wonderful personal they have. They were extremely kind and professional, we highly appreciate every single effort done to make us feel comfortable. The location of this hotel is great, close to the beach and near plenty of rest too. We will be back!

très bonne qualité de service et de gentillesse de l'ensemble du personnel et de la direction. Par contre,rue très bruyante à longueur de journée car nous étions du mauvais coté de l'hôtel Je recommanderais cet établissement à mes connaissances car l'ensemble est très correct.

F& B with the Kindness of Executive Chef Karim, the very Yummy and flavor oriented OPUS restaurant is a must visit while you are around. We also liked The Buffet Breakfast , thank you
