Hôtel familial, chambre avec jolie terrasse et belle vue en étage élevé, personnel accueillant. Piscine petite par rapport à la taille de l'hôtel. A proximité d'une petite plage de sable. L'accès au centre ville se fait très bien à pied.

Atención inmejorable del personl, muchísimas opciones de ocio para niños y adultos dentro del hotel

Le petit déjeuner est très bien. Parfois il y a un manque de place autour de la piscine du roof-top.

El hotel es bastante agradable, lejos de la playa, lo que el nombre tiende a confundir. La comida, salvo el lunes, bastante bien. Personal amable. Hemos estado en todos los hoteles de Benidorm de la cadena RH, y en éste, la calidad y variedad de la restauración, es un poco peor. La piscina de la terraza muy agradable. La de abajo, un poco ruidosa por los niñ@s.

Un buen hotel con buena comida y buena animación para los peques.

Para repetir sin duda. El trato del personal es impecable, tanto camareros, personal del buffet, limpieza, socorrista, animación, personal de recepción… Instalaciones nuevas, habitación amplia con camas cómodas, buffet variado y de calidad, animación para niños y adultos durante todo el día. La terraza superior con piscina, bar y unas vistas impresionantes y el chiringuito en la playa es un lujo.

Muy buen sitio para estar en vacaciones, tienes la parte de estudio o la parte de hotel, la comida muy buena tipo buffet, las habitaciones limpias y comodas, hay Spa, piscinas, terraza chill out, billares, etc.

This is a location for FAMILIES with young children, tons of activities for the kids and adults alike. The room itself was quite old and A/C on full blast felt like a breeze during a very hot evening.

Agréablement satisfait de notre sejour en famille. Personnel disponible et accueillant. Appartement très propre, confortable et bien agencé. Vu sur la mer ou sur rue avec balcon très appréciable. Repas et petits dejeuner copieux avec un large choix de buffet. Proposition d’alternatives en cas de regimes alimentaires particuliers : sans viande, vegetariens,… Quartier calme avec plusieurs parcs à proximité pour les enfants. Parking sous sol ou places de parking disponibles tout autour de l’hotel.

Near from the beach, very clean and confortable!

Great stay. Hotel very clean. Staff very friendly. Hotel is not used to British visitors but staff very friendly and most spoke good English. Only booked as a last minute trip. Nice area and felt safe.

La unica pega que las sabanas no estaban muy bien puestas, por lo demas todo bien, limpio i personal amable

Muy buen sitio para estar en vacaciones, tienes la parte de estudio o la parte de hotel, la comida muy buena tipo buffet, las habitaciones limpias y comodas, hay Spa, piscinas, terraza chill out, billares, etc.

Für mein Haustier war es in Ordnung. 15 Euro pro nacht hat es gekostet. Es gab immer ein sauberes Zimmer. Das Hotel ist außerdem sehr gut in der ruhigen Stadt platziert. Aber das Essen war schrecklich. Wir waren insgesamt 8 Personen da und wir haben Halbpension für 10 Tage praktisch umsonst bezahlt. Keiner war damit zufrieden. Das Essen schmeckt schrecklich! Und es wird meistens so lieblos serviert. Sogar die Salatoptionen waren mit Wasserresten oder von der Dose serviert… nur 2 oder 3 Brotvariationen gab es… Kaffe ohne Geschmack… also, lieber dort nicht essen. Meine nette Empfehlung.

The hotel was ok but the pictures on hotels.com are misleading. It looks like it is a beach hotel but it’s not, there is actually a few blocks walk to the beach. Breakfast was decent but it is served in a boring restaurant without windows. Room was clean and spacious with a good balcony.

