I did not even stay here. The room smelled of Fish when I opened the door and the room was full of flies. I tried to get a different room but none available. Staff member went back up to room with me and admitted they would not stay there either. We are waiting for a refund.

Arrived at my room, found the door open. He had to slam the door very hard to close it. It appeared. Someone had use the restroom. The outside window screen was cut, and the window was not able to be secured from the inside. There was food left in the microwave in my room and the refrigerator door would not close tightly and was not usable. The common areas appeared dirty. Continental breakfast was very basic waffles toast and cereal.

Pros: bed was comfortable, coffee was good. Cons: ceiling was peeling all over in the bathroom, ceiling dirty in room, rust on metal surfaces in bathroom, no ventilation for the moisture to escape. Empty Kleenex box in bathroom, no tray to hold coffee pods in the room coffee maker. Just felt grungy and dirty. Price was right, you get what you pay for.

Dirty, smelly. Had to change room due to a lound AC and hamburger in the fridge. Second room the bathroom door handle fell off and there was hair in the bed.

Phone didn't work in the room, had to call from front desk, no one on duty at front desk, no towels left in room after cleaned, vents covered in dust and dirt around furniture, didn't look like a vacuum had been used in sometime. Air conditioner not on when checked in, took long time to cool down.

Room was ok,bathroom not cleaned properly hair on side of shower and shower head was disgusting room needed cleaning better also but it was comfortable, had something attached to the tv that looked suspicious so covered it up, all in all not bad for just sleeping in just could do with a deep clean

I opted for this hotel because the next price point at a nearby hotel was $30 more. I thought for just needing a bed, this would be fine. The room had a rank odor that i can't identify. Thankfully my nose grew accustomed to it after about ten minutes. Everything works, but the metal fixtures in the bathroom and bedroom are very rusty. I am certain it is because the room has high humidity and no obvious fan or exhaust in the restroom. All in all, it was safe and quiet. The housekeeping needs to check things over better as there was a liter of milk in the mini frig and plastic bag in the dresser drawer. If you just need a place to sleep, this will do. If you want modern and up to date, you'll need to try elsewhere.

I asked for a room away from the traffic ....didn't get it. I had someone moving in or something at 1 am. Called the desk...no answer. The condition was poor.....but the cleanliness and treatment by staff was terrible. I stay here in the spring and I don't know what happened. I won't be back.

It was real close to all the places I needed to go to. Plenty of food places nearby. Room was really quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Only thing I would change is to get regular size pillow instead of small decorater size pillows.

I got 2 phone calls from an unknown number and no message was left. Friday night I tried to check on my reservation online but was having computer problems and ended up calling the hotel and was told that they had to cancel my reservation due to a plumbing problem. They offered me the phone number to a location an hour away from where I needed to be. I was calling every hotel around and there were only 2 options available on hotel had jacked up the prices for 2 rooms to $448.00 for one night. The other option was $ 120.00 for 2 rooms for one night. We went with the less epensive one. upon check in there I shared my story and said that they did not have plumbing problems they just overbooked and that decided who to let have the room based on if the booking was from a loyalty program and who would generate the most income for them. I was even more upset that this happened and I will never give them my business again. I will also happily share this story with anyone looking for hotel recommendations. This has never happened before and it's a horrible way to do bussiness.

I called to reserve as we were coming through Iowa. I gave credit card for two rooms. when checking in me and another couple each were going to pay for a room. i told that to clerk as he was checking us in. at the end he charged me for both rooms and did not say he could correct it just "ohh".

Me and my family stayed here over the weekend. My middle daughter has a service dog and had her other dog with us. They charged me for both dogs and the guy at the desk after check out argued with me saying he needed to see the dogs Service dog ID. The dog has a vest that he wears that clearly says service dog. The breakfast was old. Cereal was stale. The yogurt was expired. The juice was watered down. I told the guy at the desk in the morning he went on saying that it wasn't expired and went and got one out of the fridge in the back and threw it on the counter. We had to change rooms when we got there cuz the pipes in the bathroom were leaking. The other room the key cards keep deactivating each time we left the room. The AC units barely worked. Horrible experience DONT RECOMMEND this hotel

The building is pretty run down, which is fine for the price. But there was a lot of attention to detail missing that you would find at any other Super8. They could have turned the heater on before renting out the room. The coffee pot at breakfast was empty, snd there were only stale muffins and yogurt to eat. No one was actually staffing the front desk—you had to call for help. It just didn’t feel like a hotel that anyone cared about.

We didnt have breakfast there wasnt room for all that were there to have breakfast. For the price everything was what expected, only issue was room 168 didnt have working heat.

Fridge clunked every now n then. Could use carpets shampooed. Blanket had a stain. Smelled nice inside. I didn’t stay for breakfast.

When I got to the location, it came out that my reservation was for the wrong day, but before we even figured that out, the night staff could not get on the computer without calling and getting help he could not figure out how to use his own system he had to have somebody over the phone talking him through how to use it and then when it came out that it was the wrong day due to an issue with a third-party app. I asked if we could change it because it was past midnight to the current day and we stay that night. He would not do it. He refused to let me do it that way because it was past the night, which the app was willing to let me switch it to the 15th and let me stay there, but he was not, and then they would refuse to give me back my money. He sided the app and he could not give the money back because of the app. The app said that they had to go to the owner and the owner had to decide. He said he was the owner. The owner said it was the app fault we could not get our money back. The app said it was his fault. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel would not recommend anybody else. Staff is terrible and management is terrible.
