Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Twin Falls

The hotel was wonderful. The staff and the hotel I have nothing to complain about it was clean, the night staff helped me when I forgot some bathroom supplies. The breakfast was hot and plentiful especially considering there must've been a tournament of some kind with quite a lot of little soccer players. The only complaint I have was the parking. We had to park on the street cause a truck pulling a trailer decided to be considerate and take up five parking spots instead of parking on the street. There was charging stations which we have a plug in, but the instructions were unclear as to the cost and it said we couldn't stay there after a charge, it was 1000 at night we weren't going to wake up in the middle of the night to move our car.

The pictures of the pool where not true of what was here. We have children and only stay where they can swim. The pool in pictures show great big pool. The one here is really a large swim spa

This hotel and staff were awesome. It was just what we needed; clean, quiet, great shower pressure, delicious breakfast. The only down fall was the pool, it was dirty one night and closed for maintenance part of the next day.

Check-in was super easy and quick. There are plenty of food options close by that are easily walkable. The bed was beyond comfortable, pillows not too fluffy and not too flat. The whirlpool was pure magic and the pool area and fitness center were clean. No stains on the carpeting. Breakfast has a good selection and there were plenty of options.

Beautiful property. Convenient to shopping and restaurants without being too close and certainly not noisy at all. The room was clean and the beds were sooooo comfy! The pool, hot tub, and gym are all nice and clean. There's a really nice outdoor patio with a grill for our use. It ties into the sister property so still secure. 5* property for sure!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The amenities were nice, accessible, and clean. The gym equipment all worked properly, the pool and hot tub were simple and clean with plenty of seating, & our room was exactly as pictured.

One of the beds had sheets that were stained.

I enjoyed the property except for the fact that the carpet in our room was VERY grimy and was in extreme need of cleaning!!

The room was not clean. It had hair in the sink, in the shower, and in the toilet. The counter tops had fingerprints smudges everywhere and a couple food stains. The receptionist helped a little but every room we were transferred to it was the same as the first, dirty.

The first room had a drape halfway falling off and two types of hair in the bathtub. A young man came and picked up the hair, put it in the tradh can and said well that's taken care of. I said, no it's not. You can have housekeeping come and clean the shower and tub properly. Then preceded ti say well it looks like dog hair. Then he proceeds to stand on the business chair with wheels to try and fix the drape that is at least two feet higher than himself. I said, you need a ladder. He said i don't think we have one. When he left i calked the front desk and asked for a different room. Second room had someone's mud or dirt all over the bathroom door, wall, and floor. We then went to a third room that was clean thankfully. I asked for the manager. Front desk woman with long dark hair said she wouldnt be in until tomorrow. This morning i asked Elisabeth, the front desk attendant for the manager and told she wouldn't be in until Monday. Interesting. If i could give them a zero i would!

This is our favorite hotel to stay at in twin falls. The cleanest hotel we've ever stayed at anywhere. Comfy beds

This was absolutely the perfect way to end our trip. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was spacious as well as the bathroom. The check-in and check-out was incredibly easy because I downloaded the app and I honestly wished I could stay longer. This location specifically is perfect for exploring twin falls without the traffic of the main streets. It’s a little bit on the outskirts and exactly what we needed for some great rest before our 8 hour drive back home.

Newly renovated property that feels modern and clean. Staff was very friendly, common areas and our room were bright and clean. There is some road noise on the west side of the property. Good selection of breakfast items but the hot breakfast items were pretty tasteless.

Check in process was quick. Hotel was in a great area with restaurants within walking distance and hiking was a short drive. Breakfast was ok. It was average at best. Rooms were very clean but mattresses are due to be replaced.

Tiny room. No extra chair to sit in. Minimal towels, etc. wouldn’t stay here again.

Had a family member in the hospital. 1st night booked through hotels. Com all was fine next day booked through hotel itself they said they give a better rate for people visiting hospital patients. . They moved us down the hall to another room. After all day at the hospital. Tired, we went back to the room to find 2 bed bugs in one bed. They had no other rooms when reported to front desk he didnt know what to do.We were told all hotels in area were booked. Nor did we want to spread bed bugs. So we took all our belongings and drove to a town an hour and a half away where my daughter lives. Arrived 1:30 a.m. put all our belongings in platic garbage bags, showered and all clothes went in the washer. Slept 3 hours. Drive back to the hospital to check on relative, waited for Doctor and updates. Went back to the hotel 11:45 before checkout. Spoke to the front desk told them of situation. We still had the room key and asked if they would come and see the bugs as we had killed them... NOPE " we have a team that will investigate." I let them know i had pictures on my phone . They didnt want to see them. Asked to compensate the room and was told they couldnt until investigation is done. Then they asked if i needed a room for this evening. I said yes. " we have 5 rooms left I can put you in for half price of 159.00" I said cant you comp the room?" Her response was "not until the investigation. We need to see what type of bug could have been a mite or spider. I filed complaint with co

The hotel its self was nice, clean and comfortable. We showed up after driving 7 hours at 11pm wanting to check in and nobody was to be found. We sat in the lobby for almost 30 minutes waiting for someone to show up to check in

Nice clean hotel, but the service was not good. We stayed 3 consecutive nights and the cleaning crew never cleaned the room, gave us more coffee, or made the beds.

Good place to stay and right in the middle of town so easy access to everything in Twin.

Not convenient to reach due to construction.

Easy as pie check-in, room was nice and had everything we needed for a quick one night stay. Would stay here again. The only downsides were that it wasn’t closer to the freeway, and it was a bit pricey. But it included a full breakfast which was good enough for us to get back on the road.

I appreciated the great continental breakfast provided by the hotel. There was a wide selection of items to choose from.

Our room was quiet. The beds and pillows were comfy and clean. Bathroom was clean. Carpet in room needs to be replaced...was worn and stained with dust collecting around edges. No breakfast left at 9:00am.
