Property was great, loved the bunk beds for my girls. Area is trendy so its noisy with the bars and restaurants. Streets are narrow and parking was not available, but parking lot is a few minutes away so works well outside of un/loading the car. Expect early wake up on Saturdays as garbage and recycling pass at 720 am.

This property is a great little option for a summer visit to Quebec City. The location was great and the free parking (though not on-site) was greatly appreciated. The lot was a quick 5-6 minute walk away. That being said, street parking was readily available and the one hour signs seemed meaningless as we saw cars parked overnight on the street. The apartment itself was well stocked, with water in the fridge, lots of cutlery and kitchen supplies. The laundry was great and well stocked as well. We appreciated the local guide books and maps that were left for guests. The hosts were very responsive and great to deal with. Pizza Nina next door was amazing and the balcony was a perfect place to relax after a long day touring the city.

Beds (including the sofa bed) were incredibly comfortable plus a fully equipped kitchen. No breakfast.

Stayed on the 2nd floor 2-bedroom apartment (one queen, one bunk bed). Pros: very clean, comfortable queen bed, air conditioned living room/kitchen area, charming terrace (semi-private, not private, as the apartment across the terrace also had access, separated by open divider), decent space in common areas and bedrooms, lots of kitchen necessities available to use. Strong shower pressure, but be careful because the shower head will pop off its holder with so much force. We did not encounter bar noises that others mentioned, as our bedrooms didn't face that way. Near lots of good restaurants, 25-35 min walk to Old Quebec and to citadel Cons: no air conditioning units in bedrooms, so we had to leave the bedroom doors wide open and turn up the only air conditioner in the apartment...it was the hottest week in June there. Tiny bathroom (not enough counter or shelf space for 4 people's toiletries, ended up using kitchen sink). Also, no hair conditioner provided, only shampoo and body wash. Mattresses on bunk beds were beyond firm, like sleeping on wood boards (used the comforter as extra padding); needs more foam or padding. There seemed to be garbage pickup every morning? We brought a noise machine, so that helped. The immediate area around the hotel can be a little sketchy, but if you're from a big city, like NYC or Chicago, this is not scary. No one bothered us. Be smart, don't be out after dark. We didn't use car. Parked it 3 blocks away for $15/day as suggested by hotel.

The property was immaculate Very modern apartment with everything you need. However even though I requested a quiet room, it was far from it. The bedroom was directly opposite a VERY noisy bar! This bar was open till 3 am with music blasting and people shouting outside. We stayed for 3 nights and didn't get to sleep before 4am. The apartment is well located. 20 minute walk to Quebec old town, which was lovely. Check in was easy and they just sent 2 codes , one for the door and one for the apartment. Be prepared to carry your luggage up a few flights of stairs. There was a terraced area with the apartment, the one we had was very noisy due to what looked like a aircon or extractor unit from the restaurant below. You could not sit out and have a conversation. The booklet on how to use and instructions for appliances was helpful. Although in the booklet it says there are designated parking spaces, this was not the case and the car park they suggest to use is a few blocks away, and cost $20 per night. You can unload your luggage on the street, though this is within designated times. Apartment itself was perfect for what we needed and the location. Due to the noise we would not stay here again.

Très jolie endroit, propre et fonctionnel, appartement complet avec toutes les commodités nécessaires pour être indépendant. Belle immersion dans le quartier Saint-Roch à proximité du Vieux-Québec. Grand stationnement avec vignette disponible à 3 min à pied. Parfait pour découvrir le quartier à pied et bien profiter de ses activités locales. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Il y a de la vie dans le quartier en soirée, on entend un peu les gens dans les environs mais sans trop de dérangement. Nous avons choisi cet endroit pour profité des activités du quartier, surtout en fin de soirée.

L’annonce de l’hébergement fait mention d’un stationnement sur place et finalement, on nous dit d’espérer un stationnement dans la rue (impossible) ou d’utiliser un stationnement à 5 minutes de marche. Avoir su je n’aurais pas loué ce logement. Lorsque j’ai communiqué avec l’hôte à ce sujet, silence radio et plus aucune réponse de sa part. Le logement est d’une propreté immaculée et est bien équipé. Le quartier n’est pas sécuritaire. Beaucoup de sans abris et des seringues trainaient par terre. J’ai été mal à l’aise de marcher seule en revenant du stationnement. Ce logement ne fera plus partie de nos options lors de nos nombreux passages à Québec.

