The hotel itself is well kept and clean. Rooms are fairly small. My only complaints are that there is no parking at all, and the front of the hotel is very difficult to find. It is not visable from the road and we arrived late at night and had quite a hard time.

Very difficult to find this place even with G maps. Nevertheless, you walk from a construction site into what looks and felt like a 5 star service. The hotel was great, somewhat walkable to the old town. Staff were very friendly and were happy to chat in their own time. Side note, make sure you check out the contracted spa treatment I was so quickly excited and let down when I heard they have one. Unfortunately the guy was booked up. I mean, they were €20 a message. Great to have this and will likely return in the future.

Sorry but having no parking options and your recommendation to park where you can and hope don’t get towed and don’t park on sidewalks which many people do. Also street lights out at night and you walk in the dark did not feel safe surrounding area really run down

Very good hotel. Had an excellent buffet breakfast, and the check in process was quick and efficient. The hotel itself is a good 10-15 minute walk to the old town. The taxi driver had difficulty finding it, as it is tucked away in the new town.

Our 1 night stay at the A’mare hotel was fantastic. The room was ready on our check in at 130 and we were treated to a bottle of Prosecco with my Silver membership. We took advantage of the offers on a massage at the newly opened wellness suite which was great. The rooms are very clean, and beds very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was one of the best ones I’ve had in a long time, the choice and quality was excellent. I must also mention the friendliness of the staff we encountered throughout our stay.

Lovely little hotel with friendly staff. Modern and well appointed rooms. Breakfast is good with a variety of options. There are two gyms within 200m walk that each offer day passes and it's a 10/15 minute walk through a residential area to the old town. Parking is a challenge, but there are a few free car parks nearby. We dropped our car off before staying here so didn't have to worry.

Breakfast was wonderful with a vast array of choices. Hot and cold buffet - highly recommended if staying at the Hotel Room was really clean and the man who serviced the room daily was very friendly and very helpful for the week I resided in the Hotel. This is the second time I have stayed at the Hotel A'mare and will indeed return if possible.

Everything was great, very new, clean, comfortable bed, good working wifi and AC. Nice staff, you can also store your luggage after check-out. Breakfast was good, lot of options. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the city center from there and about 20 minutes to walk to the beach and bus station, so it´s pretty good location.

Yes - this hotel is surrounded by run down apartments and parking is tricky (but free) but it’s a short walk to the waterfront and old town and we never felt unsafe walking. The location is great. The basic rooms are extremely tiny so there is only enough space to walk around the bed and opening 2 large suitcases is tight at the foot of the bed. The 2 twin mattresses are pushed together and are very firm. There is basically no counter space for toiletries but some space above the toilet on the other side of the bathroom. It was clean and quiet with blackout blinds and curtains. There is no mini fridge or coffee/tea maker in the standard room. What we loved about this hotel was the outstanding breakfast with a very large variety of healthy options and literally everything you could imagine wanting to eat.. The only complaint is the coffee is terrible. The staff were also extremely accommodating, friendly and professional. I would recommend staying in an apartment room type option if you want decent space and coffee/tea maker and mini fridge.

Direct neigbourhood of the hotel is not the most attractive, but it’s quiet and seemed safe. Only negative is that I could hear the toilet of the upstairs neigbours being flushed as the water rushed through the pipes which appeared to be directly behind the wall. Overall a very nice hotel, would book the same again if I were to visit Zadar in the future.

Fint hotell och trevligt bemötande i receptionen. Fint och rent på rummet. Bra luftkonditioneringen. Ganska centralt placerat. Nära till det mesta. Endast lite lyhört från korridoren som jag kan tycka är lite negativt. Frukost var valdigt bra. Restaurangen hade bra och god mat, fick även kupong på 15% för att ata där.

Couldn’t have been treated better. Checked in early and were offered an upgrade so we could get to our room immediately. Packed breakfast due to our early flight and breakfast was amazing hot and cold options and super fresh. Staff couldn’t do more for us - ordered an early taxi 5am very reliable

I recently stayed here and had a mixed experience. The front desk staff, especially Natalie, were incredibly helpful. I ran into a significant issue with my rental car from Alamo and couldn’t get through to them from my phone. Natalie went above and beyond, making numerous calls to get the problem sorted and arrange a replacement. Although my short stay in Zadar was somewhat disrupted, her efforts allowed me to continue my trip with minimal further delay. The breakfast provided was very good, and the rooms were comfortable. The only downside was finding parking at the back of the property, which wasn’t straightforward, but I understand that navigating parking can be part of the travel experience. Natalie’s exceptional assistance made a big difference, and the rest of the stay was pleasant.

