Arrived and tried to take a shower since I took a flight in, there was no hot water (waited 5 minutes). Called front desk, they said they’d look into it, heard nothing back. After 10 minutes still no hot water (still below body temperature). Got dressed and went to evening event unwashed and feeling greasy, stopped at front desk to ask what the heck was going on. They told me “Oh, I was going to call you. My manager says it’s probably because lots of people are using water right now, try again in 45 minutes or so” (This is verbatim what I was told). Coffee machine in room also did not work. Had to get in elevator to get to an ice machine. Will not stay at Hyatt again. Piss poor.

The staff was professional and courteous from the front desk staff, house cleaning and the breakfast attendant. The rooms were spacious and extremely clean. The breakfast was my favorite part of the day and the coffee was good. The hotel was located in a prime location with easy access to the freeway. Overall, it has been one of the best stays I’ve ever experienced. It met the needs of my entire family. I also can’t stress enough how excellent all the staff members were. I TRULY felt welcomed! Thank you!