The property is very well located, with easy access to public transport and local amenities. It is a short walking distance to the Vieux-Québec, too, which is very handy. Had we had a car, there would have been parking facilities in a nearby car park. However, we found that the area could be noisy at night at times, especially at weekends, as there is a bar nearby. Apart from that, the property was very comfortable and could not be faulted at all.

Grand appart moderne et bien équipé (même Netflix à la TV), cuisine complète avec lave-vaisselle, belle terrasse. Mais chambre qui donne côté rue avec un bar avec terrasse juste en-dessous de la fenêtre et qui ferme vers 2/3h du matin (bouchons d'oreille conseillés). Quartier charmant et animé avec restos, petits commerces etc. Situé à 20 min à pied du Vieux Québec, bien desservi par les transports. Parking non inclus dans les rues voisines ou le long du parc Victoria à 10 min à pied (attention à bien lire les panneaux).

This was an excellent place to stay for our short visit to Quebec City. The apartment manager provided us with all the relevant information, and the place was very clean. The back deck was a lovely surprise. Everything we needed was within walking distance including delicious bakeries and restaurants! We were glad to have a parking spot a short distance away because street parking was quite busy.

pullout bed was fine, pillowcases and extra bedding weren't washed (found hairs but it's not the end of the world). we liked the comfort of an apartment-style stay. kitchen was fully furnished with utensils, bowls, plates. didn't pick up my calls sometimes. bar across the apartment is loud at night. overall had

Not clean. Dirty towels, dirty sheet that was covering an even dirtier couch. Had to go to Wal-Mart to buy sheets, pillowcases and towels. In the book left on counter she requests we brings the towels downstairs and throw them in the wash for her. No wonder they were not clean. Expecting guests to do hotel laundry? That was a first. And a last. Neighborhood kinda sketch. Some guy trying to do drugs right in front of us. Wouldn't have bothered me if the door had a real deadbolt. It didnt really lock all the way. Do not stay here if you like feeling comfortable and safe.

The apartment was super clean. Instructions were very clear for check-in, check-out and parking. The bed and sofa-bed were very comfortable. We had a great stay! The building is not very soundproof. You might hear some noise from the street outside at night.

Logement plutot conforme. Le ménage pourrait etre plus approfondi (cheveux dans la sdb, capsules de café usageres , tâches sur les oreillers... Si vous voulez vous reposer, passez votre chemin. Y a un bar dans la rue, sous notre fenetre. Eclats de voix, musique... difficile de dormir avant 2h du matin. Compliqué quand on doit se reveiller tôt

This place smelled soooo good upon entering. Super nice and ultra clean. Suggestion: it would be nice if the little step outside had a little white line painted as I nearly missed it, which could have easily ended up with an ankle fracture. We just loved our apartment #3 and will return there for our next visit to Quebec. Merci mille fois!

This is a lovely, modern, super clean well appointed apartment with a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities you could need for your stay. But be aware of a few things, there is NO on site parking even though the expedia ad says it does (I've reported it), and the parking lot is blocks away. Street parking is challenging to find and limited. The bar across the street Vox is very popular and noisy, with last call in Quebec being 3AM. The street side patio closes at 11, but people still are outside the bar talking/smoking etc until and even after the bar closes with those sounds interrupting any sleep before 3:30AM or so ... Unless your a sound sleeper might as well stay out late :) Can't beat em, join em ... There are a lot of stairs to get to your apt. Communication with the site was fine, once I found the phone number ...

Franchement tout, appartement décoré avec goût, très chaleureux et confortable. Seul chose, un rideau est endommagé et ne ferme pas bien. J’étais déjà au courant pour le bruit provenant de la rue devant le Vox, donc je n’étais pas surpris!

The property is a good option to visit Quebec. It is well located and only 30-40 min walking distance to old part of the city. The only downturn was the condition of the sofa bed, not good,. and that there is a bar just infront that is extremely popular and loud and the windows are not sound proof. It gets really noisy during the weekend and if you are a light sleeper, this is probably not the place for you to stay. Otherwise, a nice, clean and updated unit.

Everything was excellent but it is a across from a club that closes at 3 am so bring your earplugs since the revelers like to hang out a bit outside after it closes.

Le loft est très pratique et bien équipé, ainsi que confortable. La propreté est irréprochable, c’est tres appréciable. Cependant l’insonorisation est terrible, nous avons eu du mal à trouver le sommeil entre les personnes qui fouillent les poubelles à notre fenêtre, les jeunes qui traînent dans et la musique des bars. Et le quartier n’est pas terrible, bien que nous n’ayons eu aucun soucis.