Nada que ver con el hotel… y por el mismo precio… habitación vieja, baño sucio en la zona de la bañera y ventanas. Trato poco agradable respecto a recepción. No me volveré a alojar aquí

Price vs overall quality ok. Location ok. Reception helpfull and friendly. Spacious room and sunny terrace ok. Nice pool decoration. Sun shield would be convenient. The badge system for the door and electricity supply seemed to be a little 'worn-out'. Negative personal issue: I'm allergic for floorcleaners that do not have to be 'removed' with clean water..Serving breakfast only from 8.00 and not from 6.30 seems blocking out 'one-night stays'. Desde nuestra llegada fuimos atendidos muy amablemente en recepción. La habitación del estudio está muy bien. Es amplia, cómoda y muy práctica. Con mucha luz exterior, incluido el baño. Lo único mejorable son las cenas, los platos cocinados no estaban muy acertados. Sin embargo, el desayuno sí, muy bien

I’ve stayed here for two diff trips. It’s a good hotel. I did have to change rooms cuz the room by the elevator was loud from the mechanisms to make it go up and down. But it’s a good hotel. Most of the staff was friendly except one girl whose name I forgot. Close to the beach.

Notre déception est due au fait que la chambre située au 1er étage n’était pas du tout insonorisée : bruit dans le couloir, chute d’eau des étages au dessus (chasses d’eau…), douche de la chambre voisine. Nous n’avons pas pu nous reposer et dormir correctement.

I booked a seaview and the Hotel has the name "Playa" in it. The Estudios are infact 400mtr from the beach. The "seaview" is at best partial. You have to look over a roundabout, across a waste land and either side of a tall wide apartment block to glimpse the sea. I felt this was mis-representation of what they are selling. The room needs updating and the single glazed windows doesn't restrict the noise from roundabout. The balcony was only big enough for a small table and 1 chair. Not for a couple. The room was noisy. We could hear our neighbour snoring throughout night. The toilets flushing down the soil pipe loudly and cisterns filling. A poor child was coughing most of one night either below or above us. Two dogs barked everytime we went past their door or their owner rang the door bell. Both sounds were very clear in our room. The doors to the apartments banged loudly throughout the floor and if force was used, you could feel the vibration when you were laying in bed. The bar area in the hotel and the staff were nice and the food plentiful which was why I gave a score of 4, otherwise I would have rated it lower. Fortunately we were only there 3 nights but I felt I had wasted my money.

El baño muy apelotonado, el bidet y el wc delante de la ducha sin casi poder acceder a la misma. El agua estaba fria cuando llegamos, pone que hay termo de 100l pero supongo que lo usarian los inquilinos de antes y al llegar nosotros estaba fria hasta la noche.

Me ha gustado mucho su bufet y el servicio del hotel. El personal muy atento, muy amable y muy servicial.

No instructions or introduction about the hotels facilities and services. No English speaking staff at the restaurant. Restaurant food wasn't tasty. Desserts were not fresh baked but shopped bought even in plastic bags in the breakfast. Juices and yogurts are artificially flavored. Drinks didn't include to the all inclusive, not even water. Only at breakfast you got coffee and tea. Restaurant was very very noisy. Should do something to reduce the noise or echo in the restaurant. Otherwise nice neat comfortable hotel in good location. Rooms were comfy.

The hotel is in close proximity to the beach and the town centre where the shops are. The hotel staff were quite friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our two week stay at the hotel. This is our second stay and we will definitely be back again.

La habitación está muy bien.La comida está bien, pero por lo menos en las cenas hay platos como pizza, arroz y sopa que hay todas las noches. La ubicación está muy bien a 5 minutos de la playa del Clot y a 15 minutos del centro y las otras playas. Hay mucho sitio para aparcar, pero creo que en época alta puede ser complicado.

En general nos ha gustado los 4 dias que hemos estado en el hotel, simplemente como mejora, el buffet algo escaso o monótono, porque hay poco variedad de platos principales, un poco como la comida del hospital…… muy mejorable y la organización para sentarte en las mesas, la cama un poco incomoda pero pasable. Por lo demás todo bien.