Ich habe 2 Nächte im Hotel A'mare verbracht. Das Hotel ist relativ neu, hat allerdings keinen eigenen Parkplatz oder Tiefgarage. Zu Fuß erreicht man in 10 Minuten die Altstadt von Zadar. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück umfangreich. Ich kann das Hotel absolut weiter empfehlen.

Really nice hotel, good restaurant and outdoor seating area is very nice and relaxed, its around 10minute to Zadar old down, so not too far to reach the many restaurants. Hotel is nice. The breakfast is amazing. The only down side is that cats can’t really pull up to the hotel so getting a taxi is awkward. But the walk to the center of town/old town is a 10-15 min walk. Super convenient. Will stay a again

Very good hotel. Had an excellent buffet breakfast, and the check in process was quick and efficient. The hotel itself is a good 10-15 minute walk to the old town. The taxi driver had difficulty finding it, as it is tucked away in the new town.

The hotel is situated a fair distance from the town center, so be prepared for a bit of walking. Unfortunately, the surrounding area isn’t particularly appealing, and parking nearby can be quite challenging. Locating the hotel was also difficult due to the lack of visible signage.

Great breakfast buffet. Walking distance (15m) to the old town. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and decent. Direct neigbourhood of the hotel is not the most attractive, but it’s quiet and seemed safe. Only negative is that I could hear the toilet of the upstairs neigbours being flushed as the water rushed through the pipes which appeared to be directly behind the wall. Overall a very nice hotel, would book the same again if I were to visit Zadar in the future.

Alles prima in orde; het enige vreemde was een plastic zakje om de brandmelder in de kamer. Uitstekend hotel, maar gelegen op minder rustieke plek: tussen woonflats in buitenwijk. Toch op loopafstand (ca. 15 minuten) van toeristische oude stad/boulevard en busstation (ca. 20 minuten, treinstation in 2025 niet functioneel). Diverse supermarktjes in de onmiddellijke omgeving. Soort van busstop vlak voor hotel, maar we hebben niet de moeite genomen uit te zoeken hoe het raadselachtige OV in Zadar precies werkt.

This hotel was awesome! The entire staff was helpful and friendly. The Bar and Restaurant had a great atmosphere and selection. The included breakfast was off the chain. Loved this hotel. Highly recommend it!

Very helpful staff, clean and great smelling hotel, great location and convenient restaurant attached. Wonderful breakfast. When I missed breakfast because of early tour, they packed nice lunch for me, very thoughtful.

Das Frühstück in diesem Hotel umfasste eine sehr große Auswahl. Es war sehr lecker. Auch das Abendessen ist sehr zu empfehlen - Preis-Leistung ist super! Das Zimmer war stets sauber und das gesamte Personal zuvorkommend. Die Altstadt ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir würden erneut in dieses Hotel reisen.

Breakfast was wonderful with a vast array of choices. Hot and cold buffet - highly recommended if staying at the Hotel Room was really clean and the man who serviced the room daily was very friendly and very helpful for the week I resided in the Hotel. This is the second time I have stayed at the Hotel A'mare and will indeed return if possible.

The hotel was wonderful! But I need to start with the neighborhood because that’s how our stay started. The immediate neighborhood looked sketchy, especially because we pulled up on the side but we learned from the locals that it is very safe and we became very comfortable the longer we stayed. The hotel was amazing. Breakfast was huge and they immediately offered to reserve a large table setting for our large group. We also ate at the hotel for dinner and an appetizer lunch and were very pleased. The staff was quick to help us. The place was super clean and comfortable and the suites are designed for both comfort and practicality. It’s a mile walk to restaurants and the old town. We varied in age from 13-75 so a few less mobile individuals used uber or Bolt which was easy. Old town was lovely. I would have stayed longer for a hotel massage!

The whole experience was excellent. I was a travelling solo, felt safe in the hotel. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was enough for me, and on the ground floor. Yes, the hotel is a 5 minute walk away from the busier areas but it is easy to use as a Base. If not, the hotel bar and restaurant is stylish and spacious. I would definitely recommend this gorgeous hotel.