Très bel appartement dans lequel tout semble prévu, un peu excentré mais très proche des arrêts de bus donc pas dérangeant. Le problème est sur le wifi qui n'est pas vraiment accessible. Excellente communication avec le propriétaire qui a tenté de régler le problème à distance mais la résolution n'a duré que quelques heures. Le gros problème de ce lieu est le bruit : en face il y a un bar ouvert jusqu'au petit matin avec une clientèle très débordante sur la rue ! Bouchons d'oreilles obligatoires !

Tout est parfait dans cet appartement. Bien situé, propre, très bien équipé. La terrasse est super. Malheureusement, le matelas à mousse mémoire ne convient définitivement pas à tout le monde. Mon conjoint, plus lourd que moi, s'enfonçait dans le lit, ce qui créait un angle à 45 degrés entre lui et moi. On n'a pas dormi de la nuit. C'est vraiment dommage. Si l'appartement avait été pouvu d'un matelas régulier, comme on trouve dans tous les hôtels nous aurions vraiment donné une note parfaite.

Endroit impeccable. Bon prix et auper communication. Un must si vous allez à Québec.

The loft was clean. But the fact is i have to ask them about check in instructions instead of they should provide for me ahead. Poor communication. If you have any questions about this property. You will never get the answer from the host. Never coming back even the loft was good.

入り口がわかりづらい。当日にメールでドアの暗証番号が来たが、もっと早めに言ってほしかった。 Hotels.comのゴールドメンバーですが、事前に聞いていた特典($30のバウチャー)が無かった。ホテルに問い合わせしても返事なし。

Cet établissement nous a informé avoir annulé notre réservation la veille de notre arrivé puisque le paiement sur la carte de crédit n'a pas fonctionné. Par contre, la carte de crédit avait les fonds nécessaires pour couvrir les coûts de l'hébergement. Après vérification auprès de Mastercard, ces derniers nous confirment que la date d'expiration a mal été entrée par l'établissement. Le résultat nous n'avions plus de chambre pour notre séjour la journée même et nous avons du débourser 130$ de plus ainsi que 50$ de frais de taxi pour nous déplacer compte-tenu que le nouvel hébergement était beaucoup plus loin du vieux Québec. Le représentant de Apparthôtel St-Alsème n'a pas répondu à nos communications par message texte afin de trouver une solution à notre problème se contentant de dire qu'il n'avait plus d'hébergement de disponible.

J'ai ete prelevee 2 fois pour le sejour et impossible de se faire rembourser, malgré un reçu réceptionné dans ma boite mail et les preuves de debit de mon compte. Il n'y a pas de paiement sur place contrairement au descriptif car pas de reception sur place. On paye via un site internet exterieur à hotels.com avant l'arrivée. Les gestionnaires disent ne pas voir le 2eme debit, donc ils ne remboursent pas et Hotels.com ne fait que boite mail. Argent perdu et vacances gâchées! Leur site n'est pas sécurisé, passez votre chemin!

Great location, seamless check-in and very clean property.

The apartment hotel had a great layout. We bed 2 bedrooms on the mainfloor and a bathroom, the upstairs had a lovely living room area and kitchenette and a full bathroom. The layout worked perfectly for us. It was about 25 minutes walking distance from the old town Quebec City, but the area nearby had good resaraunts and a few neat bars within 5 minutes walk. There is overnight parking at a parkade nearby, otherwise it was difficult to find parking, but all nearby areas and old town all had limited parking so parkades seem to be the best option.

This place was great!! I was staying alone for 3 days, it had everything I needed, it was close to a lot of action but also on a quiet street! It was really easy to get to Chateau Frontenac as well. As a runner, it was a great spot as well since it’s close to the running path on the river

The property is located in downtown Quebec City with nearby public transportation. Grocery store is 2 min walk, so are many restaurants. The apartment was clean and with all necessary amenities. Appliances were in new condition and owner provided with all toiletries like trash bags, detergent, dishwasher liquid etc. There were 2 downsides for me Bathroom is tiny, I have a toddler who needs to be washed but due to tiny bathroom it was difficult. Other downside was the lack of soundproofing in bedroom, the nightclub just outside the window gets loud and there are talk noise disturbances till midnight. I liked the fact that most lights were dimmable. Also the couch provided was broken almost making my kid fall off. I like the balcony, although not so private but a nice cozy area to hangout.

Nice clean and modern facility with all the mod cons yiu need. The area is a little bit dodgy with a few characters hanging around the area. I was fine with that, but others may be a bit unsettled and feel unsafe.
